Moreover, the end of the first sealing portion 430 is flush with the first end face 113, so that no protrusion or recess exists on the surface of the joint between the fixing member 400 and the housing 100, thereby avoiding the cutting feeling generated when the user holds the electronic device 10, and improving the use experience of the user.
Optionally, referring to fig. 11, the fixing element 400 further includes a second sealing portion 440, where the second sealing portion 440 is connected between the first protrusion 410 and the second protrusion 420, and the second sealing portion 440 extends toward the opposite direction of the first sealing portion 430.
It will be appreciated that the second sealing portion 440 extends in the opposite direction of the first sealing portion 430, i.e., the second sealing portion 440 extends in the direction of the display screen body 210, and the second sealing portion 440 may contact the lower portions of the first and second sidewalls 111 and 221. The second sealing portion 440 may be tightly attached to the first side wall 111 and the second side by glue, so as to further improve the sealing performance and further enhance the connection strength between the display cover 220 and the housing 100.
The second sealing portion 440 may also play a role of buffering, and when the electronic device 10 falls or collides and is impacted, the second sealing portion 440 may also absorb a portion of the impact force, thereby reducing the impact force applied to the end cover of the display screen 200 and the display screen body 210, and preventing the end cover of the display screen 200 and the display screen body 210 from being easily broken.
Optionally, in order to further ensure that the display cover 220 is firmly and reliably connected to the housing 100, referring to fig. 2, the fixing member 400 is disposed around the display cover 220.
The fixing member 400 is disposed around the display cover 220, that is, the fixing member 400 is formed in a ring shape as a whole. Specifically, the first protruding portion 410 and the second protruding portion 420 are each provided in a ring shape. Accordingly, the first clamping groove 222 of the display screen cover 220 is also annular, that is, the first clamping groove 222 is also arranged around the second side wall 221, so that the annular first protruding portion 410 is entirely inserted into the first clamping groove 222. The second locking groove 1111 of the housing 100 is also formed in a ring shape, that is, the second locking groove 1111 is also formed around the first sidewall 111 such that the second protrusion 420 having a ring shape is entirely inserted into the second locking groove 1111.
Then, the fixing piece 400 is disposed around the display screen cover 220, so that the fixing piece 400 can directly seal between the display screen cover 220 and the housing 100, and no other sealing structure is required, so that the connection assembly structure of the display screen cover 220 and the housing 100 can be simplified, and the overall assembly of the electronic device 10 is simplified. And, mounting 400 sets up around display screen apron 220 for casing 100 is all connected through mounting 400 and all positions all around display screen apron 220, further strengthens the joint strength of mounting 400 and display screen apron 220, guarantees that display screen apron 220 and casing 100 are firm in connection.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, the fixture 400 is formed by solidification of a sealing liquid filled in the installation gap.
The fixing piece 400 is formed by filling the sealing liquid in the mounting gap between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 221, the sealing liquid can flow to be fully contacted with the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 221, the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 are connected into a whole after the sealing liquid is solidified, the tight combination of the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 can be realized, the connection strength of the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 is greatly improved, and the firm and reliable connection between the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 is ensured. Meanwhile, the sealing liquid can flow to each position of the installation gap, the installation gap between the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 can be thoroughly eliminated, the connection tightness of the shell 100 and the display screen cover plate 220 is greatly improved, dust and water prevention of the electronic equipment 10 is facilitated, and the use reliability of the electronic equipment 10 is improved.
In addition, the fixing member 400 is formed by filling the sealing liquid in the mounting gap to solidify, so that the connection step of the fixing member 400 to the display screen cover plate 220 and the housing 100 is omitted, the whole assembly of the electronic device 10 can be simplified, and the production efficiency of the electronic device 10 can be improved. Also, since the fixing member 400 is formed by solidification of the sealing liquid, the middle frame 110 of the case 100 does not need to be designed as the first frame 115 and the second frame 116 as described above, and the structure of the case 100 can be simplified, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the electronic apparatus 10.
Specifically, in practical application, the display screen cover 220 is placed in the housing 100, the process can be operated by the positioning mechanism, so that the gap width between the periphery of the display screen cover 220 and the housing 100 is approximately the same, that is, the gap width between the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 221 is ensured to be the same, then the sealing liquid is filled into the mounting gap by professional equipment, so that the sealing liquid can uniformly flow to each position of the mounting gap, and after the sealing liquid is solidified, the display screen cover 220 and the housing 100 are firmly connected.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6 and 11 in combination, the housing 100 may further include a step portion 112, where the step portion 112 protrudes from the first sidewall 111 to support the display cover 220.
The stepped portion 112 includes a support surface 1121 for supporting the display screen cover 220, the support surface 1121 is in contact with the bottom surface of the display screen cover 220, and the support surface 1121 is in contact with the end of the second sealing portion 440 of the fixing member 400.
By providing the step portion 112 for supporting the display screen cover 220, on one hand, the pressure of the display screen cover 220 to the fixing member 400 can be reduced, the burden of the fixing member 400 can be reduced, and the firm and reliable connection between the display screen cover 220 and the housing 100 can be further ensured. In one aspect, the step 112 may position the assembly of the display cover 220 to ensure that the display cover 220 is parallel to a reference surface of the electronic device 10, such as the rear cover 120, to prevent high and low sides after assembly.
More importantly, during the process of filling the sealing liquid, the step portion 112 cooperates with the housing 100 and the display screen cover 220 to block and limit the sealing liquid, so that the sealing liquid is remained in the space formed by the enclosed first side wall 111, second side wall 221 and step portion 112, and is prevented from flowing to other positions in the housing 100, so that the sealing liquid is solidified to form the shape required by the design of the fixing piece 400.
Optionally, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a fourth structural schematic diagram of a connection between a housing and a display screen cover according to an embodiment of the present application. The housing 100 further includes a pressure relief groove 114, where the pressure relief groove 114 is disposed at a connection between the first sidewall 111 and the supporting surface 1121, and extends away from the fixing member 400.
It can be appreciated that, because the sealing liquid is easy to extrude the display screen cover plate 220 to a certain extent in the solidification forming process, by arranging the pressure release groove 114, the extruded part can move into the pressure release groove 114 in the solidification forming process of the sealing liquid, so that the extrusion force to the display screen cover plate 220 can be reduced, and the display screen cover plate 220 is prevented from extrusion deformation or fragmentation.
The width of the pressure relief groove 114 needs to be designed to be very small, so that the sealing liquid in a liquid state is not easy to enter the pressure relief groove 114 in the process of filling the sealing liquid.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail above. Specific examples are set forth herein to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present application and are provided to aid in the understanding of the present application. Meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will have variations in the specific embodiments and application scope in light of the ideas of the present application, the present description should not be construed as limiting the present application.
