When the lower stress block 22 moves downwards under stress, the punching column 24 is driven to drive the punching head 25 to synchronously move, and then the punching head is matched with the bearing plate 26, so that the iron tower piece placed on the bearing plate 26 is effectively punched.
In order to ensure the punching power source of the punching mechanism, in one case of this embodiment, the punching mechanism includes a punching box 6 fixed at the upper side of the C-shaped seat 5, an punching motor 7 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the punching box 6, an output end of the punching motor 7 is connected to a pivot shaft 30 rotatably disposed at the upper side of the punching box 6, a pivot inclined cylinder 31 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the pivot shaft 30, the bottom of the pivot inclined cylinder 31 contacts with a punching inclined cylinder 32 through a commonly disposed wedge surface 33, a punching column 39 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the punching inclined cylinder 32, and an upper stress block 21 is connected to the bottom of the punching column 39 passing through the punching box 6, and the punching mechanism further includes a reset limiting component.
In addition, in order to make the impact inclined tube 32 only perform up-down telescopic motion, but not perform rotational motion, and simultaneously ensure timely upward resetting of the impact column 39, in this embodiment, the resetting limiting component includes a clamping block 36 fixed at the inner wall position of the impact box 6 and a clamping groove 35 arranged at the side wall position of the impact inclined tube 32, the clamping block 36 is slidably arranged inside the clamping groove 35, and an impact spring 34 is further sleeved outside the impact column 39 between the impact inclined tube 32 and the inner bottom side of the impact box 6.
The impulse motor 7 is started, so that the pivot shaft 30 drives the pivot inclined cylinder 31 to synchronously rotate, and as the wedge surface 33 is arranged on one side of the contact surface between the pivot inclined cylinder 31 and the impulse inclined cylinder 32, and the reset limiting component is arranged at the same time, the impulse inclined cylinder 32 drives the impulse column 39 to perform up-and-down reciprocating telescopic motion, and finally, under the abutting action of the floating plate 10, the upper stress block 21 drives the lower stress block 22 to perform up-and-down stamping action.
When it should be noted that, the downward maximum stroke of the upper stress block 21 is located at a position between the upper stress block 21 and the lower stress block 22 under the action of the impact mechanism, so that the upper stress block 21 and the lower stress block 22 can be guaranteed to be directly acted on the lower stress block 22 under the action of the pushing and stacking of the floating plate 10, and meanwhile, in order to guarantee that the floating plate 10 can be effectively clamped between the upper stress block 21 and the lower stress block 22 in a rotating manner, in this embodiment, the upper stress block 21 and the lower stress block 22 are respectively flush with the upper side plane and the lower side plane of the floating plate 10.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, determining the distance between the angle iron and the punched hole on the vertical surface of an iron tower (angle steel) according to the punched hole position on one side surface of the iron tower, adjusting the position of a distance adjusting block 19 on a distance adjusting groove 18 through a locking component, starting an impact motor 7 at the same time, enabling an upper stress block 21 to move up and down under the cooperation of an impact mechanism, placing the angle steel on a bearing plate 26 and a supporting roller 38, translating the angle steel until the direction of a stress rod 20, pushing the stress rod 20 to rotate by a certain angle when the angle steel is contacted with the stress rod 20, enabling a stress plate 14 to move towards a floating plate 10, enabling the floating plate 10 to be clamped between the upper stress block 21 and a lower stress block 22, enabling the impact mechanism to act on the impact mechanism, and finally conducting equidistant punching action on the other side surface of the angle steel at the determined position.
