3. The glass fiber building membrane substrate of claim 2 wherein the end of the glass fiber tows extending beyond the second coating portion has a bond that breaks apart the plurality of strands.
4. A glass fiber building membrane substrate according to claim 3, wherein the first and second coating portions have the same thickness dimension, and the thickness of the intermediate layer is 1/3-1/2 of the thickness dimension of the first coating portion.
5. The glass fiber building membrane base cloth according to claim 4, wherein the length dimension of the upper end of the glass fiber short bundle extending out of the second coating part is 2-3 times of the thickness dimension of the second coating part.
6. The preparation method of the glass fiber building membrane base cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
A. preparation: selecting a flat and wrinkle-free grid cloth, and cleaning the grid cloth to obtain an intermediate layer;
B. pre-connection: connecting the glass fiber bundles to the needle head of the sewing machine;
placing a blocking sheet on the upper part of the middle layer, placing the middle layer and the blocking sheet at a sewing platform of a sewing machine after the middle layer is contacted with the blocking sheet surface and overlapped up and down, and sewing the glass fiber bundles at the middle layer and the blocking sheet after the sewing operation of the sewing machine;
C. and (3) cutting at one time: cutting off the suture line segment at the lower part of the middle layer, coating glue on the end part of the suture line segment, knotting the end part of the suture line segment, and obtaining a primary semi-finished product after the glue is solidified;
D. primary coating: uniformly coating the liquid raw material on the lower part of the primary semi-finished product, and ensuring that the knotted part of the lower end of the suture line section is coated by the first coating layer in the coating process, and obtaining the secondary semi-finished product after the first coating layer is solidified;
E. and (3) secondary coating: applying external force to separate the barrier sheet from the middle layer in the secondary semi-finished product, uniformly filling the liquid raw material of the second coating layer between the barrier sheet and the middle layer, and obtaining a tertiary semi-finished product after the second coating layer is solidified;
f: separating and cutting for the second time: and (3) applying external force to peel off the blocking piece from the second coating layer, and cutting off the seam line segment extending out of the coating layer to obtain the finished product base fabric.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the barrier sheet in the step B comprises a first layer and a second layer, wherein the first layer is a cardboard, and the second layer is a PVC coating uniformly coated on one surface of the first layer.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the knotting of the suture segments in step C is performed with a gap between the bottoms of the intermediate layers.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the first coating layer in the step D is a polyurethane material or an acrylic material.
10. The method for preparing a glass fiber building membrane substrate according to claim 9, wherein the second coating layer in the step E is a polyurethane material or an acrylic material.
