Technical Field

Background
At present, a waste incineration plant can treat circulating water by adopting a clean wastewater system comprising a multi-medium filter, an ultrafiltration filter and a reverse osmosis filter which are sequentially communicated, however, the reverse osmosis filter can continuously generate concentrated water in the operation process, the concentrated water accounts for about 25% of the water inflow of the clean wastewater system, and the clean wastewater system concentrated water is stored in a concentrated water tank in the waste incineration plant at present and is treated in the concentrated water tank in a lime pulping mode.
However, as the amount of circulating water treated by the clean wastewater system increases, the amount of concentrated water produced is increased, the space of a concentrated water tank is limited, and meanwhile, the concentrated water produced by the clean wastewater cannot be completely consumed by lime pulping water, so that the capability of carrying out the reduction treatment on the concentrated water of the clean wastewater system is weaker at present, and a new concentrated water reduction treatment process of the clean wastewater system is necessary to be developed.
The garbage incineration plant adopts a garbage leachate treatment system consisting of a pretreatment device, an anaerobic device, an external MBR (secondary A/O) device, a nanofiltration filter and a reverse osmosis filter which are sequentially communicated to treat garbage leachate, the current garbage leachate production amount is low, the garbage leachate treatment system has larger treatment allowance and can be used for treating concentrated water produced by a clean wastewater system, however, the current wastewater stored in a clean wastewater concentrated water tank cannot be communicated with the garbage leachate treatment system, and therefore the reduction treatment of the concentrated water produced by the clean wastewater system cannot be carried out by the garbage leachate treatment system.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the application provides a device and a method for treating concentrated water by a clean wastewater system in cooperation with a percolate treatment system, which are used for solving the technical problem that the capability of reducing the concentrated water of the clean wastewater system in the prior art is weaker.
The first aspect of the present application provides a device for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system, comprising: the device comprises a clean wastewater system, a clean wastewater concentrated water tank, a water suction pump, a three-way valve, a percolate treatment system and a lime pulping tank;
the clean wastewater concentrated water tank is communicated with the clean wastewater system and is used for storing concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system;
the water pumping port of the water pumping pump is communicated with the clean wastewater concentrated water tank and is used for pumping concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system;
the first opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the water outlet of the water suction pump and is used for outputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system;
the second opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the percolate treatment system and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the percolate treatment system;
and the third opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the pulping pool and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the lime pulping pool.
Preferably, the percolate treatment system comprises a deslagging pretreatment device, a UASB anaerobic device, an external MBR device, a nanofiltration filter and a reverse osmosis filter which are sequentially communicated;
the deslagging pretreatment device is communicated with the UASB anaerobic device through a high-concentration sewage regulating tank;
the UASB anaerobic device is communicated with the external MBR device through an anaerobic effluent sedimentation tank and an equalizing tank;
the external MBR device comprises a primary denitrification unit, a primary nitrification unit, a secondary denitrification unit, a secondary nitrification unit and an external ultrafiltration filter unit which are sequentially communicated;
the nanofiltration filter comprises a nanofiltration device unit and a nanofiltration concentrated solution reduction unit;
the outlet of the nanofiltration concentrated solution of the nanofiltration device unit is communicated with the inlet of the nanofiltration concentrated solution reduction unit;
the reverse osmosis filter comprises a reverse osmosis filter device unit and a reverse osmosis concentrated solution treatment unit;
the outlet of the reverse osmosis concentrated solution of the reverse osmosis filter unit is communicated with the inlet of the reverse osmosis concentrated solution treatment unit.
Preferably, the external MBR device further comprises an ultrafiltration reflux pipeline, and the ultrafiltration reflux pipeline is communicated with the external ultrafiltration filter unit and the primary denitrification unit.
Preferably, the external MBR device further comprises a nitrate reflux pipeline, and the nitrate reflux pipeline is communicated with the secondary denitrification unit and the primary denitrification unit.
Preferably, the reverse osmosis concentrated solution treatment unit comprises a chemical hardness removal unit, a tubular softening membrane and a high-pressure membrane which are sequentially communicated.

The application provides a device and a method for treating concentrated water by a clean wastewater system and a leachate treatment system, which are used for solving the technical problem that the capability of reducing the concentrated water of the clean wastewater system in the prior art is weaker.
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. Example 1
In view of the defect that the existing method for pulping concentrated water of a clean wastewater system by lime has the capacity of reducing treatment, embodiment 1 of the application provides a device for treating concentrated water by a clean wastewater system in cooperation with a percolate treatment system; wherein, the device for treating the concentrated water by the clean wastewater system and the percolate treatment system is shown in figure 1; comprises a clean wastewater system, a clean wastewater concentrated water tank, a water suction pump, a three-way valve, a percolate treatment system and a lime pulping tank; the clean wastewater concentrated water tank is communicated with the clean wastewater system and is used for storing concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system, the water pumping port of the water pumping pump is communicated with the clean wastewater concentrated water tank and is used for pumping the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system, and meanwhile, the first opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the water outlet of the water pumping pump and is used for outputting the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system; the second opening of the three-way valve water outlet is communicated with the percolate treatment system and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the percolate treatment system, and the third opening of the three-way valve water outlet is communicated with the pulping pool and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the lime pulping pool; from the above, it can be seen that the present clean wastewater system and leachate treatment system of garbage incineration plant are utilized in this application, there is the treatment allowance in leachate treatment system simultaneously, thereby through setting up suction pump and three-way valve with the dense water input leachate treatment system and the lime slurrying pond that clean wastewater system produced, two reduction treatment ways are provided for the dense water that clean wastewater system produced, the ability of the dense water reduction treatment that clean wastewater system produced has been improved, thereby overcome the present weak defect of carrying out the ability of reduction treatment to clean wastewater system dense water.

Example 2
In the method, the concentrated water in the clean wastewater concentrated water tank is input into the percolate treatment system and the lime pulping tank by using the suction pump, and then the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system is input into a UASB anaerobic device, an external MBR device or a water inlet of a nanofiltration filter of the percolate treatment system for reduction treatment, and the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system is mixed with lime to prepare lime slurry.

The apparatus for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system of claim 2, wherein the external MBR apparatus further comprises a nitrate return conduit, the nitrate return conduit communicating the secondary denitrification unit and the primary denitrification unit.

The apparatus for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system according to claim 4, wherein said reverse osmosis concentrate treatment unit comprises a chemical hardness removal unit, a tubular softening membrane, and a high pressure membrane in sequential communication.

The apparatus for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system according to claim 1, wherein the second opening of the three-way valve is in communication with the percolate treatment system for inputting the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the percolate treatment system, specifically: the second opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the percolate treatment system and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into a water inlet of a UASB anaerobic device of the percolate treatment system.

The apparatus for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system according to claim 1, wherein the second opening of the three-way valve is in communication with the percolate treatment system for inputting the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the percolate treatment system, specifically: the second opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the percolate treatment system and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into a water inlet of an external MBR device of the percolate treatment system.

The apparatus for treating concentrated water in conjunction with a percolate treatment system for a clean wastewater system according to claim 1, wherein the second opening of the three-way valve is in communication with the percolate treatment system for inputting the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into the percolate treatment system, specifically: the second opening of the three-way valve is communicated with the percolate treatment system and is used for inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into a nanofiltration filter of the percolate treatment system.
9. A method for treating concentrated water in a clean wastewater system in conjunction with a percolate treatment system, comprising:
s1, inputting concentrated water in a clean wastewater concentrated water tank into a percolate treatment system and a lime pulping tank by using a water suction pump;
and S2, carrying out reduction treatment on the concentrated water in the input clean wastewater concentrated water tank by adopting a percolate treatment system and a lime pulping tank.

The method according to claim 9, wherein in step S2, the process of reducing the concentrated water in the input clean wastewater concentrated water tank by the leachate treatment system comprises: inputting concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system into a UASB anaerobic device, an external MBR device or a water inlet of a nanofiltration filter of a percolate treatment system for reduction treatment;
the lime pulping pool is used for carrying out the process of reducing the concentrated water in the input clean wastewater concentrated water pool, and the process comprises the following steps: and mixing the concentrated water generated by the clean wastewater system with lime to prepare lime slurry.
