Abstract

the method only needs to divide the plane net rack into two single-piece net rack units for assembly, and a supporting device is erected in the middle of the starting net rack, so that the plane net rack can be butted in the air by using one crane, and finally a relatively stable starting unit is formed; the method has small installation space, solves the difficult problems of production and construction, simultaneously can be completed by a single crane, reduces the risk of lifting and hanging by multiple cranes, and reduces the construction cost.

s3, erecting a supporting device 2: according to the size (height and width) of the plane net rack, a supporting device 2 for temporarily supporting the plane net rack is manufactured, the manufactured supporting device 2 is hoisted in place, a hydraulic jack 20 is fixed on the supporting device 2, the height of the hydraulic jack 20 is adjusted, and the hydraulic jack 20 is used for adjusting the heights of two net rack units 1, so that the two net rack units 1 can be conveniently connected;

Before the grid unit 1 is hoisted in place, the supports 3 for positioning the grid unit 1 are arranged at the preset position of the grid unit 1, and when the supports 3 at the two ends of the plane grid are arranged, the supports 3 are fixed by electric welding spot welding through the bottom plate of the supports.
Referring to fig. 1, a rack unit 1 is hoisted in place by a crane, one end of the rack unit is connected with an installed support 3 for positioning, the other end of the rack unit is placed on a hydraulic ram 20 of a supporting device 2, then the plane position of the rack unit 1 is measured, the height of the rack unit 1 is adjusted by the hydraulic ram 20, the central position of the rack unit 1 is adjusted by the crane, and finally the rack unit 1 is fixed by a stop block 23; then the crane is rotated, another net rack unit 1 is hoisted by the crane, one end of the other net rack unit 1 is placed on the installed support 3, the other end of the other net rack unit 1 is hoisted by the crane, the height of the net rack unit 1 positioned in advance is adjusted by the hydraulic jack 20 on the supporting device 2, and the height and the center position of the net rack unit 1 at the back are adjusted by the crane, so that the butt joint installation of the two net rack units 1 on the operation platform 22 on the supporting device 2 is achieved; finally, the installed net rack units 1 are utilized to carry out the bulk loading of the plane net rack, and when the net rack units 1 in two spans are installed, the supporting device 2 can be removed.
