After the substrate coated with the glue solution is conveyed into the glue scraping mechanism 3, along with the movement of the substrate from left to right, the redundant glue solution on the substrate is blocked by the glue scraping rollers 320 and accumulated in the left included angle areas of the two glue scraping rollers 320, the glue solution on the substrate is uniformly distributed on the upper end surfaces of the substrate through the rotation of the two glue scraping rollers 320, meanwhile, the redundant glue solution is gradually arranged at the edge of the glue scraping rollers 320, and the first guide groove 35 on the glue scraping rollers 320 plays a guide role on the redundant glue solution in the rotation process of the glue scraping rollers 320, so that the glue solution flows to the front end area and the rear end area of the substrate along the direction of the glue scraping rollers 320 and is collected by the guide group 37, and the problem of glue solution waste is avoided.
When the substrate after being leveled and scraped by the scraping roller 320 drives the glue on the substrate to move to the position right below the scraping plate 36, along with the movement of the substrate, the triangular part at the lower end of the scraping plate 36 scrapes the glue layer above the substrate again, so that the glue layer is uniformly distributed as a whole, the thickness of the glue layer is a set value, the problems that the glue solution distribution thickness of the upper end surface of the substrate is uneven and the thickness does not reach the standard are avoided, and the quality of the follow-up forming glue pressing cloth is ensured.

When the glue spreading device works, initially, the electric sliding block II moves to drive the corresponding triangular strips 370 to synchronously move, so that the two triangular strips 370 move to the front side and the rear side of the base material and are clung to the base material, then glue spreading operation and glue scraping operation are carried out, when the glue spreading roller 202 guides the redundant glue solution on the upper end face of the base material to flow to the front side and the rear side of the base material, the glue solution moves to the guide groove II 372 on the base plate 207 through the triangular strips 370, at the moment, the front side and the rear side of the triangular strips 370 to the base material play a role in covering and protecting, the glue solution is prevented from flowing to other positions on the base material to affect the quality of the finally formed glue pressing cloth, meanwhile, the inclined surfaces of the triangular strips 370 guide the glue solution to flow into the guide groove II 372, and then the guide groove II 372 flows along the inclined plate 373 under the action of gravity to the collection box, so that the redundant glue solution is collected, the problem of excessive waste of the glue solution is avoided, the production cost is reduced, and the glue solution is conveniently collected in the guide groove III 374 on the inclined plate 373 under the guide groove III 374.

Before the substrate coated with the glue solution is conveyed to the glue scraping mechanism 3, the external motor works to drive the front driving shaft 340 to synchronously and positively move, the driving of the driving group 34 enables the rotation of the front glue scraping shaft 32 and the rear glue scraping shaft 32 to reversely rotate, the glue scraping shaft 32 drives the corresponding glue scraping rollers 320 to synchronously rotate as shown in the figure, the redundant glue solution on the substrate is blocked by the glue scraping rollers 320 and accumulated in the left included angle areas of the two glue scraping rollers 320, the glue solution on the substrate is uniformly distributed on the upper end faces of the substrate through the rotation of the two glue scraping rollers 320, and meanwhile the first guide groove 35 on the glue scraping rollers 320 plays a guide role in the rotation process of the glue scraping rollers 320, so that the glue solution flows to the front end area and the rear end area of the substrate along the direction of the glue scraping rollers 320.
The glue solution moves to the second guide groove 372 on the base plate 207 through the triangular bar 370, the inclined surface of the triangular bar 370 guides the glue solution to flow into the second guide groove 372, and then the second guide groove 372 flows along the inclined plate 373 to the collecting box due to the fact that the inclined surface of the second guide groove 372 faces to the glue solution on the second guide groove 372 under the action of gravity, and therefore the redundant glue solution is collected.
