The existing cup washer in the market directly starts water outlet cleaning by pressing down the cup, and a user may accidentally trigger water flow to start due to careless touch and pressing down of the cup washer, so that water flow splashing is caused.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present embodiment provides an anti-false touch cup washer, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the anti-false touch cup washer in the embodiment at the initial position, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the sliding portion in the embodiment at the initial position, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the anti-false touch cup washer in the embodiment at the use, fig. 4 is a schematic view of the sliding portion in the embodiment at the use, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of the sliding portion in the embodiment at the reset.
An anti-false-touch cup washer of the embodiment is provided with a water outlet channel 20, comprising: the water pipe 1, the water outlet seat 2, the rotary support 3, the center bolt 4 and the elastic piece 5.
As shown in fig. 2, a track groove 10 is provided inside the water pipe 1, and the water pipe 1 constitutes a part of the water outlet passage 20.
The water pipe 1 is used for introducing external water flow into the anti-false touch cup washer, and can be connected with a tap water pipe.
As shown in fig. 1, the water outlet seat 2 is connected to the water pipe 1 and movably disposed relative to the water pipe 1 in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the water pipe 1, and the water outlet seat 2 is provided with a part of the water outlet channel 20.
The water outlet seat 2 outputs the water flow in the anti-false touch cup washer to the outside through the water outlet channel 20 by a spray head 22 and other structures, wherein the water outlet seat 2 can move in the axial direction and rotate in the circumferential direction of the water pipe 1 in a mode of movably sleeving the water pipe 1 or the inner part of the water pipe 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rotary support 3 is connected to the water outlet seat 2 and movably disposed in the water pipe 1, and the rotary support 3 includes a sliding portion 30 slidably disposed inside the track groove 10.
The above-mentioned rotating support 3 is rotated and moved in synchronization with the water outlet seat 2 by being coupled with the water outlet seat 2, wherein the sliding part 30 guides the rotating support 3 to rotate and move along the path of the track groove 10 by moving along the track groove 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the center plug 4 is movably disposed in the water passing pipe 1, and the center plug 4 is configured to close the water passing pipe 1 when in an initial position and to open the water passing pipe 1 when pushed by the water outlet seat 2.
The central bolt 4 can be a combination of a valve rod and an opening and closing piece, the valve rod is driven by the water outlet seat 2 to drive the opening and closing piece to move, and the opening and closing piece is used for opening and closing a water through hole in the water pipe 1; the center plug 4 pushed by the water outlet seat 2 can be directly pushed or indirectly pushed by other components connected with the water outlet seat 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic member 5 is located in the water pipe 1 and configured to push the center pin 4, the rotary support 3 and the water outlet seat 2 to reset.
The elastic piece 5 can generate elastic force in a compression or tension mode, and push the center bolt 4, the rotary support 3 and the water outlet seat 2 to reset through the elastic force; the number of the elastic members 5 may be set as required, such as an elastic member 5 including a separate pushing center pin 4 and an elastic member 5 separately pushing the rotation seat 3 and the water outlet seat 2.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the track groove 10 of the anti-false touch cup washer is provided with a first channel 101 and a second channel 102 which are communicated with each other, and in the initial position, the first channel 101 can block the sliding part 30 from moving towards the axial direction of the water pipe 1 through the channel wall; the second channel 102 is arranged along the axial direction of the water pipe 1; when the rotary support 3 rotates, the sliding portion 30 is movably disposed between the first channel 101 and the second channel 102.
When the anti-false-touch cup washer in the above technical scheme works, water enters the cup washer from the water through pipe 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the initial position, the central bolt 4 closes the water through pipe 1 under the action of the elastic piece 5, the sliding part 30 of the rotary support 3 is positioned in the first channel 101 of the track groove 10, when the water outlet seat 2 is pressed by false touch, the rotary support 3 cannot move towards the central bolt 4 to push the central bolt 4 because the sliding part 30 is blocked by the first channel 101, the water through pipe 1 can keep the closed state, water cannot flow out from the water outlet channel 20, and the cup washer cannot spray water; referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the dashed path in fig. 3 is a schematic path of water flow, in normal use, a user controls the water outlet seat 2 to drive the rotary support 3 to rotate, so that the sliding part 30 rotates from the first channel 101 to the second channel 102, and the second channel 102 is arranged along the axial direction of the water pipe 1, so that the sliding part 30 is not blocked, and the rotary support 3 and the water outlet seat 2 can move towards the direction of the central bolt 4, at the moment, the cup continuously presses the water outlet seat 2, and the water outlet seat 2 can push the central bolt 4 to open the water pipe 1, so that the water flow in the water pipe 1 is sprayed out through the water outlet channel 20, and a flushing function is realized; as shown in fig. 5, after the flushing is finished, the water outlet seat 2 loses the cup pressure, and under the action of the elastic member 5, the center bolt 4, the rotary support 3 and the water outlet seat 2 return to the initial positions, and the cup washer stops water outlet. It can be seen that the anti-false touch cup washer of the embodiment can normally start water flow only by combining rotation and pressing actions, and the water flow cannot be started by the simple pressing action caused by false touch, so that the risk of starting the water flow by false touch of the cup washer can be effectively reduced, and the safety of a product in use is improved.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the water outlet seat 2 may not be provided with the water outlet channel 20, and may be communicated with the water pipe 1 through another water outlet component, and the water outlet component is provided with the water outlet channel 20 therein, so that the water flow of the cup washer is output through the water outlet component.
