through the dynamic display of the user, the user can share the personal feelings, physical conditions and the like, and the mind of the user is convenient to dredge.
In embodiment 5, fig. 5 shows a flow for implementing the home care health monitoring method based on the internet of things, and the following details are given on steps of generating a risk alarm when the health data is abnormal, and pushing the risk alarm and a preset rescue method to close friends through a health information sharing platform, where the steps are as follows:
s401: a rescue method edited by a user is received.
The user edits the rescue method which can be needed by the user in the health information sharing platform according to the self condition, such as an extrathoracic heart pressing method, a storage position of a certain first-aid medicine in the home of the user, and the like, and when the close friends receive the rescue method, the user can be rescued according to the rescue method.
S402: converting the alarm information in the Internet of things equipment into a risk warning; based on the disclosed approach, rescue methods and risk warnings are pushed to close friends.
Converting the alarm information in the Internet of things equipment into a risk warning, pushing the risk warning to close friends according to a set public mode, and simultaneously pushing rescue methods edited by a user to the close friends;
after receiving the push information, the close friends can go to the user residence, and rescue the user by using a rescue method in the push information.
In embodiment 6, unlike embodiment 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
tracking key indexes in the health data based on the Internet of things equipment;
establishing a multi-element health assessment model, sending the key indexes into the multi-element health assessment model, predicting health risks of users, and generating a prediction report;
and sending the prediction report to a user.
Key indexes in key tracking health data, such as old heart diseases of a user, are mainly tracked by using intelligent wearing equipment, an electrocardiogram detector and the like, a multi-element health evaluation model is built, the model is trained by using the existing data set, and the data set consists of heart detection data of normal people; after training is completed, inputting key indexes into a multi-element health assessment model, predicting health risks of users, and generating a prediction report;
according to the prediction report, the user can better grasp the development trend of the health condition of the user, so that guidance is provided for the home-based aged life of the user.
In embodiment 7, unlike embodiment 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
determining a pre-bound affinity account of a user in an interaction class App, and sending the health data and the risk alert to the affinity account;
and when the user health data is abnormal, collecting voice information of the user in real time, and constructing a voice chat dialogue box of the user and the family account.
The user binds a relative account number in the interaction class App, wherein the relative account number can be a child or a nearby medical institution, when the health data of the user is abnormal, voice information of the user is collected in real time, voice chat between the user and the relative account number is established, and communication between the user and the outside is established, so that the user is better guided to save oneself;
when the health data of the user is abnormal, the user may be in an emergency and cannot call for help, and at this time, it is necessary to establish communication between the user and the outside.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of a composition structure of a home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, where the home care health monitoring system 1 based on the internet of things includes:
the marking module 11 can locate a database of an interaction class App in the user terminal, acquire an address book containing friend information in the database, and mark close friends in the address book;
the acquisition module 12 is capable of acquiring health data of a user in real time based on an internet of things device, wherein the internet of things device at least comprises an intelligent mattress and an intelligent wearing device;
the building module 13 can build a health information sharing platform based on the health data and the address book;
the pushing module 14 may generate a risk alarm when the health data is abnormal, and push the risk alarm and a preset rescue method to close friends through a health information sharing platform.
Fig. 7 shows a block diagram of a composition structure of a home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, where the marking module 11 includes:
an affinity determining unit 111 capable of locating a database of an interaction class App in the user terminal according to the name of the interaction class App; acquiring an address book from the database, and determining the affinity between a user and each friend in the address book;
the close friends selecting unit 112 may sort the friends in the address book according to the close degree, and select a preset number of friends in the address book as close friends in the previous sorting result.
Fig. 8 shows a block diagram of a composition structure of a home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, where the acquisition module 12 includes:
the data processing unit 121 is capable of performing feature extraction on the user health data to generate health feature data, and performing dynamic behavior analysis to obtain health dynamic behavior data;
the health parameter curve drawing unit 122 may determine a health parameter curve of the user based on the acquired health dynamic behavior data;
the alarm information transmitting unit 123 is capable of generating alarm information and transmitting the alarm information to the user when the health parameter curve exceeds a numerical section defined in advance.
Fig. 9 shows a block diagram of a composition structure of a home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, where the building module 13 includes:
the integration unit 131 can integrate the health data and the address book and build a health information sharing platform;
the dynamic publishing unit 132 may open a user dynamic publishing window, determine an executable privacy policy, receive a user selection request for the privacy policy, and set a disclosure mode of the user dynamic in the health information sharing platform.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of a composition structure of a home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, where the pushing module 14 includes:
a rescue method editing unit 141 capable of receiving a rescue method edited by a user;
the pushing unit 142 can convert the alarm information in the internet of things device into a risk warning; based on the disclosed approach, rescue methods and risk warnings are pushed to close friends.
Wherein step S100 is mainly completed by the marking module 11, step S200 is mainly completed by the collecting module 12, step S300 is mainly completed by the building module 13, and step S400 is mainly completed by the pushing module 14;
wherein the affinity determining unit 111 is mainly used for completing S101, and the affinity friend selecting unit 112 is mainly used for completing step S102;
the data processing unit 121 is mainly used for completing step S201, the health parameter curve drawing unit 122 is mainly used for completing step S202, and the alarm information transmitting unit 123 is mainly used for completing step S203;
the integrating unit 131 is mainly used for completing step S301, and the dynamic publishing unit 132 is mainly used for completing step S302;
the rescue method editing unit 141 is mainly used for completing step S401, and the pushing unit 142 is mainly used for completing step S402.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. The home-based care health monitoring method based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
positioning a database of an interaction class App in a user terminal, and acquiring an address book containing friend information in the database;
marking out close friends in the address book;
acquiring health data of a user in real time based on Internet of things equipment, wherein the Internet of things equipment at least comprises an intelligent mattress and intelligent wearing equipment;
building a health information sharing platform based on the health data and the address book;
and when the health data is abnormal, generating a risk alarm, and pushing the risk alarm and a preset rescue method to close friends through a health information sharing platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the locating the database of the interactive App in the user terminal obtains an address book containing friend information in the database; the step of marking out the close friends in the address book comprises the following steps:
positioning a database of the interaction class App in the user terminal according to the name of the interaction class App;
acquiring an address book from the database, and determining the affinity between a user and each friend in the address book;
and sequencing all friends in the address book according to the intimacy, and selecting a preset number of address book friends as intimacy friends in the front sequencing result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of collecting health data of the user in real time based on the internet of things device, wherein the internet of things device comprises at least an intelligent mattress and an intelligent wearable device comprises:
extracting features of the health data to generate health feature data, and performing dynamic behavior analysis to obtain health dynamic behavior data;
drawing a health parameter curve of the user based on the acquired health dynamic behavior data;
and when the health parameter curve exceeds a numerical interval defined in advance, generating alarm information and sending the alarm information to a user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of building a health information sharing platform based on the health data and address book comprises:
integrating the health data and the address book;
and opening a dynamic user release window, determining an executable privacy policy, receiving a user selection request of the privacy policy, and setting a disclosure mode of the user dynamic in the health information sharing platform.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of generating a risk alert when the health data is abnormal and pushing the risk alert and a preset rescue method to close friends through a health information sharing platform comprises:
receiving a rescue method edited by a user;
converting the alarm information in the Internet of things equipment into a risk warning;
based on the disclosed approach, rescue methods and risk warnings are pushed to close friends.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
tracking key indexes in the health data based on the Internet of things equipment;
establishing a multi-element health assessment model, sending the key indexes into the multi-element health assessment model, predicting health risks of users, and generating a prediction report;
and sending the prediction report to a user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
determining a pre-bound affinity account of a user in an interaction class App, and sending the health data and the risk alert to the affinity account;
and when the user health data is abnormal, collecting voice information of the user in real time, and constructing a voice chat dialogue box of the user and the family account.
8. A home care health monitoring system based on the internet of things, the system comprising:
the marking module can position a database of an interaction class App in the user terminal, acquire an address book containing friend information in the database, and mark close friends in the address book;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a storage module, wherein the acquisition module can acquire health data of a user in real time based on Internet of things equipment, and the Internet of things equipment at least comprises an intelligent mattress and intelligent wearing equipment;
the building module can build a health information sharing platform based on the health data and the address book;
and the pushing module can generate a risk alarm when the health data is abnormal, and push the risk alarm and a preset rescue method to close friends through the health information sharing platform.
9. The system of claim 8, the marking module comprising:
the affinity determining unit can locate a database of the interaction class App in the user terminal according to the name of the interaction class App; acquiring an address book from the database, and determining the affinity between a user and each friend in the address book;
and the close friends selecting unit can sort the friends in the address book according to the close degree, and select the preset number of the address book friends as close friends in the front sorting result.
10. The system of claim 8, the acquisition module comprising:
the data processing unit is capable of extracting characteristics of the user health data to generate health characteristic data, and performing dynamic behavior analysis to acquire health dynamic behavior data;
the health parameter curve drawing unit can draw a health parameter curve of the user based on the acquired health dynamic behavior data;
the alarm information sending unit can generate alarm information and send the alarm information to a user when the health parameter curve exceeds a numerical section defined in advance.
