The upper side of the bent plate 604 is provided with a sanding layer for sanding the edge of the first bent portion 42.

When the grinding wheel 10 grinds the rectangular hole 41, the second air pump 605 on the left is controlled to convey air into the air blowing plate 606, then the air is blown out rightwards from the air blowing opening on the right side of the air blowing plate 606, and the blown air forms an air curtain from left to right, so that the formed air curtain plays a role of blocking scraps, scraps in grinding are prevented from falling on the workbench 2 to influence the subsequent pressing of the plate 4, then in the downward moving process of the plate 4, the second air pump 605 is controlled to pump the air blowing plate 606 at the same time, so that the air blowing plate 606 generates an adsorption force, the edge of the first bending part 42 on the plate 4 is contacted with a grinding layer on the bending plate 604 along with the downward moving of the plate 4, the grinding layer grinds the edge of the first bending part 42, burrs on the edge of the first bending part 42 are ground, the edge of the first bending part 42 is smoother, the polished burrs and chips enter the through groove 60401 through the through hole 60402 and are then absorbed by the air blowing plate 606, so that the situation that the burrs and chips slide downwards along the inclined surfaces on the bending plate 604 when the edge of the first bending part 42 is polished is avoided, the burrs and chips fall on the push plate 602, the limiting frame 603 and the workbench 2, the subsequent bending and pressing of the plate 4 are avoided, the first bending part 42 is bent upwards by ninety degrees as shown in the left graph in fig. 9, the second bending part 43 is contacted with the limiting frame 603, the second bending part 43 is bent upwards by ninety degrees as shown in the right graph in fig. 9, the plate 4 is contacted with the surface of the workbench 2, and the third bending part 44 is contacted with the push plate 602, then the first push rod 501 is controlled to move the connecting plate 502 upwards, the punching block 503 moves synchronously along with the connecting plate 502, then the punching block 503 punches the plate 4 in the area between two adjacent rectangular holes 41, then the supporting plate 202 limits the third bending part 44 when the third bending part 44 is bent upwards, thus the peripheral pump is controlled to convey air to the sucker 203, the sucker 203 loses the adsorption force, the plate 4 is separated from the sucker 203, the wind blown by the sucker 203 blows the plate 4, the plate 4 better falls off from the wind outlet plate 303, after the plate 4 falls off, the peripheral fan is controlled to stop working, then the second electromagnetic valve 7 is controlled to be closed, the air in the air guide plate 5 does not force the telescopic part of the telescopic plate 8 to stretch, the elastic piece 9 is changed from the stretching state to the normal state, in the process of resetting the elastic piece 9, the telescopic part of the telescopic plate 8 is driven to reset, the grinding wheel 10 is separated from the rectangular hole 41, the DD motor 402 is controlled to enable the telescopic rod 401 to rotate ninety degrees, the air guide plate 5, the first electromagnetic valve 6, the second electromagnetic valve 7, the telescopic plate 8, the elastic piece 9 and the grinding wheel 10 synchronously rotate along with the telescopic rod 401, then the air cylinder 201 is controlled to enable the supporting plate 202 to move upwards, the supporting plate 202 is separated from the plate 4, the grinding wheel 10 is located above the plate 4 at the moment, the peripheral fan is controlled to convey air into the air guide plate 5, the air pushes the air guide plate 5 to move downwards due to the fact that the second electromagnetic valve 7 is in a closed state, the first electromagnetic valve 6, the second electromagnetic valve 7, the telescopic plate 8, the elastic piece 9 and the grinding wheel 10 synchronously move along with the air guide plate 5, and the telescopic part of the telescopic rod 401 is pulled out, in the downward moving process of the air guide plate 5, the second electromagnetic valve 7 is controlled to be opened, so that air in the air guide plate 5 enters the expansion plate 8 through the second electromagnetic valve 7, the expansion part of the expansion plate 8 stretches out again, then along with the continued downward moving of the air guide plate 5, the polishing wheel 10 contacts with the punched plate 4 and plays a role in pressing the plate 4, then the second push rod 601 can be controlled to enable the push plate 602 to move upwards, and the push plate 602 pushes the third bending part 44 to bend upwards for ninety degrees, so that the bending and pressing of the plate 4 are completed, as shown in fig. 10;
here, after the bending plate 604 is used for a long time, the chips and burrs remain in the through hole 60402, and at this time, the second air pump 605 can be controlled to blow air to the air blowing plate 606, air enters the through slot 60401 from the first strip-shaped slot 60601, and then air is blown out from the through hole 60402, and in this process, the air can blow out the chips and burrs in the through hole 60402, so as to avoid blocking of the through hole 60402.

When the support plate 202 moves down, the air blower 701, the third push rod 702, the pressing plate 703 and the second conveying pipe 704 move synchronously along with the support plate 202, and then when the edge of the first bending part 42 is polished by the polishing layer on the air blowing plate 606, the air blower 701 is controlled to convey cold air to the second conveying pipe 704, then the cold air enters the pressing plate 703 and is blown out through the second strip-shaped groove 70301, the blown cold air has a cooling effect on the first bending part 42, so that the edge of the first bending part 42 is prevented from overheating during polishing, deformation easily occurs during bending, and meanwhile, when the first bending part 42 is bent upwards, the first bending part 42 can be bent along a crease under the action of the pressing plate 703, so that the bending effect of the first bending part 42 is improved, and when the second bending part 43 is bent, the third push rod 703 can be controlled to adjust the pressing plate 703, so that the pressing plate 703 is positioned at the third bending part 44.

The bending device for the ship machining workpiece according to claim 4, further comprising a stamping mechanism; the workbench (2) is connected with two stamping mechanisms which are symmetrically distributed in the front-back direction; the punching mechanism comprises a first push rod (501); the front part and the rear part of the inner side of the workbench (2) are fixedly connected with a plurality of first push rods (501) respectively; all the telescopic parts of the first push rods (501) in front are fixedly connected with a connecting plate (502) together; the telescopic parts of all the first push rods (501) at the rear are fixedly connected with another connecting plate (502) together; each connecting plate (502) is fixedly connected with a plurality of punching blocks (503).

A bending device for a marine work piece according to claim 5, wherein the bending mechanism comprises a second push rod (601); a plurality of second push rods (601) are fixedly connected to the upper side of the underframe (1); the telescopic parts of all the second push rods (601) are fixedly connected with a push plate (602) together; a limiting frame (603) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the underframe (1), and the limiting frame (603) is positioned on the outer side of the second push rod (601); the upper side of the limiting frame (603) is fixedly connected with a bending plate (604), and the upper side of the bending plate (604) is provided with an inclined plane; the bending plate (604) is provided with a through groove (60401); one side of the bending plate (604) is provided with a plurality of through holes (60402).
