The connecting pipe 13 is communicated with the air delivery pipe 3 through an air delivery end, the piston columns 14 are provided with a plurality of piston columns 14, the piston columns 14 are correspondingly arranged at the air delivery end in a sliding sealing mode, the piston columns 14 are vertically arranged at the top of the water pressing plate 15, and the water pressing plate 15 is arranged on the inner wall of the water spraying box 22 in a sliding sealing mode. The sprinkler head 24 may be tapered with a lower end portion that more easily passes through the socket 251. The outer circumferential surface of the rubber plug 25 is provided with a mounting groove 252, and the rubber plug 25 can be stably mounted at a mounting hole at the bottom of the water spraying tank 22 through the mounting groove 252. When the sprinkler head 24 is not inserted into the socket 251, the socket 251 maintains a sealed state; when the sprinkler head 24 is inserted into the faucet 251, the water discharge tank 241 communicates the sprinkler tank 22 with the outside, and the water pressure plate 15 can discharge water to the outside through the water discharge tank 241, thereby spraying water.
When the piston head 11 is compressed downward in the piston cylinder 301, the gas is delivered into the connecting pipe 13 through the gas delivery pipe 3. If the human body infrared sensor 21 does not detect the pedestrian crossing the warning line 35, the electromagnetic valve 20 is in an open state, and the gas is discharged out of the inkjet box 22 through the gas outlet pipe portion 131. If the human body infrared sensor 21 detects that a pedestrian passes over the warning line 35, the electromagnetic valve 20 is in a closed state, gas pushes the piston column 14, the piston column 14 drives the water pressing plate 15 to move, the air pressure balance hole arranged at the upper part of the water spraying box 22 can maintain the air pressure balance of the space above the water pressing plate 15 inside the water spraying box 22 when the water pressing plate 15 moves, the water pressing plate 15 drives the water spraying head 24 to move, the water spraying head 24 penetrates the faucet 251, the water pressing plate 15 presses and conveys the water inside the water spraying box 22 below the water pressing plate 15 to the direction of the water flowing groove 241, and finally the water is sprayed to the front side of the warning line 35 through the water flowing groove 241, namely, the water is sprayed to the pedestrian desiring to run the red light. After the vehicle breaks away from rolling the bearing table 4, the spring a8 pushes the sliding column 5 to move upwards, the bearing table 4 moves upwards, the pressing column 10 and the piston head 11 move upwards, in order to maintain the air pressure balance in the air pipe 3, the piston column 14 moves upwards at the air compressing end, the water pressing plate 15 and the water spraying head 24 move upwards, and the rubber plug 25 is of an elastic structure, can be closed again and cannot leak water.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the installation component includes a fixed cylinder 1, a top cover and a mounting frame 2, the fixed cylinder 1 is arranged on the ground, the fixed cylinder 1 is provided with an installation channel through which the air pipe 3 passes, the air pipe 3 is installed on the top cover in a penetrating way, the top cover is arranged on the top end of the fixed cylinder 1, the mounting frame 2 is arranged on the top of the fixed cylinder 1, and the human body infrared sensor 21 and the water spraying box 22 are all arranged on the mounting frame 2. The human body infrared sensors 21 are downward distributed and can cover the detection range of pedestrians in the area of the warning line 35. At the intersection, four sets of mounting assemblies may be provided, each set of mounting assemblies being capable of being used to mount two adjacent human infrared sensors 21 and two adjacent water spray boxes 22 in two adjacent sets of water spray warning mechanisms.
Example III
Compared with the second embodiment, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the water spraying mechanism further includes an elastic guiding assembly, the elastic guiding assembly includes a sliding rod 16, a connecting table 17, a spring b18 and a fixing plate 19, the sliding rod 16 is vertically disposed at the top of the water pressing plate 15, the sliding rod 16 is slidably disposed on the fixing plate 19, the connecting table 17 is disposed at the top end of the sliding rod 16, two ends of the spring b18 are respectively connected with the connecting table 17 and the fixing plate 19, and the fixing plate 19 is disposed on the inner wall of the water spraying box 22.
In this embodiment, when the water pressing plate 15 moves down, the water pressing plate 15 drives the sliding rod 16 to move down, the sliding rod 16 drives the connecting table 17 to move down, the connecting table 17 compresses the spring b18, and the sliding rod 16 can further guide the movement of the water pressing plate 15. After the vehicle is released from rolling the abutment 4, the spring b18 can co-act with the spring a8 to urge the water pressure plate 15 and the sprinkler head 24 to return.
Example IV
Compared with the second embodiment, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-8, the traffic control device based on the front-end camera access platform further comprises an automatic water adding mechanism, wherein the automatic water adding mechanism comprises a water storage tank 23, a support 26, a guide rod 27, a rack 28, a rotary plug 29, a limiting plate 30 and a water adding pipe 31, and the support 26, the guide rod 27, the rack 28, the rotary plug 29, the limiting plate 30 and the water adding pipe 31 are all made of stainless steel materials or plastics and are suitable for long-time use in water. The water storage tank 23 is arranged on the water spraying tank 22, a water level gauge can be arranged in the water storage tank 23, when the water level is lower than a preset value, the water level gauge sends a signal to the central controller, and the central controller controls an external water pump to pump water from a city public water pipeline and convey the water to the water storage tank 23 for water supplementing. A water receiving hole can be arranged at the top of the water storage tank 23 to receive rainwater.
The water feeding pipe 31 is communicated with the water storage tank 23 and extends into the inner side of the water spraying tank 22, external threads are arranged on the peripheral surface of the water feeding pipe 31, water feeding holes 311 penetrating through the external threads in the radial direction are arranged on the water feeding pipe 31, and the water feeding holes 311 are located in the area, close to the middle, on the external threads. The support 26 sets up two side by side in the pressure water plate 15 bottom, guide bar 27 both ends are connected with two supports 26 respectively, rack 28 slides and sets up on guide bar 27, rack 28 is perpendicular with pressure water plate 15, rotatory stopper 29 is including the gear portion that connects gradually, spliced pole portion and nut portion, gear portion is connected with rack 28 meshing, nut portion has the internal thread with the external screw thread adaptation, form the ring channel that supplies limiting plate 30 card to go into between gear portion, spliced pole portion and the nut portion, when rotatory stopper 29 rotates, limiting plate 30 can be in the ring channel inboard all the time, can remove along with rotatory stopper 29, limiting plate 30 sets up in the rack 28 side.
In this embodiment, when the water pressing plate 15 moves down, the bracket 26 can be driven to move down, the bracket 26 drives the rack 28 to move down through the guide rod 27, the rack 28 drives the rotary plug 29 to rotate through the gear portion, the rotary plug 29 rotates toward the water feeding pipe 31, the rotary plug 29 can drive the clamped limiting plate 30 to move through the annular groove, thereby driving the rack 28 to slide on the guide rod 27, the engagement between the gear portion and the rack 28 is maintained, the rotary plug 29 gradually covers the water feeding hole 311, and the water pressing plate 15 can effectively spray water outwards through the water flowing groove 241 as the rotary plug 29 continues to rotate. After water spraying is finished, the water pressing plate 15 moves upwards, the rack 28 drives the rotary plug 29 to rotate reversely through the gear part, the rotary plug 29 is screwed in a direction away from the water adding pipe 31, but the rotary plug cannot break away from threaded connection between the nut part and the water adding pipe 31, the water adding hole 311 is gradually exposed, so that water in the water storage tank 23 can circulate to the lower part of the water pressing plate 15 through the water adding hole 311 on the water adding pipe 31 under the action of self gravity, and water supplementing is realized for the next water spraying process.

Claims (8)

1. A traffic control device based on a front-end camera access platform, comprising:
the signal lamp regulating mechanism comprises a camera (34), a congestion degree analysis module, a central controller and a traffic signal lamp (33) which are sequentially connected in a signal mode, wherein the congestion degree analysis module analyzes the vehicle congestion degree according to a vehicle picture acquired by the camera (34), and the central controller regulates the traffic signal lamp (33) according to the vehicle congestion degree, and the vehicle congestion degree is in direct proportion to the green light display time of the traffic signal lamp (33) in the vehicle passing direction;
the water spraying warning mechanism comprises a human body infrared sensor (21), a warning line (35), a speed-reducing air compressing mechanism and a water spraying mechanism, wherein a plurality of groups of speed-reducing air compressing mechanisms are arranged side by side in the width direction in the right area of the motor vehicle lane, the water spraying mechanisms are symmetrically distributed in two groups relative to the sidewalk, the two groups of water spraying mechanisms are respectively positioned above two sides of the sidewalk, the warning line (35) is arranged at the ground below the water spraying mechanism, and the human body infrared sensor (21) is in communication connection with the central controller; when the human body infrared sensor (21) detects that pedestrians cross the warning line (35) to break the red light, the decelerating air compressing mechanism triggers the water spraying mechanism to spray water to the side, close to the sidewalk, of the warning line (35) when the decelerating air compressing mechanism is rolled by a vehicle;
the installation component is used for installing the human body infrared sensor (21), the speed-reducing air compressing mechanism and the water spraying mechanism.

The traffic control device based on the front-end camera access platform according to claim 1, wherein the congestion degree analysis module can analyze the congestion degree of pedestrians according to the pedestrian images collected by the camera (34), and the central controller regulates and controls the traffic lights of the sidewalks on both sides of the sidewalks according to the congestion degree of the pedestrians, and the congestion degree of the pedestrians is in direct proportion to the green light display time of the traffic lights of the sidewalks in the pedestrian passing direction.

The traffic control device based on the front-end camera access platform according to claim 3, wherein the water spraying mechanism comprises a connecting pipe (13), a piston column (14), a water pressing plate (15), an electromagnetic valve (20), a water spraying box (22), a water spraying head (24) and a rubber plug (25), the connecting pipe (13) is provided with an air outlet pipe part (131), an air supplying end and a plurality of air compressing ends, the air outlet pipe part (131) penetrates through the upper part of the water spraying box (22), the electromagnetic valve (20) is arranged on the air outlet pipe part (131), and the central controller is in control connection with the electromagnetic valve (20); the connecting pipe (13) is communicated with the air delivery pipe (3) through an air delivery end, the piston columns (14) are provided with a plurality of piston columns, the piston columns (14) are correspondingly arranged at the air delivery end in a sliding sealing manner, the piston columns (14) are vertically arranged at the top of the water pressing plate (15), the water pressing plate (15) is arranged on the inner wall of the water spraying box (22) in a sliding sealing manner, the air pressure balance holes are formed in the upper part of the water spraying box (22), a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the bottom array of the water spraying box (22), one rubber plug (25) is correspondingly arranged at each mounting hole, the water spraying heads (24) are in one-to-one correspondence with the rubber plugs (25), the water flowing grooves (241) are formed in the water spraying heads (24), a plurality of water spraying heads (24) are arranged at the bottom array of the water pressing plate (15), and the rubber plugs (25) are provided with faucet sockets (251) for inserting the water spraying heads (24); when the water spray head (24) is not inserted into the faucet (251), the faucet (251) maintains a sealed state; when the sprinkler head (24) is inserted into the faucet (251), the water-jet tank (22) is communicated with the outside by the water-jet tank (241).
