adjusting the second clamping block 122 to a set height, inserting the CCGA welding column into the corresponding positioning hole 31, sleeving the second insertion hole on the positioning pin, so that the grinding plate 3 is positioned at the top of the second clamping block 122, and further grinding and removing the part of the CCGA welding column higher than the grinding plate 3;
the grinding plate 3 is removed, and the slide block 14 is rotated to drive the clamping jaws 12 to move along the slide ways 1121, so that the clamping jaws 12 release the CCGA welding column positioned at the edge, and the chuck mechanism 1 is moved away to finish correction of the CCGA welding column.

Claims (10)

1. An orthopedic tool for a CCGA post, comprising:
the chuck mechanism comprises a first shell, a first through hole and a plurality of clamping jaws, wherein the first through hole is formed in the first shell, the clamping jaws are adjustably installed on the first shell in a position corresponding to the first through hole, the clamping jaws penetrate through the first through hole through a CCGA welding column, and the positions of the clamping jaws are adjusted, so that the clamping jaws clamp the CCGA welding column;
the adjusting mechanism comprises a second shell, a second through hole formed in the second shell and a correction unit with a position adjustable connected to the second shell, wherein the second through hole is formed in the second shell, and the correction unit is placed at the top of the first shell through the second shell so as to adjust the position of the correction unit, so that the correction unit corrects the CCGA welding column;
the grinding plate is provided with a plurality of positioning holes matched with the CCGA welding columns, the clamping jaws are clamped at the designated positions of the CCGA welding columns, and then the positioning holes are sleeved on the CCGA welding columns and connected to the tops of the clamping jaws, so that the portion, higher than the top surface of the grinding plate, of the CCGA welding columns is removed.
2. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding columns of claim 1, wherein said first housing comprises a base plate and a cover,
a circular sliding rail is formed on the side surface of the bottom plate, which is close to the cover body, the first through hole is formed on the inner side of the sliding rail, a circular sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding manner, a first hole is formed on the side part of the cover body, which corresponds to the sliding block, the sliding block part protrudes out of the first hole,
a sleeve is arranged on the side surface of the cover body, which is close to the bottom plate, the sleeve is inserted into the inner side of the sliding block, the first through hole is inscribed on the inner side wall of the sleeve,
the top part of the cover body is sunken downwards to form a slideway, a second hole is formed in the inner bottom wall of the slideway, and the clamping jaw is slidably arranged on the slideway and connected with the sliding block;
and the sliding block is rotated to drive the clamping jaw to move along the slideway.
3. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding post of claim 2, wherein the side of the slider adjacent to the jaw is provided with threads;
the side of the claw, which is close to the sliding block, is provided with a latch, and the latch is screwed with the thread.
4. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding post according to claim 3, wherein said claw comprises a first clamping block slidably provided on said slideway and a second clamping block height-adjustably connected to the top of said first clamping block,
and the height of the second clamping block is adjusted to change the height position of the second clamping block corresponding to the CCGA welding column.

The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding post of claim 4, wherein a mounting groove is provided at the top of the first clamping block, a telescopic rod is provided between the second clamping block and an inner bottom wall of the mounting groove, and the height of the second clamping block is changed by pulling the second clamping block upward.

The orthopedic tool for a CCGA welding post of claim 5 wherein said cover is rectangular, said jaws are disposed at diagonal positions of said cover, said first clamping block forms a first V-shaped portion near an end of said first through hole, said second clamping block forms a second V-shaped portion near an end of said first through hole, a first arcuate portion matching said CCGA welding post shape is formed at an inside angular position of said first V-shaped portion, and a second arcuate portion matching said CCGA welding post shape is formed at an inside angular position of said second V-shaped portion.
7. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding column of claim 1, wherein said second housing comprises a shoe and a top plate, said shoe having an inner bottom wall mounted with two oppositely disposed rails, said orthotic unit being slidably disposed on both of said rails.
8. The orthopedic tool for a CCGA welding post of claim 7, wherein the adjusting mechanism further comprises guide blocks slidably provided to the guide rails, the correction unit comprises an ear fixedly connected to the tops of the two guide blocks, a connecting portion fixed to a bottom surface of the ear, and a handle portion fixed to a top surface of the ear, and the connecting portion is position-adjustably connected with a correction plate for correcting the CCGA welding post.
9. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding column according to claim 8, wherein a chute is provided at the bottom of the connecting portion, the chute is C-shaped, the vertical section of the correcting plate is C-shaped matching with the chute, and a plurality of correcting rails are provided at the bottom of the correcting plate, and the correcting plate is slid along the chute so that the correcting rails correspond to the position of the CCGA welding column.
10. The orthopedic tool for CCGA welding post of claim 9, wherein the handle portion is i-shaped and comprises oppositely disposed and parallel wings of the rail and a rib secured between the two wings, the rib being pushed to move the orthopedic plate.
