Through the arrangement of the first crown spring 214, the contact area between the male terminal conductive terminal 111 and the female terminal conductive terminal 211 can be increased, and the contact pressure between the male terminal conductive terminal 111 and the female terminal conductive terminal 211 can be increased, so that the contact resistance between the male terminal conductive terminal 111 and the female terminal conductive terminal 211 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the electric connector can be suitable for application scenes with high current bearing capacity.

1. An electrical connector, comprising:
the male end connector comprises a male end electric connection component and a male end insulating shell sleeved outside the male end electric connection component, wherein the lower side surface of the male end insulating shell is provided with a sealing limiting groove, and the bottom of the sealing limiting groove of the male end insulating shell is provided with a male end electric connection hole which is arranged in a penetrating manner and is used for limiting and matching with the male end electric connection component;
the female end connector comprises a female end electric connection component and a female end insulation shell, wherein the female end electric connection component is used for being electrically connected and matched with the male end electric connection component, the female end insulation shell is in sleeve joint and matching with the female end electric connection component, an electric connection limiting groove used for limiting and installing the female end electric connection component is formed in the lower side surface of the female end insulation shell, and a female end inserting groove used for being in inserting and matching with the male end electric connection component is formed in the groove bottom of the electric connection limiting groove;
the male end sealing element is arranged in a cylindrical shape, the male end sealing element is sleeved on the outer side of the male end electric connection assembly and is arranged in the sealed limit groove in a limiting mode, the inner annular surface of the male end sealing element elastically abuts against the outer surface of the male end electric connection assembly, the outer annular surface of the male end sealing element elastically abuts against the groove wall of the sealed limit groove, and the male end sealing element is further used for elastically abutting against the groove wall of the female end inserting groove when the male end electric connection assembly is in electric connection and matching with the female end electric connection assembly so as to seal the female end inserting groove.

The electrical connector of claim 1, further comprising a female end seal attached to an upper side of said female end insulative housing, said female end seal adapted to resiliently abut an underside of said male end insulative housing when said male end electrical connection assembly is in electrical engagement with said female end electrical connection assembly.

The electrical connector of claim 2, wherein the female insulating housing has at least three sealing holes formed in a staggered manner on an upper side thereof, the female sealing member includes a sealing body disposed in a ring shape, and at least three sealing connection structures connected to an upper side of the sealing body and respectively configured to be connected to and engaged with one of the sealing holes, the sealing body is configured to elastically abut against an outer surface of the male insulating housing when the male electrical connection assembly is electrically connected to and engaged with the female electrical connection assembly.

The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the male end sealing member comprises a position-limiting sealing section and a plug-in sealing section sequentially connected along an axial direction thereof, an inner annular surface of the position-limiting sealing section elastically abuts against an outer surface of the male end electrical connection component, an outer annular surface of the position-limiting sealing section elastically abuts against a groove wall of the sealing position-limiting groove, the plug-in sealing section is configured to elastically abut against a groove wall of the female end plug-in groove to seal the female end plug-in groove when the male end electrical connection component is electrically connected and matched with the female end electrical connection component, and an outer diameter of the plug-in sealing section is smaller than an outer diameter of the position-limiting sealing section.
5. The electrical connector of claim 4, wherein the position-limiting sealing section is further provided with a sealing deformation groove arranged annularly.

The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the male end electrical connection assembly comprises a male end conductive terminal capable of conducting electricity, a male end limiting structure for limiting and fixing the male end conductive terminal, and a male end electrical connection body sleeved outside the male end limiting structure and used for conducting electricity, wherein the male end electrical connection body is sleeved and matched with the male end insulating shell;

The electrical connector of claim 6, wherein the male electrical connection assembly further comprises a second crown spring in nested engagement with the male electrical connection body, wherein an outer wall of the second crown spring is in electrical contact with the male electrical connection body and an inner wall of the second crown spring is in electrical contact with the female electrical connection body when the female electrical connection body is in mating engagement with the male electrical connection body.

The electrical connector of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the male end connector further comprises a male end insulating spacer disposed on the upper side of the male end insulating housing for insulating and dissipating heat from the male end electrical connection assembly, and a male end fixing member for connecting the male end insulating spacer to the male end insulating housing.
10. The electrical connector of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the female end connector further comprises a female end insulating spacer disposed on the upper side of the female end insulating housing for insulating and dissipating heat from the female end electrical connection assembly, and a female end fixture for connecting the female end insulating spacer to the female end insulating housing.
