1. A method of evaluating an engineering quota, comprising:

searching a plurality of third data lines which are uniform in quota specialty and quota class names in a preset quota library according to the quota specialty and the quota class names corresponding to the second data lines, and extracting a quota characteristic value interval and a quota number corresponding to each third data line; wherein each third data line comprises a quota specialty, a quota number, a quota class name and a quota characteristic value interval;
when the value corresponding to the item feature is not null and is not a single value, obtaining a feature value according to the quota feature expression corresponding to the second data line and the item feature corresponding to the first data line;
determining a target data row according to the characteristic value; wherein the target data behavior: a third data line covering the characteristic value in a quota characteristic value interval;
and determining the engineering quota corresponding to the engineering quota list to be matched according to the quota number corresponding to the target data line.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and when the numerical value corresponding to the project characteristic is empty, taking a preset experience value as the characteristic value.
