Illustratively, the first number is a, the total number is b, the order inquiry number is c, the second number is d, the transaction success rate is a/b, the order inquiry rate is c/b, and the transaction error correction rate is d/b.
The preset time period may be set according to practical situations, and is not limited herein. For example, the preset time period may be 1 hour, 1 day, 2 days, etc.
In some optional embodiments, determining that the target system is normal if the transaction success rate is within a preset range;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal under the condition that the order inquiry rate is smaller than a first threshold value;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal under the condition that the transaction error correction rate is smaller than the second threshold value.
In this embodiment, according to the preset range, the first threshold value and the second threshold value, whether the target system is normal or not can be determined, so as to find out whether the target system is abnormal or not in time.
The preset range, the first threshold and the second threshold may be set according to practical situations, which are not limited herein. The first threshold may or may not be equal to the second threshold.
In other alternative embodiments, the target system anomaly is determined if the transaction success rate is not within a preset range;
and/or, determining that the target system is abnormal if the order query rate is greater than or equal to a first threshold;
and/or determining that the target system is abnormal in the case that the transaction error correction rate is greater than or equal to the second threshold.
That is, in the case where the transaction success rate suddenly increases or decreases, and/or the order inquiry rate suddenly increases, and/or the transaction error correction rate suddenly increases, the target system is considered to be abnormal.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a data processing device. The data processing apparatus will be described below.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the data processing apparatus 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include an acquisition module 210, a generation module 220, an analysis module 230, and a monitoring module 240.

According to the data processing device provided by the embodiment of the application, the transaction abnormal order information is queried through the target query system corresponding to the target type, the transaction query file is generated, then the transaction query file is analyzed to obtain the transaction error correction file, and finally whether the target system is normal or not can be monitored according to the transaction order information, the transaction query file and the transaction error correction file. In the embodiment of the application, on one hand, the transaction abnormal order information is queried through the target query system corresponding to the target type by acquiring the target type of the combined payment, so that the transaction query file is generated quickly and accurately, only the transaction abnormal order information is queried, and the query amount of the transaction order information is reduced; on the other hand, the transaction error correction file comprising the transaction record to be manually processed is obtained by analyzing the transaction inquiry file, so that the transaction abnormal order information to be manually processed can be characterized, and staff can be timely and accurately instructed to process the transaction abnormal order information; on the other hand, by monitoring the target system, whether the target system is normal or not can be timely found and processed so as to ensure the normal operation of the target system. In summary, embodiments of the present application facilitate ensuring transaction integrity for combined payments.
In some alternative embodiments, the combined payment includes multiple payment methods,
the generating module 220 may include:
the inquiry sub-module is used for inquiring the abnormal transaction order information through a target inquiry system corresponding to the target type to obtain inquiry results, wherein the inquiry results comprise payment results respectively corresponding to various payment modes, the payment results comprise successful payment, failure payment and uncertain payment results, and the uncertain payment results are obtained by inquiring the abnormal transaction order information for a first preset number of times;
the first generation sub-module is used for generating a transaction inquiry file according to the transaction abnormal order information and the inquiry result.
In some alternative embodiments, the combined payment includes N payment methods, N is a positive integer greater than 1, the transaction inquiry file includes transaction inquiry order information, and inquiry results of the transaction inquiry order information, the inquiry results include payment results corresponding to the various payment methods, the transaction error correction file further includes a system processing transaction record,
the analysis module 230 may include:
the second generation sub-module is used for generating a transaction record to be manually processed according to the transaction inquiry order information and the inquiry result under the condition that the payment result is uncertain in the inquiry result;
The processing sub-module is used for or, when the query result does not have the uncertainty of the payment result and the Mth payment result included in the query result is the payment failure, carrying out preset processing on the 1 st to M-1 st payment results to obtain preset processing results, wherein the preset processing comprises positive flushing processing or refund processing, and M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N;

under the condition that the preset processing result comprises successful transaction, generating a system processing transaction record according to the transaction inquiry order information and the transaction success;
and/or generating a transaction record to be manually processed according to the transaction inquiry order information and the transaction failure under the condition that the preset processing result comprises the transaction failure.
In some alternative embodiments, the trade order information includes a first number of trade normal orders for a preset time period and a total number of trade orders for the preset time period, the trade inquiry file includes an order inquiry number for the preset time period, the trade error correction file includes a second number of error correction successful orders, and the monitoring module 240 includes:
a first determination submodule for determining a success rate of the transaction according to the first number and the total number;
the second determining submodule is used for determining the order inquiry rate according to the total number and the order inquiry number;
a third determining sub-module for determining a transaction error correction rate according to the total number and the second number;
and the monitoring sub-module is used for monitoring whether the target system is normal or not according to the transaction success rate, the order inquiry rate and the transaction error correction rate.
In some alternative embodiments, the monitoring sub-module is specifically configured to:
under the condition that the success rate of the transaction is within a preset range, determining that the target system is normal;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal under the condition that the order inquiry rate is smaller than a first threshold value;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal under the condition that the transaction error correction rate is smaller than the second threshold value.
In some alternative embodiments, the transaction correction file further includes at least one of process order information, process time, and process status.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations and the advantages of the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic hardware structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, a processor 301 and a memory 302 storing computer program instructions may be included in an electronic device.
In particular, the processor 301 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or a specific integrated circuit (NpplicNtion Specific IntegrNted Circuit, NSIC), or may be configured to implement one or more integrated circuits of embodiments of the present application.
Memory 302 may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 302 may comprise a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, optical Disk, magneto-optical Disk, magnetic tape, or universal serial bus (UniversNl SeriNl Bus, USB) Drive, or a combination of two or more of the foregoing. Memory 302 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. Memory 302 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 302 is a non-volatile solid-state memory.
The memory may include Read Only Memory (ROM), random access memory (RNM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., memory devices) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors) it is operable to perform the operations described with reference to methods in accordance with aspects of the present disclosure.
The processor 301 implements any of the data processing methods of the above embodiments by reading and executing computer program instructions stored in the memory 302.
In one example, the electronic device may also include a communication interface 303 and a bus 310. As shown in fig. 3, the processor 301, the memory 302, and the communication interface 303 are connected to each other by a bus 310 and perform communication with each other.
The communication interface 303 is mainly used to implement communication between each module, device, unit and/or apparatus in the embodiments of the present application.
Bus 310 includes hardware, software, or both that couple the components of the data processing device to one another. By way of example, and not limitation, the buses may include an accelerated graphics port (NGP) or other graphics bus, an enhanced industry standard architecture (EISN) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a HyperTransport (HT) interconnect, an industry standard architecture (ISN) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a micro channel architecture (MCN) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a serial advanced technology attachment (SNTN) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus, or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 310 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although embodiments of the present application describe and illustrate a particular bus, the present application contemplates any suitable bus or interconnect.
In addition, in combination with the data processing method in the above embodiment, the embodiment of the application may be implemented by providing a computer storage medium. The computer storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions; which when executed by a processor, implement any of the data processing methods of the above embodiments.
It should be clear that the present application is not limited to the particular arrangements and processes described above and illustrated in the drawings. For the sake of brevity, a detailed description of known methods is omitted here. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present application are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications, and additions, or change the order between steps, after appreciating the spirit of the present application.
The functional blocks shown in the above-described structural block diagrams may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this application describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present application is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be different from the order in the embodiments, or several steps may be performed simultaneously.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, performs a data processing method according to any of the above embodiments.

Claims (11)

1. A method of data processing, comprising:
acquiring a target type of combined payment and transaction order information of the combined payment in a target system, wherein the transaction order information comprises transaction abnormal order information;
inquiring the transaction order information through a target inquiry system corresponding to the target type to generate a transaction inquiry file;
analyzing the transaction inquiry file to obtain a transaction error correction file, wherein the transaction error correction file comprises a transaction record to be manually processed, and the transaction record to be manually processed is used for representing the abnormal order information of the transaction to be manually processed;
And monitoring whether the target system is normal or not according to the transaction order information, the transaction inquiry file and the transaction error correction file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the combined payment comprises a plurality of payment methods,
the query of the transaction order information through the target query system corresponding to the target type generates a transaction query file, which comprises the following steps:

The analyzing the transaction inquiry file to obtain a transaction error correction file comprises the following steps:
generating the transaction record to be manually processed according to the transaction inquiry order information and the inquiry result under the condition that the payment result is uncertain in the inquiry result;
or under the condition that the query result does not have the uncertain payment result and the Mth payment result included in the query result is a payment failure, carrying out preset processing on the 1 st to Mth payment results to obtain preset processing results, wherein the preset processing comprises positive flushing processing or refund processing, and M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N;
generating the transaction record processed by the system and the transaction record to be processed manually according to the transaction inquiry order information and the preset processing result, wherein the preset processing result comprises at least one of processing success and processing failure, the processing failure is obtained by carrying out preset processing on a P-th payment result for a second preset time, and P is a positive integer which is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating the system processed transaction record and the transaction record to be manually processed based on the transaction inquiry order information and the preset processing result comprises:
Generating a transaction record processed by the system according to the transaction inquiry order information and the transaction success under the condition that the preset processing result comprises the transaction success;
and/or generating the transaction record to be manually processed according to the transaction inquiry order information and the transaction failure under the condition that the preset processing result comprises the transaction failure.

The method of claim 1, wherein the trade order information includes a first number of trade normal orders for a preset time period and a total number of trade orders for the preset time period, wherein the trade inquiry file includes an order inquiry number for the preset time period, wherein the trade error correction file includes a second number of error correction successful orders, and wherein monitoring whether the target system is normal based on the trade order information, the trade inquiry file, and the trade error correction file comprises:
determining a transaction success rate based on the first number and the total number;
determining an order inquiry rate according to the total number and the order inquiry number;
determining a transaction error correction rate based on the total number and the second number;
And monitoring whether the target system is normal or not according to the transaction success rate, the order inquiry rate and the transaction error correction rate.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein monitoring whether the target system is normal based on the transaction success rate, the order inquiry rate, and the transaction error correction rate comprises:
under the condition that the transaction success rate is within a preset range, determining that the target system is normal;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal if the order query rate is less than a first threshold;
and/or, determining that the target system is normal if the transaction error correction rate is less than a second threshold.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction correction file further comprises at least one of process order information, process time, and process status.
8. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target type of combined payment and transaction order information of the combined payment in a target system, and the transaction order information comprises transaction abnormal order information;
