The fan-shaped seat 21 is rotated according to the wiring requirement of the external wiring to select a connection position, after the fan-shaped seat 21 is rotated and the locking rod 81 is aligned with one of the corresponding jacks 82, the locking rod 81 is rotated, and the locking rod 81 moves towards the jack 82 through threaded fit with the mounting seat 22 in the rotating process until the locking rod 81 is inserted into the jack 82, so that the position of the fan-shaped seat 21 is locked.
Working principle: when the external wiring is connected with the electric energy meter, the connection position is selected according to the wiring requirement of the external wiring, if the external wiring needs to be connected in an inclined way and the bending degree of the external wiring needs to be reduced, the external wiring can be connected to the wiring plugging mechanism 5 on the rotary plugging station, and the direction of the wiring plugging mechanism 5 on the fan-shaped seat 21 is adjusted through the angle adjusting mechanism 8, so that the connection of the external wiring and the electric energy meter is facilitated, the bending of the external wiring is avoided, and the damage to the external wiring is reduced; if the external connection wire is required to be vertically connected or bent and connected after being vertically connected, the external connection wire can be connected to the wiring plugging mechanism 5 on the fixed plugging station, and meanwhile, the external connection wire is arranged and routed through the flat cable plugging mechanism 7, so that the disorder of the connection of the external connection wire is prevented.
When the external connection wire is connected to the wire inserting mechanism 5 and the anti-falling mechanism 6, the external connection wire is inserted from the conical hole 61, the pressing piece 62 in the conical hole 61 is inclined and is pressed against the side wall of the external connection wire, the external connection wire is limited, the exposed wire of the external connection wire moves from the annular channel formed by the plurality of wire clamping pieces 52 into the conducting cylinder 51 until the exposed wire of the external connection wire is pressed against the conducting cylinder 51, in the process, the wire clamping pieces 52 are pressed against the side wall of the exposed wire of the external connection wire under the action of self-elasticity, so that the exposed wire of the external connection wire is pre-clamped, and the external connection wire is prevented from falling when the external connection wire is fixedly locked.
Then, the locking group 53 is used for propping the arc-shaped section of the wire clamping piece 52 protruding towards the axis of the conducting cylinder 51 on the exposed wire of the external wire, so that the exposed wire of the external wire is fixed, and then the driving group 65 is used for obliquely propping the propping piece 62 on the side wall of the external wire, the propping piece 62 is used for limiting the external wire, so that the external wire is prevented from falling downwards under the action of self gravity or external force, and poor contact of the junction of the external wire of the electric energy meter is caused.

the upper end and the lower end of the shell (1) are provided with mounting grooves (3), the mounting grooves (3) are positioned between the two rotating grooves (2), a fixing seat (4) is arranged in the mounting grooves (3), the arc-shaped end face of the sector-shaped seat (21) is provided with accommodating grooves, the accommodating grooves are internally provided with mounting seats (22), the mounting seats (22) are provided with symmetrically arranged rectangular grooves (23), and the mounting seats (22) and the fixing seat (4) are provided with wiring plug-in mechanisms (5) and anti-falling mechanisms (6); the upper end and the lower end of the shell (1) are provided with a flat cable inserting and buckling mechanism (7);
the wiring plug-in mechanism (5) comprises a fixing seat (4) and rectangular concave holes (50) which are uniformly distributed and are formed in a rectangular groove (23), a connecting groove is formed in the rectangular concave holes (50), a conducting cylinder (51) is installed in the connecting groove, the conducting cylinder (51) is of a cylindrical structure with an opening facing the rectangular concave holes (50), wire clamping pieces (52) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the opening end of the conducting cylinder (51) are installed at the opening end of the conducting cylinder (51), the wire clamping pieces (52) are made of elastic conductive pieces, the wire clamping pieces (52) are located in the rectangular concave holes (50), one end, far away from the conducting cylinder (51), of the wire clamping pieces (52) is of an arc-shaped structure, the arc-shaped protrusions face the axis of the conducting cylinder (51), and a locking group (53) which tightly presses the wire clamping pieces (52) is installed in the rectangular concave holes (50);
