Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The embodiment of the first aspect of the present application provides a water outlet device, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, including a fixed disc 100, a turntable 200, a water outlet 300 and a driving assembly 400, it can be understood that the water outlet device further includes a housing (including an upper housing 600 and a lower housing 500), the fixed disc 100, the turntable 200, the water outlet 300 and the driving assembly 400 are all disposed in a water passing cavity 520 in the lower housing 500, the water passing cavity 520 is communicated with an external water source, and after water flows into the water passing cavity 520, water is sprayed out of the water outlet device via the water outlet 300.
In order to achieve the massage effect of the water outlet device, the fixed disc 100 is coaxially and rotatably connected with the turntable 200, a plurality of first mounting holes 111 are formed in the fixed disc 100, each first mounting hole 111 is formed in the circumferential direction of the fixed disc 100, a plurality of second mounting holes 210 are formed in the rotatable disc, the number of the second mounting holes 210 is the same as that of the first mounting holes 111, and in an initial state, the second mounting holes 210 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first mounting holes 111.
The driving assembly 400 is driven by a motor or impacted by water flow, and can drive the turntable 200 to rotate slightly in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction relative to the fixed disk 100, and then the turntable 200 is reset in the opposite direction, and the cycle is repeated. And drives the water outlet member 300 to reciprocate, thereby forming a water type as shown in the right drawing of fig. 6.
In the embodiment of the first aspect, the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 210 are through holes, so that the arrangement of the water outlet member 300 can be accommodated, one end of the water outlet member 300 is inserted into the second mounting hole 210, and the other end is penetrated into the first mounting hole 111. The water outlet 300 has a water outlet passage 310 defined therein, and the water outlet passage 310 communicates with the water passing chamber 520 and the external environment so that water flow can be discharged through the water outlet passage 310. When the turntable 200 rotates with respect to the fixed tray 100, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the hole wall of the second mounting hole 210 of the turntable 200 rotates to abut against the upper end of the water outlet member 300, thereby driving the water outlet member 300 to swing with respect to the fixed tray 100, and the water outlet member 300 swings reciprocally with respect to the fixed tray 100 periodically due to the periodic rotation of the turntable 200 with respect to the fixed tray 100.
In a further embodiment, there is a certain gap between the water outlet 300 and the wall of the first mounting hole 111 so that the water outlet 300 can swing with respect to the fixed disk 100, but the gap may cause water leakage, affecting the water type effect. For this, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the fixing plate 100 is made of an elastic material, or alternatively, the fixing plate 100 is provided with a plurality of elastic parts 110 arranged in a circumferential direction, the first mounting holes 111 are provided on the elastic parts 110, and the outer wall of the water outlet 300 is hermetically connected with the wall of the first mounting holes 111, thereby closing the first mounting holes 111 so that water can flow only from the water outlet channel 310 of the water outlet 300. In order to enable the water outlet 300 to swing, the elastic part 110 is made of an elastic material and can be elastically deformed to a certain extent, so that when the hole wall of the second mounting hole 210 abuts against the water outlet 300 and drives the water outlet 300 to swing, the water outlet 300 presses the elastic part 110 on one side and pulls the elastic part 110 on the other side to elastically deform, thereby allowing the water outlet 300 to be obliquely arranged. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, when the maximum outer diameter of the cam shaft 420 is not in contact with the upper link arm 220 nor the lower link arm 220, the elastic portion 110 is also elastically deformed to be reset to drive the water outlet 300 to be reset, that is, the driving turntable 200 is reset with respect to the fixed disk 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the water outlet device includes an upper housing 600 and a lower housing 500, wherein the lower housing 500 defines a water passing chamber 520, and the fixed disk 100, the rotary disk 200, the driving assembly 400, etc. are accommodated in the water passing chamber 520. The lower housing 500 is provided with a water outlet 510 corresponding to the first mounting hole 111, and the water outlet 300 is disposed through the water outlet 510, where the wall of the water outlet 510 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the water outlet 300, so that, as shown in fig. 9, when the water outlet 300 swings to a certain extent, the water outlet 300 abuts against the wall of the water outlet 510, thereby limiting the swing extent thereof.
It should be noted that, at this time, the driving assembly 400 still drives the turntable 200 to rotate relative to the fixed disk 100, so that the end of the water outlet 300 abutting against the wall of the second mounting hole 210 is deformed by extrusion, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the water inlet of the water outlet channel 310 is changed from a circular shape in a normal state shown in the left side of fig. 10 to an elliptical shape shown in the right side of fig. 10, thereby reducing the water passing area of the water outlet channel 310 and increasing the water flow speed in the water outlet channel 310. It should be noted that, in the illustration shown in fig. 10, the upper left is illustrated as a cross-sectional view of the water outlet 300 in a normal state, the upper right is illustrated as a cross-sectional view of the water outlet 300 in a pressed state, the lower left is illustrated as a top view of the water outlet 300 in a normal state, and the lower right is illustrated as a top view of the water outlet 300 in a pressed state. Specifically, at least one end of the water outlet 300 near the second mounting hole 210 is made of an elastic material, and when the water outlet 300 returns, the extrusion deformation portion returns elastically. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the water outlet member 300 includes a soft rubber portion 320 and a hard rubber portion 330, the soft rubber portion 320 and the hard rubber portion 330 are sequentially disposed along the water outlet direction, and the soft rubber portion 320 and the hard rubber portion 330 define sub water outlet channels respectively and are combined to form the water outlet channel 310. Wherein, the soft rubber part 320 is made of elastic material, and can be elastically deformed and elastically restored.
The water flow speed in the water outlet channel 310 is increased due to the reduction of the water flow area, so that the water flow has larger inertia after being sprayed out of the water outlet device, so that the angle of the water flow during the water flow spraying is maintained, and the stability of the weaving water type is improved; on the other hand, when the water flow is sprayed obliquely, if the spraying speed of the water flow is unchanged, the split speed in the vertical direction is reduced, and the body feeling of a consumer is that when the water outlet piece 300 swings, the water outlet speed is reduced, so that the consumer can feel the impact force negligence of the water along with the swinging and returning of the water outlet piece 300; in the present embodiment, the water passing area is reduced and the water outlet speed is increased in the swinging state of the water outlet 300, so as to compensate the vertical component speed change caused by the inclination, so that the impact force of the water outlet 300 in the swinging state and the initial state is kept stable, and the shower experience of consumers is better.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the limitation of the swing amplitude of the water outlet 300 may be achieved by the fixed disk 100, unlike the above embodiment in which the water outlet 300 swings to a certain amplitude and then abuts against the wall of the water outlet 510 of the lower housing 500. Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the fixing disc 100 includes a main body 120, the main body 120 defines a receiving cavity 121, the elastic portion 110 is disposed in a top opening of the receiving cavity 121, and the water outlet 300 is disposed in the receiving cavity 121 in a penetrating manner. The water outlet member 300 is sequentially provided with the soft rubber portion 320 and the hard rubber portion 330 along the water outlet direction, and by reasonably setting the size of the accommodating cavity 121, when the water outlet member 300 swings to a certain extent, the hard rubber portion 330 of the water outlet member 300 abuts against the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 121, and at this time, when the turntable 200 continues to rotate relative to the fixed disk 100, the abutting part of the soft rubber portion 320 and the second mounting hole 210 is deformed by extrusion.
In association, as shown in fig. 4, 9 and 11, the aperture of the second mounting hole 210 is gradually increased in the water outlet direction of the water outlet member 300, thereby guiding the extrusion deformation of the water outlet member 300.
Further, the upper case 600 and the lower case 500 of the water outlet device are detachably coupled, and as shown in fig. 3, the lower case 500 defines a water passing chamber 520 and an open mouth at an upper side of the water passing chamber 520, and the upper case 600 is inserted into the lower case 500 through the open mouth and closes the open mouth. The upper case 600 defines a water diversion chamber 610 and a water inlet passage 620, and the water inlet passage 620 penetrates through a chamber wall of the water diversion chamber 610 and communicates with the water diversion chamber 520 and the water diversion chamber 610, respectively.
Further, the water outlet device further includes a limiting member 700, wherein the limiting member 700 is connected to the lower housing 500, and as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the fixing plate 100 is disposed between the limiting member 700 and the lower housing 500, so that the displacement of the fixing plate 100 is limited.
The application also provides an embodiment of the second aspect, and the water outlet device with another structure is used for realizing water outlet of the weaving water type. Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the water outlet 300 is disposed between the turntable 200 and the fixed disk 100, and abuts against the turntable 200 and the fixed disk 100, respectively. The water outlet 300 may be a ball type as shown in fig. 12, a cylinder type, or the like. The circumferential surface of the water outlet member 300 is provided with a water outlet channel 310 penetrating therethrough, so that when the turntable 200 rotates relative to the fixed disk 100, the turntable 200 drives the water outlet member 300 to rotate by friction force, so that the water outlet channel 310 of the water outlet member 300 is obliquely arranged, and oblique water outlet can be realized. With the alternate rotation of the rotary table 200, the water outlet 300 is alternately rotated by frictional force, so that the sprayed water flow is reciprocally oscillated.
The present application further proposes an embodiment of the third aspect, different from the embodiments of the first aspect and the embodiments of the second aspect, by implementing a water outlet device of another structure for water outlet of the braiding water type. Specifically, one end of the water outlet 300 is connected to a hole wall (not shown) of the second mounting hole 210, so that the water outlet 300 can synchronously rotate with the turntable 200; the other end of the water outlet 300 is inserted into the first mounting hole 111 of the fixed disk 100, and when the water outlet 300 rotates synchronously with the turntable 200, the outer wall of the water outlet 300 abuts against the wall of the first mounting hole 111, so that the water outlet 300 can be driven to swing reciprocally.
With respect to this embodiment, it can be understood that, similarly to the above embodiment in which the elastic portion 110 is provided on the fixed disk 100, the elastic portion 110 is provided on the turntable 200 of this embodiment, and the second mounting hole 210 is provided on the elastic portion 110, so that the outer wall of the water outlet 300 is in sealing connection with the hole wall of the second mounting hole 210, so that the elastic portion 110 can elastically deform along with the swing of the water outlet 300.
It should be understood that, in either of the above embodiments, the water outlet members 300 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and when the turntable 200 rotates relative to the fixed disk 100, each water outlet member 300 swings in the same direction, so as to form a water type as shown in the right diagram of fig. 6, and it should be explained that the left side of fig. 6 is a general water type, that is, a water type in which water is vertically discharged when the swinging angle of the water outlet member 300 is 0, and the right side of fig. 6 is a woven water type, that is, a water type in which water is obliquely discharged when the water outlet member 300 swings. The water outlet device forms a staggered weaving water type seen from the side, and the water type is attractive. And, as the water outlet member 300 swings reciprocally, the water type of the water outlet device is continuously switched between the normal water type and the weaving water type, thereby further improving the aesthetic feeling of the water type. For a user, the water outlet type of the water outlet device is automatically switched back and forth between the normal type and the weaving type along with the reciprocating rotation of the rotary table 200, thereby bringing about a massage-like shower experience.
In addition, as can be seen from the projection of the water outlet device onto the ground, the swing direction of the water outlet member 300 is the tangential direction of the circumference of the turntable 200, the projection lines of the water outlet tracks of the adjacent water outlet members 300 on the ground intersect, and the projections of the water outlet tracks of the water outlet members 300 on the ground enclose a circle or a polygon similar to a circle. In the prior art, the water outlet track of each water outlet member 300 of the water outlet device is a plurality of parallel straight lines, the water outlet is not concentrated, and the water outlet members 300 need to occupy more axial space when being sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, so that the overall volume of the water outlet device is larger. And each water outlet 300 of the water outlet device swings out water along the circumference of the water outlet device, the water beam is more concentrated, and because the water outlet 300 is connected in series without a rotating shaft, each water outlet 300 can be sequentially arranged along the circumference, and the whole water outlet device is compact.
On the other hand, in the practical application scenario of each water outlet device in the prior art, because the water outlet tracks of each water outlet piece 300 are parallel and do not intersect, for this purpose, taking a case that one water outlet piece 300 swings left and right to spray a human body, when the water outlet piece 300 swings to the left side of the human body, the skin on the right side of the human body is not sprayed by water; when the water outlet 300 swings to the right side of the human body, the skin on the left side of the human body is not sprayed with water, so that a feeling of sudden cold or hot is easily generated. The water outlet device of the application can set the water outlet track of each water outlet piece 300 to be connected by setting the swing amplitude of each water outlet piece 300, so that when one water outlet piece 300 swings anticlockwise or clockwise, the last water outlet piece 300 in the direction swings along the direction, so that the same region of a human body is subjected to alternate spraying of two different water outlet pieces 300, the time of no water spraying is shorter, and the feeling of sudden cold and hot basically cannot be generated.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a circle of water outlet members 300 is provided, and in other embodiments, a plurality of circles of water outlet members 300 from inside to outside may be provided, which may be realized based on the structure that the turntable 200 rotates relative to the fixed disk 100.
