Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment equipment, in particular to an embedded aeration and precipitation integrated self-coagulation activated sludge biochemical reactor.
Background
The aerobic compact sludge is a special microorganism aggregate which has granular regular appearance, compact structure, excellent sedimentation performance and obvious pollutant treatment effect and is formed by self-aggregation under the aerobic condition, namely the microorganism self-fixation forms a special process of organism aggregation under the hydrodynamic condition, and compared with the traditional activated sludge process, the aerobic compact sludge is difficult to have the problems of sludge expansion, poor treatment water quality and the like. The overall energy consumption of the aerobic compact sludge system is low, and the effluent quality can reach even better than that of the traditional activated sludge process. The sludge is cultivated under the aerobic condition, and the layered structure of the compact sludge forms aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic areas, and the structural characteristics of the compact sludge can realize the denitrification and dephosphorization effects to a certain extent. The volume required by the aerobic compact sludge system is lower than that required by the conventional activated sludge device, and the energy consumption and the civil engineering cost are reduced. By controlling the operation of the reactor, the flocculent sludge with small density and poor sedimentation performance is discharged out of the biochemical system, and the compact sludge with high quality and large particle size is kept in the biochemical system.
However, the factors influencing the formation of the aerobic compact sludge are complex and variable, the control of the operation conditions is severe, and the like, if the operation parameters are controlled improperly, the sludge is disintegrated, and the quality of the effluent water is deteriorated. Therefore, in order to keep the aerobic compact sludge with good performance and compact structure in a biochemical system, the activated low-activity loose floccule sludge needs to be discharged out of the system, and thus the sludge needs to be screened. The existing screening mode is to connect a secondary sedimentation tank behind a conventional biochemical tank, but the secondary sedimentation tank almost completely sediments the mixed liquid sludge, so that dense sludge and flocculated sludge cannot be screened, and the dense activated sludge is difficult to culture and screen. It is therefore desirable to provide an activated sludge biochemical reactor to solve the above-mentioned technical problems.
