when the vehicle enters a parking lot departure channel, triggering a license plate detection device of the departure channel, acquiring vehicle information by the license plate detection device, and calculating a cost bill generated by the parking behavior according to the vehicle information, the arrival and departure time of the vehicle and a parking lot charging rule by a parking lot server;
the parking lot server sends the expense bill to a cloud server, and the cloud server judges whether the vehicle opens a quick payment function in advance according to the vehicle information;
if the vehicle is started, judging whether the cost bill meets the abnormal reminding condition according to the historical parking cost average value and/or the historical parking cost boundary value, and sending prompt information and the cost bill to the user terminal which is bound in advance by the vehicle when the abnormal reminding condition is met, prompting that the cost bill is abnormal, and requesting the user terminal to confirm the cost bill.
