TABLE 2 animal colon tissue apparent pathology score criteria (histological double blind score)
Scoring of Integrity of epithelium Inflammatory cell infiltration
0 Normal morphology No infiltration
1 Goblet cell disappearing Infiltration around the crypt
2 Most of the goblet cells disappeared Infiltrating mucosal layer
3 Crypt vanishes Massive infiltration of mucosal layer
4 Most of the crypt disappears Submucosa infiltration
As shown in fig. 3, the colon tissue of the mouse taken out is observed with naked eyes, the inner wall of the colon of the mouse in the control group is complete, the folds are regular, the vein textures are clear, no macroscopic erosion, ulcer or granuloma exists, and slight congestion is rarely visible; the model group can be used for shortening large intestine, thinning intestinal wall, remarkably filling and edema of mucous membrane, scattered erosion or ulcer with bleeding, large-area ulcer, and remarkably lower colon length than the control group; the colon of the mice in the low and high dose groups can also be damaged pathologically to different degrees, but the length of the colon and the thinning condition of the intestinal wall are improved to different degrees.
