3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the overflow is higher than the discharge opening, and a valve is provided at the discharge opening.
4. The device for filtering the poultry dehairing wax according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen opposite to the discharge port is arranged in the filter tank, and a return port for returning wax liquid is arranged at the bottom of the filter tank.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the filter screen is cylindrical in shape and the filter cartridge is internally provided with a filter bag adapted to the shape of the filter screen and removable therefrom.

The apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a pushing mechanism located above the filter tank, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a telescopic part capable of telescoping along an axial direction of the filter tank and a pressure head fixed at a telescopic end of the telescopic part, and the pressure head is coaxially arranged with the filter tank.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the telescoping portion comprises a ram, and wherein the ram is provided with a ram at an end of a telescoping rod.
8. The poultry dehairing wax filter apparatus according to any of claims 1-7, wherein the wax water separating chamber and the bottom of the filter tank are provided with heat conducting heating pipes.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the melting chamber is further provided with a water inlet and a water outlet.
10. A method for filtering poultry dehairing wax, comprising the steps of:
injecting water into the melting cavity, putting the wax material subjected to the dehairing process into the melting cavity, introducing steam into the steam heating pipe, dispersing the steam into water through the air holes to enable the temperature of the wax material to rise and melt, flushing the wax material by the water, gradually rising the liquid level of the wax liquid in the melting cavity along with the gradual increase of the wax material, enabling the wax liquid and the water to flow into the wax-water separation cavity from the overflow port, layering the water and the wax liquid in the wax-water separation cavity, and refluxing the water to the melting cavity from the reflux channel; after the liquid level of the wax liquid in the wax-water separation cavity reaches a set height, opening a valve, allowing the wax liquid to flow into a filter tank, after the liquid level of the filter tank reaches the set height, closing the valve, extending a telescopic rod of an oil cylinder, extruding the wax liquid in a filter screen by using a pressure head, allowing the wax liquid filtered by the filter screen to flow back into a wax pool from a backflow port, and collecting impurities in the wax liquid by a filter bag; after the wax liquid is filtered, the air inlet of the steam heating pipe is closed, water is introduced into the melting cavity from the water inlet, the residual wax liquid in the melting cavity is insoluble in water and floats on the water surface, the water surface gradually rises until the floating wax liquid is discharged into the wax liquid separation cavity and is discharged into the filter screen from the discharge port, impurities in the wax liquid are collected by the filter bag in the filter screen, clean wax liquid is extruded under the action of the oil cylinder and the pressure head, and the clean wax liquid flows back into the wax pool from the backflow port; the remaining water in the melting chamber is drained from the drain.
