the gas in the return pipe 40 is heated by the electric heating sleeve, the driving motor 31 is turned on, the gas enters the vent pipe 33 through the return pipe 40 and is discharged through the plurality of vent holes 34, and the hot gas is used for drying the agricultural products;
in the drying process, the formed water vapor is pumped into the suction box 37 through the exhaust pipe 36, and under the continuous operation of the driving motor 31, the piston plate 47 continuously reciprocates, the pumped water vapor and the gas are input into the water removal box 37 from the gas guide pipe 38 together for water removal, and the removed gas is led into the vent pipe 33 again through the return pipe 40, so that the recycling of the waste heat in the gas is realized;
removal of moisture in the gas:
the gas passing through the water removal tank 37 firstly passes through the porous condensation plate 41, at this time, the water vapor is condensed, the water drops to the bottom of the water removal tank 39, and the hot gas is discharged through the return pipe 40, so that the water can be discharged, and the dryness of the return gas is ensured;
turning over and replacing positions of agricultural products:
in the continuous process of the driving motor 31, the erection plate 3 can drive the plurality of placing plates 8 to perform position replacement, and the placing plates 8 can always keep horizontal upwards in the position replacement process due to the shape design of the placing plates 8, so that the laying effect of agricultural products on the placing plates is ensured;
