s4, pulping, namely putting the tomato pulp obtained in the S3 into a refiner to finish the pulping refining process, so as to obtain pulpy tomatoes;
s5, concentrating, and performing vacuum evaporation processing on the pasty tomatoes obtained in the step S4 by using a tubular evaporator to obtain tomato sauce;
s6, seasoning and mixing, namely adding 3% -5% of soybean oil, 3% -5% of white granulated sugar, 0.3% -0.5% of salt, 0.3% -0.5% of chicken essence, 0.3% -0.5% of yeast extract, 0.3% -0.5% of monosodium glutamate, 0.03% -0.05% of citric acid and 0.07% -0.1% of potassium sorbate into the tomato sauce obtained in the S5, and then adding the tomato sauce, the soybean oil, the white granulated sugar, the salt, the chicken essence, the yeast extract, the monosodium glutamate, the citric acid and the potassium sorbate into a mixer for mixing to obtain the tomato sauce;
s7, homogenizing, namely homogenizing the tomato sauce obtained in the S6 by a high-pressure homogenizer;
s8, performing sterilization treatment, namely performing high-temperature instantaneous sterilization treatment on the homogenized tomato sauce obtained in the step S7 through high-temperature sterilization equipment, and performing rapid sterilization in a short time, so that the nutritional ingredients of the tomato sauce are not damaged and lost, and the color of the product is not changed.
Example 2: referring to fig. 2-9, a preparation device for food seasoning sauce is suitable for a preparation method of food seasoning sauce, and comprises a mixer, wherein the mixer comprises a mixing tank 1, a discharge pipe 2 is arranged at the bottom of the mixing tank 1, and a first electromagnetic valve 3 is arranged on the discharge pipe 2.
The mixing mechanism is arranged in the mixing tank 1 and comprises a rotary table 4 arranged in the mixing tank 1, a plurality of stirring pipes 5 arranged in the rotary table 4 in the height direction of the mixing tank 1, a plurality of stirring components arranged on the stirring pipes 5 and a linkage component used for driving the stirring pipes 5 to rotate, the stirring components are sequentially arranged outside the stirring pipes 5 in the axial direction, the rotary table 4 is slidably sleeved outside the stirring pipes 5, the stirring components comprise a sleeve 14 arranged on one side inner wall of the stirring pipes 5, a second piston block 15 arranged in the sleeve 14, a circulation port 16 arranged at the other end of the sleeve 14 and a stirring rod 17 fixedly connected to one side outer wall of the second piston block 15, the other end of the stirring rod 17 extends to the outside of the stirring pipes 5, the linkage component comprises a plurality of first gears 18 fixedly sleeved outside the stirring pipes 5 and an annular gear 19 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the mixing tank 1, the plurality of first gears 18 are all meshed with the annular gear 19, and when the rotary table 6 rotates, the plurality of connecting pipes 9 and the plurality of stirring pipes 5 are driven to move circumferentially and uniformly and further rotate in the inner gear 19, and the inner gear is meshed with the stirring pipes 5, and the inner gear is further driven to rotate in the mixing tank 1.
