Description

Steam condensate corrosion monitoring device and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of condensate corrosion monitoring, and particularly relates to a steam condensate corrosion monitoring device and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The steam condensate pipeline is made of carbon steel almost all in consideration of cost, and is rarely made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Due to dissolved oxygen and dissolved CO in steam condensate 2 Is extremely susceptible to corrosion. At present, ammonia or neutralizing amine is added into boiler feed water to volatilize into steam in a certain proportion, and then is condensed into clean condensed water to neutralize CO 2 And (3) reacting to improve the pH value of the condensed water, thereby inhibiting the corrosion of the carbon steel. There is also a method of adding a coating amine to form a protective coating on the surface of a pipe to prevent corrosion. Although the method has the anti-corrosion effect, the effect cannot be monitored and compared, the addition of the medicament cannot be regulated according to the corrosion condition, and the actual production operation cannot be well guided. If the condensed water pipeline is corroded, the generated iron ions are dissolved in the condensed water, and the recycled condensed water can influence the safe and stable operation of the boiler; if the condensed water is not recycled, the condensed water has good water quality and contains a large amount of heat energy, so that water resources and energy are wasted.
The prior art is, for example, the invention patent named condensate neutralizer system comprising health monitoring of condensate water apparatus, which is disclosed in US10682589B2. The condensate neutralizer system of this invention includes a vessel having an inlet configured to receive condensate from a condensate generating device, the vessel configured to hold condensate neutralizing material for treating the condensate, and an outlet configured to discharge condensate treated with the condensate neutralizing material; a controller; and a pH meter functionally connected to the controller, the pH meter configured to perform pH measurements on the treated condensate, the measurements configured to be compared to a failure mode, wherein the failure mode is defined by a condition that the pH measurement is below a predetermined pH level, and if a failure is determined to exist, a warning is issued or delivery of supplemental condensate neutralizing material is initiated. The invention only uses pH to measure, and can not realize the whole detection of the water quality of the liquid.

Through the design, when the condensed water enters the second tank body 3, the condensed water enters the second tank body 3 through the second inlet pipe 32, and as the plurality of inlet holes 34 are arranged at the inner bottom side of the second tank body 3, the condensed water can uniformly enter from the bottom side when entering the second tank body 3, which is beneficial to uniform liquid mixing in the second tank body 3 and prevents condensed water precipitation or nonuniform temperature in the second tank body 3 when storing the condensed water. Furthermore, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inflow bottom plate 33, the strength of the inflow bottom plate 33 can be realized by the reinforcing ribs, the inflow flow speed of the second inflow pipe 32 can be further improved, the rapid mixing balance of inflow water and internal water in the second tank body 3 can be realized, the flow speed of condensed water in the second tank body 3 is improved, and the condition that sedimentation or upper and lower temperature balance exists in the second tank body 3 is prevented.
A guide column 35 is arranged in the middle of the inflow bottom plate 33, the guide column 35 coincides with the axis of the second box body 3, and spiral guide vanes 36 are arranged around the guide column 35.
Through the design, after the condensate water is discharged upwards from the inflow holes 34, the condensate water can move along the spiral guide vanes 36, the water body in the second box body 3 can rotate along the guide vanes 36, in the process, the water body can form rotational flow, the water body can wash the inner wall surface of the second box body 3, deposited substances in the condensate water can be prevented from being attached to the inner wall surface of the second box body 3, namely, the rotational flow can enable the impact force of the water body to the inner wall to play an impact cleaning role on the inner wall of the second box body 3, and the water body is pushed to the inner wall direction of the second box body 3 to facilitate the downward flow of the water body at the upper part of the middle part, so that the water body in the second box body 3 is promoted to circularly flow.
The guide post 35 is provided with a guide component 5, the guide component 5 comprises an assembly substrate 51, a plurality of rotating shafts 52 are circumferentially arranged on the assembly substrate 51, the rotating shafts 52 are rotationally connected with swinging vanes 53, the swinging vanes 53 are obliquely arranged, auxiliary assembly plates 54 are arranged on the upper side of the assembly substrate 51 and correspond to the swinging vanes 53 one by one, and the auxiliary assembly plates 54 are used for limiting the angles of the swinging vanes 53. Wherein the tilt angles of the swing blades 53 are uniform.
Through the design, when the water body of the inflow bottom plate 33 flows vertically upwards, the swing blades 53 can promote the vertically upwards fluid to change to form a rotational flow so as to prevent the vertically upwards fluid from directly upwards flowing and reduce the water body mixing effect, and after the flow direction of inflow water flow is changed, the swing blades 53 further promote the water body to flow towards the inner wall direction of the second box body 3, so that the impact cleaning effect on the inner wall of the second box body 3 is realized; in addition, the water body in the flowing state has a certain flow velocity, so that the discharge speed of the condensed water from the second tank body 3 can be increased, and the energy consumption of the external pump body 12 can be reduced.
While the foregoing embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the invention, it should be understood that the foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention, and any modifications, additions, substitutions and the like made within the principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
