When the baffle 13 is propped against the side wall of the feed inlet 3 under the pressure action of the cooling water in the water guide groove 10, the second magnet strips 17 on the side wall surface of the feed inlet 3 are mutually adsorbed with the first magnet strips 16 on the end surface of the baffle 13, so that the baffle 13 is further fixed, and when the water pressure of the cooling water is not sufficient or is fluctuated, the baffle 13 can shake along with the fluctuation of the water pressure, and further the grinding materials and the raw materials are splashed from the feed inlet 3.
After finishing grinding the materials in the grinding tank 2 pipe, the worker opens the electromagnetic valve 19 by controlling, so that the raw materials and the grinding materials are led into the centrifugal machine 20 from the feeding pipe 18, the centrifugal effect is generated by the rotation of the centrifugal machine 20, the raw materials and the grinding materials are separated, meanwhile, when the centrifugal machine 20 works, water is continuously sprayed to the raw materials and the grinding materials through the washing pipe inside the centrifugal machine, the raw materials are scoured, the grinding materials adhered to the surface of the raw materials are scoured, and the separation effect of the raw materials and the grinding materials is improved.
When the centrifugal machine 20 works, larger vibration can be generated, and in order to reduce the influence of the centrifugal machine 20 on the grinding tank 2 at the top of the centrifugal machine during the working, the vibration of the centrifugal machine 20 is reduced through the damper 21, so that the grinding tank 2 and the centrifugal machine 20 can work normally at the same time.
When the grinding tank 2 works normally, the motor 6 drives the rotating shaft 4 to rotate positively, the rotating shaft 4 drives the straight plate 27 to rotate in the annular groove 24, so that the limiting plate 25 is extruded, the elastic sheet 26 is compressed, at the moment, the sleeve rod 22 cannot drive the spiral blade surface to rotate excessively due to extrusion of raw materials and grinding materials, after the raw materials are ground and polished, the worker turns off the motor 6, then the motor 6 is restarted to rotate reversely, the rotating shaft 4 is driven to rotate reversely, at the moment, the straight plate 27 is clamped with the limiting plate 25, so that the sleeve rod 22 is driven to rotate, the spiral blade 23 is driven to rotate by the sleeve rod 22, and therefore the raw materials and the grinding materials are pushed to the feeding pipe 18 at the end part of the grinding tank 2, and the efficiency of the raw materials and the grinding materials entering the centrifugal machine 20 is improved.
When the limiting plate 25 rotates, the balls 29 in the side surface rotating groove 28 can reduce the friction between the straight plate 27 and the groove wall of the rotating groove 28, so that the abrasion between the straight plate 27 and the rotating groove 28 is reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
When the factory needs to move the invention, the bolt 31 can be pulled out of the mounting hole on the ground, the embodiment of the invention can slide normally through the roller 30, and after the embodiment of the invention moves to a proper position, the bolt 31 is inserted into the mounting hole on the ground to complete fixation.
