Background
In the design of the LED lamp strip at present, when the product meets the requirement of a certain waterproof and dustproof grade, a wrapping plug structure is adopted to be arranged at the two ends of the LED lamp strip, so that the head end and the tail end of the lamp strip are closed; generally, a welding mode is adopted to weld the plug to the lamp strip, and in the installation process, a gap is formed between the plug and the lamp strip which are partially wrapped, so that in order to achieve the required waterproof grade, glue can be coated on the installation part to seal the gap between the plug and the lamp strip and enhance the firmness, and the installation is complex and not fast.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the lamp strip is provided with a second connecting piece, a second waterproof ring and a second shell, wherein the second connecting piece is provided with a second barb portion on the inner wall, the second barb portion can penetrate into the lamp strip to enable the second connecting piece to be clamped with the lamp strip, the second waterproof ring is arranged at the tail end of the lamp strip, the second shell is sleeved on the second connecting piece and is abutted with the bottom of the second shell, and the second shell is clamped with the second connecting piece.

The end plug comprises a second connecting piece 21, a second waterproof ring 22 and a second housing 23, wherein a second barb 211 is arranged on the inner wall of the second connecting piece 21, the second barb 211 can penetrate into a lamp strip, the second connecting piece 21 is connected with the lamp strip in a clamping mode, the second waterproof ring 22 is arranged at the end of the lamp strip, the second housing 23 is sleeved on the second connecting piece 21, the second waterproof ring 22 is connected with the bottom of the second housing 23 in a supporting mode, and the second housing 23 is connected with the second connecting piece 21 in a clamping mode.
As shown in fig. 2, the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 are both U-shaped and bent, and bending portions 112 are respectively provided at the end of the first connecting piece 11 and the end of the second connecting piece 21 to support the first waterproof ring 12 and the second waterproof ring 22; in some embodiments, the first connecting member 11 or the second connecting member 21 is annular, that is, the first connecting member 11 or the second connecting member 21 is wrapped around the light strip, so that the light strip is clamped tightly with the first connecting member 11 or the second connecting member 21.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first opening 141 is formed in the first housing 14, a second opening 142 that communicates with the first opening 141 is formed in a side surface of the first housing 14, and the wire outlet terminal 13 sequentially passes through the first opening 141 and the second opening 142, so that the first housing 14 is respectively sleeved on the wire outlet terminal 13, the first waterproof ring 12 and the first connecting piece 11, and a wire of the wire outlet terminal 13 extends out through the second opening 142; the second casing 23 is provided with a third opening 231, and the second waterproof ring 22, the second connecting piece 21 and the tail end of the lamp strip extend into the second casing 23 through the third opening 231 respectively, so that the second casing 23 is sleeved on the second connecting piece 21, and the second waterproof ring 22 is abutted with the bottom of the second casing 23; the inner walls of the first shell 14 and the second shell 23 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 10, the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 are respectively integrated plates, the surfaces of the first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 are respectively provided with an elastic clamping part 113, and the elastic clamping part 113 can be clamped with the clamping groove 10, so that the installation is convenient; the first barb 111, the second barb 211 and the elastic clamping portion 113 are respectively formed by plate material integral punching, and the structure is simple and the production is convenient.
The mounting process of the invention is applied to the welding-free waterproof lamp strip plug, wherein the mounting steps of the head end plug comprise:
step one, pressing the head end of the lamp strip into a U-shaped first connecting piece 11, and then penetrating a first barb 111 into the surface of the head end of the lamp strip to clamp the first connecting piece 11 with the lamp strip;
step two, the conductive needle passes through the first waterproof ring 12 and is inserted between the PCB board and the PET board of the lamp strip, so that the first waterproof ring 12 is respectively abutted against the blocking part 131 of the outlet terminal 13 and the bending part 112 of the first connecting piece 11, and the blocking part 131 blocks the ring opening of the first waterproof ring 12;
step three, sleeving the first housing 14 onto the outlet terminal 13 and the first connecting piece 11, wherein the elastic clamping part 113 is buckled with the clamping groove 10, so that the outlet terminal 13 extrudes the first waterproof ring 12; therefore, all parts are tightly abutted, are not easy to loosen, and have good waterproof sealing performance.
The installation step of the tail end plug comprises the following steps: step one, pressing the tail end of the lamp strip into a U-shaped second connecting piece 21, and penetrating a second barb 211 into the surface of the tail end of the lamp strip to clamp the second connecting piece 21 with the lamp strip; step two, placing the second waterproof ring 22 into an internal cavity of the second housing 23; step three, sleeving the second housing 23 onto the second connecting piece 21, and extruding the second waterproof ring 22 in the sleeving process, so that the elastic clamping part 113 on the second connecting piece 21 is clamped with the clamping groove 10 on the second housing 23; therefore, all the parts are tightly abutted, are not easy to loosen, have good waterproof sealing performance, can realize the effects of quick assembly and waterproof, and are simple in structure, free of welding and convenient to install.
