技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种防水面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展和生活水平的提高,人们对于服装舒适性的要求也越来越高,除了遮体御寒、美观得体的款式等方面的方面的需求外,更注重服装的穿着舒适性,而服装穿着舒适度在很大程度上又取决于面料的性能,面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
现有的普通防水面料功能较为单一,不具备良好的保暖防水隔热效果,面料在低温或高温环境使用中,容易出现损坏,大大的缩减了面料自身的使用寿命,同时在工作人员穿试工作时,较为容易造成伤害,不具有良好的弹性和强度,较为容易遭到破坏,面料本身的抗拉伸能力全靠面料材质性能,抗变形强度不够,还有的是会使人们感到闷热,穿着时可适性非常的差,很多还会造成皮肤发红,瘙痒。
发明内容
针对上述问题点的不足,本发明提供了一种防水面料及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种防水面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括基层体,所述基层体的上下两面分别热熔连接有第一加强网层和第二加强网层,所述第一加强网层顶部热熔连接有隔热层,所述隔热层顶部设置有防水耐磨层,所述第二加强网层底部热熔连接有保温层,所述保温层底部缝纫连接有抑菌层,所述抑菌层底部缝纫连接有亲肤层,所述防水耐磨层包括第一防水层、第二防水层和耐磨层,所述第一防水层上热熔连接所述耐磨层,所述第二防水层下交织连接隔热层,所述第一防水层与第二防水层之间通过呈条状分布的热熔粘结相连,且各条状热熔胶之间存在间隙空间。
优选的,所述第一加强网层为通过相互垂直交叉的多条筋条编织而成,所述第二加强网层为通过左右倾斜交叉的多条筋条编织而成。
优选的,所述第一加强网层和第二加强网层的材质为耐高温橡胶。
优选的,所述耐磨层包括若干根锦纶纱线与若干根金属纱线,所述锦纶纱线与所述金属纱线相互编织形成所述耐磨层。
优选的,所述第一防水层从下到上包括锁水层、吸湿层、防水层和强防水涂层,所述锁水层的顶部热熔连接有吸湿层,所述吸湿层的顶部热熔连接有防水层,所述第一防水层的表面涂抹有强防水涂层。
优选的,所述锁水层为高吸水树脂纤维材料制成,所述吸湿层为亚麻纤维材料制成,所述防水层为聚氨酯泡沫纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述第二防水层包括聚酯纤维丝层、聚四氟乙烯层,所述聚酯纤维丝层的顶部与聚四氟乙烯层的底部交织连接。
优选的,所述隔热层包括有陶瓷纤维布层和芳纶1313纤维层,所述陶瓷纤维布层的顶部与芳纶1313纤维层的底部交织连接,所述芳纶1313纤维层的顶部与聚酯纤维丝层的底部交织连接,所述陶瓷纤维布层的底部与第一加强网层的顶部热熔连接。
优选的,所述抑菌层为采用竹炭纤维和银纤维编织而成,所述保温层包括第一保暖层与第二保暖层,所述第一保暖层内填充有聚酯纤维,所述第二保暖层内填充有木棉纤维,所述亲肤层为采用棉纤维和蚕丝纤维编织而成,所述抑菌层与所述第二保暖层底部缝纫连接,所述第一保暖层顶部与所述第二加强网层底部热熔连接。
一种防水面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A:工作人员根据使用者所需需求将材料性能相互吻合的材料进行筛选,并将筛选出物料中功能类似的进行拼接复合;然后工作人员将复合后的材料进行上下顺序组合拼接,来测试其不同拼接组合时的性能稳定性,并对最优解进行选择;
B:当筛选出最优的组合方式后,对面料进行连接组合拼接,并对最外层的防水耐磨层进行处理,先制备第一防水层,将锁水层、吸湿层、防水层从下至上通过热压机对其进行加温加压,从而完成热熔连接,将强防水涂层涂覆在表面,进行加热固化得到第一防水层,将耐磨层放置在第一防水层顶部再次通过热压机进行加温加压,从而完成耐磨层与第一防水层的顶部进行热熔连接,第二防水层和隔热层交织拼接缝合后在顶部涂上条状分布的热熔胶,将第一防水层和第二防水层热熔连接得到防水耐磨层。
C:先将基层体做为基层面料,然后将第一加强网层和第二加强网层放置在基层体上下两面通过热压机对其进行加温加压,从而完成热熔连接。
D:将保温层、抑菌层和有亲肤层依次缝纫连接。
E:将防水耐磨层放置第一加强网层顶部,第二加强网层底部放置缝合好的保温层、抑菌层和亲肤层,然后通过热压机进行热熔连接,从而完成整个面料之间的拼合以及压胶处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过设置的防水耐磨层和其配合底部交织连接的隔热层,双层的防水层有效的确保面料的防水性能,顶部的耐磨层增强面料的耐磨性,还具有保护防水层有效的防止防水层磨损破坏防水效果的作用,第一防水层和第二防水层的配合,且通过呈条状分布的热熔胶粘结相连,这样使得在减少热熔胶用量的情况下,也能够起到较好地粘结效果,同时间隙空间存在也增加了该面料的保温效果,还能够对外界水分和热气进行阻隔,避免对穿着者分泌的汗液进行吸收锁死,设置的保温层、抑菌层和亲肤层,在具有防水性能下,避免因汗液导致的内部潮湿而出现的细菌滋生,增强了抗寒保暖性能,能够有效抵御外界的寒冷,提高穿着的舒适度。
2、通过设置的第一加强网层和第二加强网层,且通过抗拉伸能力较强的筋条编织而成,相较于普通的面料,其抗拉伸抗变型能力大大提高,第一加强网层与第二加强网层的筋条设置角度不同,可以增加抵抗不同方向的外力,从而增大了使用寿命。

如图4和图5所示,第一加强网层2为通过相互垂直交叉的多条筋条编织而成,第二加强网层3为通过左右倾斜交叉的多条筋条编织而成,第一加强网层2和第二加强网层3的材质为耐高温橡胶。采用该结构,第一加强网层2和第二加强网层3通过抗拉伸能力较强的筋条编织而成,相较于普通的面料,其抗拉伸抗变型能力大大提高,第一加强网层2与第二加强网层3的筋条设置角度不同,第一加强网层2为相互垂直交叉设置,第二加强网层3为通过左右倾斜交叉设置,这样可以增加抵抗不同方向的外力,从而增大了使用寿命。
如图2所示,第一防水层5从下到上包括锁水层51、吸湿层52、防水层53和强防水涂层54,锁水层51的顶部热熔连接有吸湿层52,吸湿层52的顶部热熔连接有防水层53,第一防水层5的表面涂抹有强防水涂层54,锁水层51为高吸水树脂纤维材料制成,吸湿层52为亚麻纤维材料制成,防水层53为聚氨酯泡沫纤维材料制成。采用该结构,防水层53能够对外界侵入的水分进行阻隔,避免其对面料主体造成侵蚀,吸湿层52能够对在防水层53受到破坏后对部分侵入的水分行吸收,从而给使用者提供较为干爽的穿着体验,锁水层51能够对水分进行吸收锁死,从而在吸湿层52和防水层53的基础上使用时,进一步提高面料主体的防水效果,强防水涂层54进一步的涂抹包裹在第一防水层外侧,有效的进一步阻止外部的水分进入。
如图3所示,第二防水层4包括聚酯纤维丝层41和聚四氟乙烯层42,聚酯纤维丝层41的顶部与聚四氟乙烯层42的底部交织连接,隔热层9包括有陶瓷纤维布层91和芳纶1313纤维层92,陶瓷纤维布层91的顶部与芳纶1313纤维层92的底部交织连接,芳纶1313纤维层92的顶部与聚酯纤维丝层41的底部交织连接,陶瓷纤维布层91的底部与第一加强网层2的顶部热熔连接。采用该结构,聚酯纤维丝层41具有抗皱性和保形性,具有较高的强度和弹性恢复能力,从而提高了面料的性能,聚四氟乙烯层42的防水效果和透气效果较好,配合隔热层9,陶瓷纤维布层91具有很强的抗燃、隔热功能,还有一定的透气和导湿功能,提高了面料的隔热性能,芳纶纤维层92是一种本质阻燃、耐高温的纤维,具有自熄性,也是为了增强面料的隔热性能,芳纶1313纤维层92的顶部与聚酯纤维丝层41的底部交织连接提高隔热层的强度和弹力,有效提高隔热层9的适用性。
实施例一:
一种防水面料,包括面料本体,面料本体包括基层体1,基层体1的上下两面分别热熔连接有第一加强网层2和第二加强网层3,第一加强网层2顶部热熔连接有隔热层9,隔热层9顶部设置有防水耐磨层,第二加强网层3底部热熔连接有保温层6,保温层6底部缝纫连接有抑菌层7,抑菌层7底部缝纫连接有亲肤层8,防水耐磨层包括第一防水层5、第二防水层4和耐磨层10,第一防水层5上热熔连接耐磨层10,第二防水层4下交织连接隔热层9,第一防水层5与第二防水层4之间通过呈条状分布的热熔粘结相连,且各条状热熔胶之间存在间隙空间,耐磨层10包括若干根锦纶纱线与若干根金属纱线,锦纶纱线与金属纱线相互编织形成耐磨层10,抑菌层7为采用竹炭纤维和银纤维编织而成,保温层6包括第一保暖层与第二保暖层,第一保暖层内填充有聚酯纤维,第二保暖层内填充有木棉纤维,亲肤层8为采用棉纤维和蚕丝纤维编织而成,抑菌层7与第二保暖层底部缝纫连接,第一保暖层顶部与第二加强网层3底部热熔连接。
第一加强网层2为通过相互垂直交叉的多条筋条编织而成,第二加强网层3为通过左右倾斜交叉的多条筋条编织而成,第一加强网层2和第二加强网层3的材质为耐高温橡胶。
第一防水层5从下到上包括锁水层51、吸湿层52、防水层53和强防水涂层54,锁水层51的顶部热熔连接有吸湿层52,吸湿层52的顶部热熔连接有防水层53,第一防水层5的表面涂抹有强防水涂层54,锁水层51为高吸水树脂纤维材料制成,吸湿层52为亚麻纤维材料制成,防水层53为聚氨酯泡沫纤维材料制成。
防水层53能够对外界侵入的水分进行阻隔,避免其对面料主体造成侵蚀,吸湿层52能够对在防水层53受到破坏后对部分侵入的水分行吸收,从而给使用者提供较为干爽的穿着体验,锁水层51能够对水分进行吸收锁死,从而在吸湿层52和防水层53的基础上使用时,进一步提高面料主体的防水效果,强防水涂层54进一步的涂抹包裹在第一防水层外侧,有效的进一步阻止外部的水分进入。
实施例二:

B:当筛选出最优的组合方式后,对面料进行连接组合拼接,并对最外层的防水耐磨层进行处理,先制备第一防水层5,将锁水层51、吸湿层52、防水层53从下至上通过热压机对其进行加温加压,从而完成热熔连接,将强防水涂层54涂覆在表面,进行加热固化得到第一防水层,将耐磨层10放置在第一防水层5顶部再次通过热压机进行加温加压,从而完成耐磨层10与第一防水层5的顶部进行热熔连接,第二防水层4和隔热层9交织拼接缝合后在顶部涂上条状分布的热熔胶,将第一防水层5和第二防水层4热熔连接得到防水耐磨层。
C:先将基层体1做为基层面料,然后将第一加强网层2和第二加强网层3放置在基层体1上下两面通过热压机对其进行加温加压,从而完成热熔连接。
D:将保温层6、抑菌层7和亲肤层8依次缝纫连接。
E:将防水耐磨层放置第一加强网层2顶部,第二加强网层3底部放置缝合好的保温层6、抑菌层7和亲肤层8,然后通过热压机进行热熔连接,从而完成整个面料之间的拼合以及压胶处理。
综上所述:该防水面料及其制备方法,通过基层体1、第一加强网层2、第二加强网层3、隔热层9、防水耐磨层、保温层6、抑菌层7和亲肤层8,解决了面料整体功能较低,使得其在外界多变的环境条件下,容易给整体的使用寿命以及穿着体验造成影响的问题。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水面料,其特征在于:所述第一防水层(5)从下到上包括锁水层(51)、吸湿层(52)、防水层(53)和强防水涂层(54),所述锁水层(51)的顶部热熔连接有吸湿层(52),所述吸湿层(52)的顶部热熔连接有防水层(53),所述第一防水层(5)的表面涂抹有强防水涂层(54)。
