4. The unmanned inspection system of a belt conveyor of claim 3, wherein: the vibration sensor and the temperature sensor are integrated sensors, and the measuring points are configured according to the following principle:
the front end and the rear end of the motor are respectively provided with a horizontal measuring point, the integrated sensor is close to the bearing seat during installation, and the small-size motor is provided with a horizontal measuring point at the load end of the motor;
the measuring point directions of the gear box are horizontally, vertically and axially arranged, each bearing seat is provided with one measuring point, two axial measuring points are arranged on two sides of the gear box, and the same shaft system is staggered;
and a horizontal measuring point is respectively arranged at the bearing seat positions at two sides of the roller, and the trend judgment is made by the vibration signal in view of the lower rotating speed of the roller sleeve.

synchronous triggering acquisition or tour acquisition is adopted for the vibration time domain signals, field point removal, filtering noise reduction pretreatment is carried out on the acquired digital signals, interference is eliminated, the signal to noise ratio and the data quality are improved, and static characteristic quantity calculation of vibration speed, effective value, peak value, dimensionless value and impact quantity is carried out on the pretreated digital signals, so that trend early warning is realized; meanwhile, window function operation is carried out on the waveform of the vibration time domain signal, precise Fourier transformation is carried out, frequency domain state and fault characteristic quantity indexes are extracted, and fault diagnosis is realized; setting a threshold value and deviation alarm for the temperature signal, alarming the information after the temperature signal exceeds the threshold value and is filtered, and recording the occurrence time and position information of the abnormality for display and storage.

The unmanned inspection system of a belt conveyor of claim 1, wherein: the data of the data storage management module in the data analysis unit is temporarily stored with original analysis data which is stored for no more than one month according to professional requirements, real-time data which is used for high frequency according to data classification is stored in a redis real-time database, related data of collected quantitative values for various diagnosis results is stored in a Postgresql or Mysql relational database, and state data for various collection is stored in an Hbase distributed database.
