Examples
The working method of the iron frame for the standing-assisting deck chair comprises the following steps of:
A. correcting sitting posture: the first electric push rod 24 is in an initial state, the inclined bracket 5 and the underframe 6 are in a horizontal state, and the footrest telescopic assembly is in a contracted state, so that sitting can be realized, as shown in fig. 2.
B. Lying posture: the first electric push rod 24 is started to enable the first electric push rod 24 to shrink, the first electric push rod 24 shrinks to drive the rotary rod 2 to move towards the rotary rod limit stop 81, the rotary rod 2 drives the rotary connecting rod 13 to rotate, and the footrest telescopic assembly is driven by the rotary connecting rod 13 to be unfolded to form a lying state; when the swivel rod 2 moves into contact with the swivel rod limit stop 81, the footrest retraction assembly is no longer extended.
C. Upwarp lying position: the first electric push rod 24 continues to shrink, and the rotary rod limit stop 81 makes the rotary rod 2 unable to continue to move, and the first electric push rod 24 pulls the tail end of the inclined support 5 to tilt upwards, so that the front end of the inclined support 5 forms a support, and the front end of the underframe 6 tilts upwards, forming a tilting and lying state.
D. Standing assisting posture: when the first electric push rod 24 stretches, the inclined support 5 and the footrest telescopic assembly are reset, the first electric push rod 24 continues to stretch obliquely upwards to enable the standing support 23 to be in contact with the standing support stop block 83 on the standing support 82, the standing support 23 drives the standing support connecting rod 8, the inclined connecting rod 7 and the H-shaped support 4 in the upper frame assembly to rotate upwards around the bottom of the bottom frame standing support 64, meanwhile, the rotating connecting rod 13 pulls the first connecting rod 141 and the pushing connecting rod 143 to move to drive the armrest support cross support 31 to move, the tail end of the armrest support 3 is lifted, the side support 11 rotates around the support connecting rod 16, and the backrest assembly is lifted to form a standing support posture.

Claims (9)

1. An iron stand for a standing-assisted recliner, comprising: the device comprises an inclined bracket, a bottom frame, a telescopic bracket, a rotary rod, an upper frame assembly and a first electric push rod, wherein two sides of the middle part of the inclined bracket are hinged and matched with the bottom frame, so that the tail end of the inclined bracket is overlapped with the tail end of the bottom frame, and the front end of the bottom frame is overlapped with the front end of the inclined bracket; the tail end of the upper frame assembly is hinged to the tail end of the bottom frame, the rotating rod is arranged above the front portion of the upper frame assembly, two ends of the rotating rod are in transmission fit with the telescopic support, a stand assisting stop block is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the upper frame assembly, a stand assisting support matched with the stand assisting stop block is arranged at the lower side of the end of the rotating rod, a rotating rod limit stop block is further arranged at the tail end of the upper frame assembly, the front end of the first electric push rod is hinged to the middle of the rotating rod, and the tail end of the first electric push rod is hinged to the tail end of the inclined support, so that the first electric push rod is obliquely arranged between the rotating rod and the inclined support.

The iron stand for standing-assisted reclining chair according to claim 1, wherein the upper frame assembly comprises an H-shaped bracket, inclined connecting rods and standing-assisted connecting rods, wherein two sides of the tail end of the bottom frame are fixedly provided with a bottom frame vertical support, the H-shaped bracket comprises an H-shaped bracket transverse support and H-shaped bracket side supports fixedly arranged at two ends of the H-shaped bracket transverse support, the tail ends of the H-shaped bracket side supports are hinged with the bottom of the bottom frame vertical support, the tail ends of the standing-assisted connecting rods are fixedly provided with standing-assisted supports, the front ends of the H-shaped bracket side supports are hinged with the bottom of the standing-assisted supports, the tail ends of the inclined connecting rods are hinged with the top ends of the corresponding bottom frame vertical supports, and the front ends of the inclined connecting rods are hinged with the middle parts of the standing-assisted supports.

The iron frame for a standing-assistant deck chair according to claim 2, wherein the telescopic support comprises two side supports which are symmetrically arranged, the front end of each side support is provided with a telescopic footrest assembly, the tail end of each side support is provided with a telescopic backrest assembly, the middle part of each side support is provided with a side support driving assembly, the front end of each side support is also provided with a support connecting rod, the top end of the support connecting rod is hinged and matched with the side support, and the bottom end of the support connecting rod is hinged and matched with the standing-assistant support; the both ends of rotary rod are fixed respectively and are set up the rotation connecting rod, and the inboard of each side stay is fixed to be set up fixed connecting rod, the rotation connecting rod is including front connection end, the back link that is triangle-shaped and distribute and rotate the link, rotate the link with the articulated cooperation of bottom of fixed connecting rod, the front connection end with the flexible subassembly transmission cooperation of footrest, so that the rotary rod can be driven by the front connection end when rotating the flexible subassembly of footrest is flexible.

The stand-assisted reclining chair iron frame according to claim 4, wherein the side support driving assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are distributed in an inverted-A shape, the two ends of the armrest support cross support are fixedly provided with pushing connecting rods, the top ends of the first connecting rods are in hinged fit with the side supports, the tail ends of the first connecting rods are in hinged fit with the bottom ends of the second connecting rods, the top ends of the second connecting rods are in hinged fit with the rear connecting ends, and the middle parts of the first connecting rods are in hinged fit with the tail ends of the pushing connecting rods, so that the rotating rods can drive the side support driving assembly and the telescopic support to move.

The iron stand for a standing-assist reclining chair according to one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the footrest expansion assembly comprises a footrest first link and a footrest second link arranged in parallel, a footrest third link and a footrest fourth link arranged in parallel, a footrest front support, and a footrest transmission rod, the tail ends of the footrest first link and the footrest second link are hinged to the front ends of the side supports, the tail ends of the footrest third link are hinged to the front ends of the footrest first link, the tail ends of the footrest fourth link are hinged to the front ends of the footrest second link, the front ends of the footrest third link, the footrest fourth link are hinged to the front support of the footrest, the middle part of the footrest first link is provided with a footrest rotation pin, the middle part of the footrest fourth link is hinged to the footrest rotation pin, the tail ends of the footrest transmission link are hinged to the front connection ends of the side supports, the front ends of the footrest transmission link are hinged to the front ends of the footrest second link, and the footrest transmission link is movable by the footrest rotation pin.

The iron frame for a standing-assistant reclining chair according to claim 6, wherein the backrest telescopic assembly comprises a backrest first connecting rod, a backrest second connecting rod and a backrest third connecting rod, the bottom end of the backrest first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the tail end of the side support, the top end of the backrest first connecting rod is hinged and matched with the front end of the backrest second connecting rod, the rear end of the backrest second connecting rod is hinged and matched with the top end of the backrest third connecting rod, and a backrest cross support is fixedly arranged between the two backrest third connecting rods.
