The present solution is further described below in connection with a number of services involved in the present solution.
FIG. 14 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a method for granting rights in a rights incentive according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 14, in which a client device is installed with an ESOP manager system, which may provide a service of a release model by using an access layer, and the ESOP manager system may include a release model sub-module, an index sub-module, a grant model sub-module, a personnel sub-module, a test sub-module, and the like.
In some embodiments, when the user determines new index information on the index new page, the personnel sub-module receives a message for indicating to add the new index information, and invokes the form system to add a new field for the target employee information list; and the test operator module receives a message for indicating to add new index information, invokes the form system and adds new fields for the test calculation scheme. The form system can be guided to be designed and realized by a preset class diagram. FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram of an employee list file importing method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a user uploads an employee list file to a issuing service through an access layer, the issuing service encrypts the employee list file content by using a key management service and obtains an employee list file ciphertext content, the employee list file ciphertext content is uploaded to a file service, the file service sends an id of the employee list file to the issuing service, the issuing service creates an import content to an import-export task management service, the import-export task management service imports task details into the issuing service, the issuing service executes an import task to an import-export component, the import-export component requests the file ciphertext content from the file service and decrypts the employee list file ciphertext content by using the key management service to obtain an employee list file plaintext content, then parses a table of the employee list file, and executes a read logic, a single-row check logic is executed by using the issuing service, and after each reading of data, the check logic is updated until all rows of data are read; under the condition that the analysis has errors and partial import is not allowed, generating an error file, encrypting the error file by using a key management service, uploading the error file to a file service, acquiring an error file id from the file service, and updating an import task (marking the error file id as a failure state) in an import and export task management service; when the analysis has no error or partial import is allowed, the import and export component executes data saving logic, updates the number of successfully analyzed files in the import and export task management service, generates an error file if the error exists, encrypts the error file by using the key management service, uploads the error file to the file service, acquires the error file id from the file service, updates the import task in the import and export task management service (marks the error file id as a failure state), and directly updates the import task in the import and export task management service (marks the error file id as a success state) if the error exists. Furthermore, the issuing service sends a task id to the access layer, and the access layer asynchronously polls the import and export task management service to inquire the result of the import task so as to acquire the details of the import task until the task is completed. 1. A method for granting equity in equity incentives, comprising:
displaying a stock right issuing page corresponding to a target issuing model, wherein the target issuing model is used for enterprises to perform stock right excitation on a plurality of staff;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein invoking a preset grant model to obtain the grant amount of the equity for the employee based on the employee information of the employee and the grant information of the equity, comprises:
determining a target grant sub-model corresponding to the employee from a plurality of grant sub-models included in the preset grant model according to the grant position category included in the share right grant information of the employee;
based on the grant job category, invoking the target grant sub-model to obtain a grant coefficient corresponding to the employee;
And determining the share right grant amount of the staff according to the staff information of the staff, the target grant coefficient and a reference file included in the share right grant information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein invoking the target grant sub-model based on the grant job category to obtain the grant coefficients corresponding to the employee comprises:

4. A method according to claim 3, wherein determining the equity grant amount for the employee based on employee information for the employee, the target grant coefficient, and a reference file included in the equity grant information, comprises:
taking a first product of the grant coefficient and a preset grant number included in the reference file as a target grant number of the staff;
taking a second product of the target grant number and the preset grant unit price as a target grant value of the employee;
And determining the target grant quantity of the staff and the target grant value as the share right grant quantity of the staff.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the equity grant amount is presented in a trial result page, the trial result page further including a preset contrast button, the method further comprising:
and responding to the triggering operation of the user on the preset comparison button, displaying a calculation result comparison page, wherein the calculation result comparison page comprises the number of people grant and the price granted by people corresponding to each reference file in a plurality of reference files.
