Fig. 3 to 7 are schematic structural views of the front bumper assembly fixture of the present embodiment. The front bumper assembly tool is used as an auxiliary tool for assembling the front bumper B in the automobile manufacturing process, the front bumper B can be quickly and accurately mounted on an automobile body through the auxiliary tool, and the mounting position of the front bumper B and the matching relation with peripheral parts (such as an automobile cover A) are ensured.
Specifically, the front bumper assembly fixture includes a support frame 1, a positioning assembly 2, and a plurality of gap ensuring assemblies 3, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The positioning assembly 2 is connected to the support frame 1 and is used for fixing and positioning the front bumper assembly fixture on the vehicle body, so that the front bumper assembly fixture can continuously assist the front bumper B in positioning and assembling on the vehicle body after the automobile cover A is opened, repeated positioning can be avoided, the assembly precision is improved, and the stability and consistency of a gap between the automobile cover A and the front bumper B are ensured. A plurality of gap ensuring assemblies 3 are movably attached to the support frame 1. After the positioning component 2 is positioned on the vehicle body, the plurality of gap ensuring components 3 can be movably attached to different parts of the edge of the automobile cover A, so that the consistency and smoothness of gaps at different positions of the automobile cover A and the front bumper B can be ensured. Wherein, a plurality of clearance assurance components 3 are connected at the side that support frame 1 is close to front bumper B, and when the car bonnet A closes promptly, a plurality of clearance assurance components 3 are connected at the side that support frame 1 is close to car bonnet A edge. The setting positions of the plurality of clearance assurance assemblies 3 are such that the clearance assurance assemblies 3 can be moved to the outer side of the automobile cover A to be clamped with the edge of the automobile cover A.
Wherein, the support frame 1 can be formed by steel, metal plate and the like. The support frame 1 may also be connected in sequence by a plurality of links to form a frame structure. The length of the support frame 1 can enable the positioning assembly 2 to be positioned with different parts of the vehicle body below the automobile cover A.
