Description

Humidity control method of fresh air conditioner, storage medium and electronic device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a humidity control method and device of a fresh air conditioner, a storage medium and an electronic device.
Background
For a household cabinet air conditioner (such as a GA cabinet) adopting a double-axial-flow fan for air outlet, if a fresh air supply design is adopted, indoor and outdoor air exchange can be realized. At present, more technical schemes have performed air quantity and temperature control on indoor air supply of a fresh air conditioner, but humidity control on fresh air supply is not realized. If the indoor environment needs to be kept refrigerated and low-humidity, the fresh air entering from the outside is high in humidity, so that the indoor environment cannot be kept low-humidity; in the case of drier heating, the fresh air is still dry, so that the indoor humidity cannot be improved, and the problem of influencing the comfort of users is not solved effectively.
The technical problems of the scheme are as follows: 1) When the indoor relative humidity is lower than the optimal relative humidity range of the human body, the fresh air conditioner cannot effectively improve the indoor relative humidity, and the comfort of a user is affected; 2) When the indoor relative humidity is higher than the optimal relative humidity range of the human body, the fresh air conditioner cannot effectively reduce the indoor relative humidity, and the comfort of a user is affected; 3) Under the condition of different indoor and outdoor relative humidity differences, the influence of fresh air input on indoor relative humidity cannot be reasonably controlled; 4) The air conditioner cannot effectively control the indoor relative humidity under different running conditions of refrigeration or heating; 5) The fresh air quantity fed into the room cannot be controlled according to the actual demand.
Aiming at the technical problem of poor comfort of the air conditioner user, no effective solution is proposed at present.

According to an aspect of the embodiment of the application, an embodiment of a humidity control method of a fresh air conditioner is provided. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a humidity control method of a fresh air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
and S1, acquiring the current indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner.
And S2, under the condition that the current indoor humidity is not in the target humidity interval, adjusting the indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner by adopting a corresponding humidity control strategy according to the humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity is located, so that the adjusted indoor humidity is located in the target humidity interval, wherein the target humidity interval is a humidity interval comfortable for a user.
In the technical scheme of step S2, the following two cases are included: firstly, the current indoor humidity is smaller than the lower limit of the target humidity interval (namely, the humidity is too low), and at the moment, the indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner can be adjusted by adopting a humidity control strategy corresponding to the humidity interval where the current indoor humidity is located according to the relation between the current indoor humidity and the current outdoor humidity; and the second is that the current indoor humidity is larger than the upper limit of the target humidity interval (namely, the humidity is too high), and the indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner can be adjusted by adopting a humidity control strategy corresponding to the humidity interval where the current indoor humidity is located according to the running mode of the fresh air conditioner.
In the first case, according to the relationship between the current indoor humidity and the current outdoor humidity, the ceramic oscillator, the compressor, the fresh air fan and the axial flow fan of the fresh air conditioner can be controlled by adopting a humidity control strategy corresponding to the humidity interval where the current indoor humidity is located, so as to adjust the indoor humidity. The humidity ranges can be sequentially divided into a first humidity range (e.g., 0% and 20%), a second humidity range (e.g., 20% and 35%), a third humidity range (e.g., 35% and 45%), a target humidity range (e.g., 45%, 65%), a fourth humidity range (e.g., 65%, 75%), a fifth humidity range (e.g., 75%, 85%), and a sixth humidity range (e.g., 85%, 100%)
For example: under the condition that the current indoor humidity is greater than the current outdoor humidity, determining a humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity is located; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a first humidity interval, starting a ceramic oscillator, keeping the frequency of a compressor unchanged, increasing the rotating speed of a fresh air fan by R1, and increasing the rotating speed of an axial flow fan by R1 so as to improve the indoor humidity; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a second humidity interval, starting a ceramic oscillator, keeping the frequency of a compressor unchanged, increasing the rotating speed of a fresh air fan by R2, and increasing the rotating speed of an axial flow fan by R2 to improve the indoor humidity, wherein the lower limit of the second humidity interval is more than or equal to the upper limit of the first humidity interval, R2 is less than R1, and R2 is less than R1; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is located in a third humidity interval, starting a ceramic oscillator, keeping the frequency of a compressor unchanged, increasing the rotating speed of a fresh air fan by R3, increasing the rotating speed of an axial flow fan by R3 to improve the indoor humidity, wherein the lower limit of the third humidity interval is larger than or equal to the upper limit of the second humidity interval, the upper limit of the third humidity interval is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of a target humidity interval, R3 is smaller than R2, and R3 is smaller than R2.
And the following steps: determining a humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity is located under the condition that the current indoor humidity is smaller than the current outdoor humidity; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a first humidity interval, starting a ceramic oscillator, keeping the frequency of a compressor unchanged, increasing the rotating speed of a fresh air fan by R2, and increasing the rotating speed of an axial flow fan by R1 so as to improve the indoor humidity; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a second humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is turned off, the frequency of the compressor is kept unchanged, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is increased by R1, and the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is increased by R2, so that the indoor humidity is improved, wherein the lower limit of the second humidity interval is more than or equal to the upper limit of the first humidity interval, R2 is less than R1, and R2 is less than R1; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is located in a third humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is turned off, the frequency of the compressor is kept unchanged, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is increased by R2, the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is increased by R2, so that the indoor humidity is improved, wherein the lower limit of the third humidity interval is larger than or equal to the upper limit of the second humidity interval, and the upper limit of the third humidity interval is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the target humidity interval.
In the second case, when the operation mode of the fresh air conditioner is determined to be the cooling mode, if the current indoor humidity is in a fourth humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is turned off, the frequency of the compressor is increased by f1, the rotation speed of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged, and the rotation speed of the axial flow fan is reduced by R4, so as to reduce the indoor humidity, wherein the lower limit of the fourth humidity interval is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the target humidity interval; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a fifth humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is closed, the frequency of the compressor is increased by f2, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged, and the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is reduced by R5, so that the indoor humidity is reduced, wherein the lower limit of the fifth humidity interval is more than or equal to the upper limit of the fourth humidity interval, f2 is more than f1, and R5 is more than R4; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is located in a sixth humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is turned off, the frequency of the compressor is increased by f3, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged, and the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is reduced by R6, so that the indoor humidity is reduced, wherein the lower limit of the sixth humidity interval is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the fifth humidity interval, f3 is greater than f2, and R6 is greater than R5.
In the second case, when the operation mode of the fresh air conditioner is determined to be a heating mode, if the current indoor humidity is in a fourth humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is turned off, the frequency of the compressor is kept unchanged, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is increased by R3, and the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is increased by R1, so that the indoor humidity is reduced, wherein the lower limit of the fourth humidity interval is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the target humidity interval; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is in a fifth humidity interval, closing a ceramic oscillator, increasing the frequency f1 of a compressor, increasing the rotating speed R2 of a fresh air fan and increasing the rotating speed R4 of an axial flow fan to reduce the indoor humidity, wherein the lower limit of the fifth humidity interval is more than or equal to the upper limit of a fourth humidity interval, R3 is less than R2, and R4 is more than R1; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is located in a sixth humidity interval, the ceramic oscillator is closed, the frequency of the compressor is increased by f3, the rotating speed of the fresh air fan is increased by R1, and the rotating speed of the axial flow fan is increased by R5, so that the indoor humidity is reduced, wherein the lower limit of the sixth humidity interval is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the fifth humidity interval, f3 is greater than f1, R5 is greater than R4, and R2 is smaller than R1.
Through the steps, the current indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner is obtained; under the condition that the current indoor humidity is not in the target humidity interval, the indoor humidity of the fresh air conditioner is adjusted by adopting a corresponding humidity control strategy according to the humidity interval in which the current indoor humidity is located, so that the adjusted indoor humidity is located in the target humidity interval, namely, the user comfort humidity interval, and the technical problem that the comfort of an air conditioner user is poor can be solved.
Fig. 2 is a front view of an indoor unit of a dual-shaft air outlet of a fresh air conditioner, which has an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet, and fig. 3 is a view of an indoor unit side, wherein the marks are respectively as follows: the device comprises a 1-guide ring, 2-axial flow fan blades, a 3-air outlet grille, a 4-axial flow fan (upper), a 5-fresh air port (upper), a 6-axial flow fan (lower), a 7-fresh air port (lower), an 8-indoor unit humidity sensor (another humidity sensor is arranged at the outdoor pipe orifice of a fresh air pipe, which is not shown in the figure), a 9-evaporator, a 10-fresh air fan (centrifugal fan) and an 11-atomized water tank. Fig. 4 is a front view of the fresh air port, at which time the air deflector is closed, and fig. 5 is a side view of the fresh air port, at which time the air deflector is opened. As an alternative example, the technical solution of the present application is further described in detail below in connection with specific embodiments.
W represents a drawable water tank, a user can draw out the water tank to add water, and the water tank is in a closed power-off state under the default condition. When the water tank is closed and the ceramic oscillator is powered off, recording W=0, and when the water tank is opened, the ceramic oscillator is powered on and oscillates to generate a large amount of water mist, recording W=1; f represents the compressor operating frequency; r is the rotating speed of a fresh air fan (centrifugal fan); r is the rotating speed of the axial flow fan.
When the air conditioner starts fresh air, the control program is entered simultaneously:
Step 1, judging the difference of the relative humidity phi of the inner ring and the outer ring, and marking as X:
when phi is Inner partOuter part > 0, then X is assigned 1; when phi is Inner partOuter part And < 0, then X is assigned a value of 0.
Step 2, judging the indoor relative humidity phi Inner part Whether or not in the optimum range, i.e.. Phi Inner part E (45%, 65%) (i.e. target humidity interval):
if yes, the step 4 is carried out; if not, the step 3 is carried out.
Step 3, controlling the frequency, the rotating speed and the water tank:
step 3.1, indoor relative humidity φ Inner part <45%:
Step 3.1.1, when phi Inner partOuter part > 0, i.e. x=1:
1) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [0%, 20%) (i.e. first humidity interval), then open water tank circular telegram release water smoke i.e. w=1, compressor frequency f remains unchanged, new trend fan rotational speed R increases 300rpm (i.e. R1), two axial fan rotational speeds R all increase 100rpm (i.e. R1), its principle effect: the high-frequency oscillation of the water tank provides a large amount of mist moisture, the rotating speed of the fan improves the air supply quantity, the moisture is rapidly sent into a room, and the indoor relative humidity is rapidly improved.
2) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [20%, 35%) (i.e. second humidity interval), then the water tank is turned on to release water mist, i.e. w=1, the compressor frequency f remains unchanged, the fresh air fan speed R increases by 200rpm (i.e. R2), both axial flow fan speeds R increase by 70rpm (i.e. R2), and at this time the indoor relative humidity is slightly higher than in case 1), so the fan speed does not need to be lifted too much, and the principle is the same as in the above case.
3) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [35%, 45%) (i.e. third humidity interval), then open water tank circular telegram release water smoke, i.e. W=1, compressor frequency f remains unchanged, new trend fan rotational speed R increases 100rpm (i.e. R3), and two axial fan rotational speeds R all increase 50rpm (i.e. R3), and phi is nearer the optimum scope this moment, and fan rotational speed is properly promoted, and its principle is the same as above-mentioned condition.
Step 3.1.2, when phi Inner partOuter part < 0, i.e. x=0:
1) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [0%, 20%), then open water tank circular telegram release water smoke, i.e. W=1, compressor frequency f remains unchanged, new trend fan rotational speed R increases 200rpm (i.e. R2), and two axial fan rotational speeds R all increase 100rpm (i.e. R1), and its principle effect is: at this time, the indoor relative humidity is too low and the outdoor relative humidity is higher, so that the water tank can be opened to release water mist, and meanwhile, the indoor relative humidity is rapidly improved by means of increasing the air supply quantity by means of fresh air with high relative humidity.
2) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [20%, 35%), the water tank is kept in a closed and powered-off state, namely W=0, the compressor frequency f is kept unchanged, and the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is increased by 300rpm(i.e., R1), the rotational speeds R of the two axial flow fans are increased by 70rpm (i.e., R2), and the principle effects are as follows: at this time, the outdoor relative humidity is higher, so fresh air can be used for improving the indoor relative humidity, and meanwhile, the energy consumption is reduced, so that the water tank is kept closed, and the air supply quantity is increased to improve the indoor relative humidity.
3) Indoor relative humidity phi Inner part E [35%, 45%), the water tank is kept in a closed and powered-off state, namely W=0, the compressor frequency f is kept unchanged, the fresh air fan rotating speed R is increased by 200rpm (namely R2), and the two axial flow fan rotating speeds R are both increased by 70rpm (namely R2), and the principle is the same as the second condition.
Step 3.2, indoor relative humidity φ Inner part >65%:
At this time, the difference control is not performed according to the difference of the relative humidity of the inner and outer rings, because: the indoor relative humidity is higher, if phi Outer part <φ Inner part The fresh air is favorable for reducing phi Inner part The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the If phi Outer part >φ Inner part The fresh air inlet cannot be closed because the user needs to keep fresh air in.
Because the methods for reducing the relative humidity during the refrigeration and the heating of the air conditioner are different, the temperature is phi Inner part And when the temperature is more than 65%, refrigerating and heating difference control is adopted.
1) When phi is Inner part ∈(65%,75%](i.e., fourth humidity interval):
if the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation at this time, the water tank is kept in a closed and powered-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is increased by 2Hz (i.e., f 1); the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged; the rotating speed R of the axial flow fan is reduced by 200rpm (namely R4), and the principle and effect are as follows: the frequency is increased and the air quantity is reduced, the evaporator tube Wen Huixia of the inner engine is reduced, so that condensation is generated on the surface of the evaporator, the moisture in the air is reduced, the relative humidity is reduced, and the method is equivalent to dehumidification;
If the time-space modulation is operated, the water tank is kept in a closed power-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is unchanged; the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is increased by 100rpm (i.e. r 3); the rotating speed R of the axial flow fan is increased by 100rpm (namely R1), and the principle and effect are that: the temperature rises and the capacity of the air to absorb water vapor rises, but the indoor air moisture content d is unchanged, so the relative humidity phi is reduced. At this time, the degree of deviation of the indoor relative humidity phi from the optimal range is not great, so that the relative humidity can be reduced by increasing the rotation speed and increasing the heat exchange amount of the evaporator of the internal machine. In addition, when indoor heating is performed, the indoor temperature is generally lower, the humidity is lower, and the r is increased to enable more dry fresh air to enter the indoor, so that the aim of dehumidifying is fulfilled.
2) When phi is Inner part ∈(75%,85%](i.e., fifth humidity interval):
if the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation at this time, the water tank is kept in a closed and powered-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is increased by 3Hz (i.e., f 2); the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged; the rotational speed R of the axial flow fan is reduced by 300rpm (i.e. R5), and the principle is that the first case is "dehumidification", but phi deviates from the optimal range to a large extent, so that the "dehumidification" is increased.
If the time-space modulation is operated, the water tank is kept in a closed power-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is increased by 2Hz (i.e., f 1); the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is increased by 200rpm (namely r 2); the rotating speed R of the axial flow fan is increased by 200rpm (namely R4), the principle is the same as that of the temperature rise and the humidity reduction in the above condition, and the humidity reduction degree is increased.
3) When phi is Inner part ∈(85%,100%](i.e., sixth humidity interval):
if the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation at this time, the water tank is kept in a closed and powered-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is increased by 5Hz (i.e., f 3); the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is kept unchanged; the rotating speed R of the axial flow fan is reduced by 400rpm (namely R5), and the principle is the same as that of the axial flow fan;
if the time-space modulation is operated, the water tank is kept in a closed power-off state, namely W=0; the compressor operating frequency f is increased by 5Hz (i.e., f 3); the rotating speed r of the fresh air fan is increased by 300rpm (i.e. r 1); the rotational speed R of the axial flow fan is increased by 300rpm (namely R5), and the principle is the same as that described above.
Step 4, judging whether the fresh air continues to run:
if yes, executing the command in the step 3, and re-entering the step 1 circulation control after 20 minutes of operation;
if not, the control is exited.
In the technical scheme of this application, there is centrifugal fan, contains ceramic oscillator's atomizing water tank in new trend air supply pipeline, centrifugal fan is used for controlling new trend air supply amount of wind, can produce violent deformation after the ceramic oscillator circular telegram, shakes the water mist with the water in the water tank, improves new trend humidity. Therefore, when the indoor relative humidity is too low, the ceramic oscillator is electrified to deform, so that a large amount of water mist is generated by the water tank, the rotating speeds of the fresh air fan and the axial flow fan are controlled in a matched manner, the air supply quantity is improved, and the indoor relative humidity is rapidly improved; according to the actual relative humidity regulation demand, the fresh air fan is controlled to rotate speed, so that the fresh air is reasonably supplied.
The surface temperature of the evaporator is lower than the condensation temperature by utilizing the low fan rotating speed with high refrigerating compressor frequency so as to form condensation; the heating high compressor frequency high fan rotating speed increases the indoor temperature to reduce the relative humidity of the indoor air. Therefore, when the indoor relative humidity is too high, the running frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the fan and the like can be controlled, so that the indoor relative humidity can be quickly adjusted; under different running conditions of refrigeration/heating, the aim of controlling indoor relative humidity is achieved by a method of increasing and reducing the rotating speed/increasing the rotating speed.
And the system parameters are differentially controlled according to the relative humidity of the inside and the outside, so that the adjusting efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. When the indoor relative humidity is more than the outdoor relative humidity/the indoor relative humidity is less than the outdoor relative humidity, the rotating speeds of the water tank and the fan are controlled in a differentiated mode, so that the fresh air with high relative humidity is utilized to improve the indoor relative humidity, and the energy consumption is reduced.
