In another technical scheme, a separation plate (the separation plate is perpendicular to the moving direction of the movable bracket 2) is clamped in the processing box 8, the separation plate divides the processing box 8 into two chambers, and the polishing mechanism and the adjusting mechanism are positioned in one of the chambers (namely, the separation plate separates the dust collection mechanism from the polishing mechanism and the adjusting mechanism);
the dust collection mechanism comprises a dust storage box 48 arranged in another cavity, the dust storage box 48 is provided with a dust collection opening and two dust inlet openings, a suction fan 49 is arranged at the dust collection opening, a filter screen 50 is arranged between the dust collection opening and the dust collection motor, the two dust inlet openings respectively correspond to a pair of subway rails 1 of a subway, two dust collection pipes 13 are arranged at the dust inlet openings, and the two dust collection pipes 13 penetrate through the bottom end of the treatment box 8 and are positioned at two sides of the subway rails 1 to collect dust towards the subway rails 1. By adopting the technical scheme, the treatment box 8 is divided into two chambers by arranging the partition plate, so that dust is reduced from entering the chamber where the dust suction mechanism is positioned; timely cleaning of the polished subway rail 1 is achieved through the dust storage box 48, the suction fan 49 and the dust collection pipe 13.

Claims (8)

1. Track dust collector, its characterized in that includes:
the movable bracket is provided with a treatment box, and two polishing openings are arranged at the bottom end of the treatment box;
the polishing mechanism comprises a fixed plate capable of sliding up and down along the processing box, and two polishing assemblies arranged on the fixed plate, wherein the polishing assemblies comprise a first rotating motor arranged on the fixed plate, a first gear connected with the first rotating motor, a first rotating shaft connected with the first gear, a first polishing wheel connected with the first rotating shaft, two connecting shafts connected with the fixed plate in a sliding manner, a second gear connected with the connecting shafts in a rotating manner, and a second rotating shaft connected with the second gear, the second rotation is sequentially connected with a second polishing wheel and a third polishing wheel, the diameter of the third polishing wheel is larger than that of the second polishing wheel, and the two polishing assemblies can correspondingly penetrate through two polishing openings;
the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting plate arranged below the fixing plate and two strip-shaped openings arranged on the adjusting plate at intervals, side walls of the openings are outwards sunken to form a communicated sliding cavity, two limiting plates are connected in a sliding mode in the sliding cavity, through holes are formed in the limiting plates, two second rotating shafts respectively penetrate through the two through holes in a rotating mode, the first rotating shaft is located between the two limiting plates, the two limiting plates are driven to face or deviate from the first rotating shaft through a driving assembly to move, when the two limiting plates face the first rotating shaft to move, two second gears are meshed with the first gears, and the second grinding wheels and the third grinding wheels are in contact with subway tracks.

The track dust collector of claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the fixed plate is provided with four first slide rails, the first slide rails are slidably connected with first slide blocks, and the four first slide blocks are connected with the four connecting shafts in a one-to-one correspondence.

The track dust removal device of claim 1, wherein a positioning cylinder is coaxially arranged on the second gear, a second sliding rail is coaxially arranged on the inner wall of the positioning cylinder, a second sliding block is arranged on the connecting shaft, and the second sliding block is in sliding connection with the second sliding rail so as to realize the rotary connection between the connecting shaft and the second gear.

The track dust collector of claim 1, wherein two opposite sides of the two limiting plates are each provided with an arcuate notch, the arcuate notches forming a circle when the two limiting plates are moved relative to each other to abut the two limiting plates, the first rotary shaft rotating through the arcuate notches.

The track dust collector of claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises two support rods respectively arranged on two limiting plates, a horizontal rod connected with the support rods, and a second rotating motor arranged on the adjusting plate, the horizontal rods are provided with external threads, wherein the two horizontal rods are connected through an adjusting nut, a fixed disc is arranged on the adjusting nut, the fixed disc and the adjusting nut are coaxially arranged, an annular accommodating groove is formed by recessing the outer edges of the fixed disc, and a plurality of meshing teeth are circumferentially arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove;
and the tail end of an output shaft of the second rotating motor is connected with a third gear, and the third gear is meshed with the meshing teeth to drive the fixed disc to rotate.

The track dust collector of claim 5, wherein the two vertical surfaces of the fixed disk are both coaxially provided with a third slide rail, a third slide block is slidably connected to the third slide rail, a "z-shaped" fixed rod is connected to the third slide block, and the bottom end of the fixed rod is connected to the adjusting plate to fix the fixed disk.

The track dust collector of claim 1, wherein a plurality of fourth slide rails are provided at intervals on the inner side wall of the treatment box, a plurality of fourth slide blocks are provided at intervals on the fixing plate, and the fourth slide blocks are slidably connected with the fourth slide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner so as to realize that the fixing plate can slide upwards.
8. The track dust removal device of claim 4, wherein a partition plate is clamped in the processing box and divides the processing box into two chambers, and the polishing mechanism and the adjusting mechanism are positioned in one of the chambers;
the dust collection mechanism comprises a dust storage box arranged in another cavity, the dust storage box is provided with a dust collection opening and two dust inlet openings, a suction fan is arranged at the outlet of the dust collection opening, a filter screen is arranged between the dust collection opening and the dust collection motor, the two dust inlet openings respectively correspond to a pair of subway rails, two dust collection pipes are arranged at the dust inlet openings, and the two dust collection pipes penetrate through the bottom end of the treatment box and are positioned at two sides of the subway rails.
