Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shield construction, in particular to a method for repairing a shield scraper in a limited space.
Background
With the widespread use of shield methods in China, cutter wear has become a key problem affecting engineering quality and progress. The shield tunneling in the composite stratum generally adopts a composite cutter head and adopts a scheme of a hob cutter and a scraper cutter. The scraper is used as one of cutters for the shield tunneling machine, and is used for directly colliding with a stratum to dig, so that when a face is loose, broken and high in strength, the scraper directly contacts with rock, alloy teeth can be broken directly under the rotation of a cutter head, or when the face is broken, the alloy teeth of the scraper are broken directly by the rock which is not broken by a hob and falls greatly. After the scraper is damaged, the shield is pushed into a soft soil layer, the scraper cannot cut normally, and the shield tunneling construction efficiency is affected.
Under the special environments such as freezing, the scraper bolts cannot be removed due to the influence of special factors such as space, environment and the like, so that the shield tunneling construction efficiency is low.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, a repair method of a shield scraper in a limited space is provided, so that the problem that the shield tunneling construction efficiency is low because the scraper can not be dismantled due to the influence of special factors after all scraper alloy teeth on a shield cutter head fall or are worn is solved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, a method for repairing a shield scraper in a limited space is provided, which comprises the following steps:
providing a repairing block, wherein the repairing block is formed by processing a wear-resisting plate, the shape of the repairing block is matched with the shape of a row of cutter teeth of a scraper on a cutter head of a shield, and a plurality of rivet welding through grooves are formed in the bottom of the repairing block;
clearing the peripheral frozen soil of the scraper at the upper opening of the cutterhead and the outer side of the opening through a shield cabin;
trimming tooth grooves of the scraper;
arranging the repair block in the trimmed tooth groove, so that a reserved welding joint is formed between the bottom of the repair block and the tooth groove, and the rivet welding through groove is arranged towards the opening;
and welding in the reserved welding joint and the rivet welding through groove, so that the repair block is fixedly arranged in the tooth groove.
Further, the wear-resistant plate is a Hardox wear-resistant steel plate.
And further, when the welding step is carried out in the reserved welding joint and the rivet welding through groove, the outer side face of the repairing block is fully welded with the abrasion-resistant welding layer.
Further, the thickness of the abrasion resistant welding layer is more than or equal to 5mm.
Further, when finishing the tooth groove of the scraper, removing residual teeth in the tooth groove and polishing the groove wall of the tooth groove to be smooth.
The method for repairing the shield scraper in the limited space has the beneficial effects that the abrasion-resistant steel plate is processed into the shape of the scraper teeth, the whole is used for replacing the scraper alloy teeth to cut soil, and the scraper can be quickly and efficiently repaired under the condition that the scraper can not be integrally disassembled under the limited space and special environmental factors. On the other hand, a rivet welding through groove is formed in the bottom of the repair block and used for rivet welding, and the connection force between the repair block and the scraper is enhanced. The reserved welding joint at the bottom of the repairing block between the tooth grooves is opened towards the cutter disc so as to facilitate subsequent welding.
