In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a machining fixture for mechanical equipment parts comprises a fixture bracket 100, a driving part 300 and two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200, wherein the fixture bracket 100 is arranged on the lower side of a machining platform, the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 are slidably arranged on the fixture bracket 100 and extend to the upper side of the machining platform, the driving part 300 is arranged on the fixture bracket 100, and the driving part 300 can drive the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 to synchronously and oppositely move; the V-shaped clamping mechanism 200 comprises a lower middle body 210, an upper middle body 220, an unfolding pushing assembly and two clamping side plates 230, wherein the bottom of the lower middle body 210 is in sliding connection with the clamp bracket 100, the upper middle body 220 is arranged at the top of the lower middle body 210, the two clamping side plates 230 are respectively arranged at two side parts of the upper middle body 220, and one side of the clamping side plate 230 is in rotational connection with one side part of the upper middle body 220; the unfolding pushing assembly is connected with the two clamping side plates 230, and can drive the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate around the connection part with the upper middle main body 220, and the two clamping side plates 230 rotate synchronously and in opposite directions under the driving of the unfolding pushing assembly; each clamping side plate 230 is provided with a clamping contact member 260 that abuts against the side wall of the spare part.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the parts to be processed are fed, the unfolding pushing assembly drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate around the connection part with the upper middle main body 220, the two clamping side plates 230 rotate to be aligned with the upper middle main body 220, and a larger gap is reserved between the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200, so that the parts to be processed can move on the processing platform and move between the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 without obstruction; at this time, the driving component 300 drives the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 to move towards each other and approach to the spare and accessory parts to be processed, and after the V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 move to the clamping positions, the unfolding pushing component drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate again, so that the end surfaces of the two clamping side plates 230 approach to the pushing component until the clamping contact component 260 is in contact with the pushing component, and the upper middle main body 220 and the clamping side plates 230 form a V-shaped clamping component, so that spare and accessory parts with different shapes can be clamped, and the clamping firmness is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the side portion of the upper middle body 220 is provided with a fixed vertical rod 222, the side portion of the clamping side plate 230 near the upper middle body 220 is provided with a connecting rotating sleeve 232, the connecting rotating sleeve 232 is rotatably sleeved on the fixed vertical rod 222, the unfolding pushing assembly comprises a pushing component 240 and an unfolding component 250, the unfolding component 250 is slidably arranged at the back of the upper middle body 220, two ends of the unfolding component 250 are respectively connected with the two clamping side plates 230, the pushing component 240 is arranged on the lower middle body 210, the top of the pushing component 240 is connected with the unfolding component 250, and the pushing component 240 can drive the unfolding component 250 to move up and down along the upper middle body 220, and the unfolding component 250 which moves up and down drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate around the fixed vertical rod 222; in the embodiment of the present invention, the unfolding part 250 moves up and down along the upper middle main body 220 under the driving of the pushing part 240, and the unfolding part 250 drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate around the fixing vertical rods 222, so that the clamping side plates 230 can rotate to be flush with the upper middle main body 220 or the clamping contact part 260 abuts against the side wall of the spare part to be processed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the unfolding component 250 includes a transverse pushing rod 251 and two unfolding push-pull rods 253, the transverse pushing rod 251 is slidably connected with the back of the upper middle main body 220, the transverse pushing rod 251 can be connected with the top of the pushing component 240, the two unfolding push-pull rods 253 are respectively arranged at two sides of the transverse pushing rod 251, one end of the unfolding push-pull rod 253 is hinged with one end of the transverse pushing rod 251, a convex column 233 is arranged at a position, close to the bottom, of the outer wall of the connecting rotating sleeve 232, and the end, far away from the transverse pushing rod 251, of the unfolding push-pull rod 253 is movably connected with the convex column 233 through a universal joint 254; in the embodiment of the present invention, under the pushing of the pushing component 240, the transverse pushing rod 251 moves vertically on the back of the upper middle main body 220, and the transverse pushing rod 251 pushes the two protruding columns 233 through the two expanding push-pull rods 253, respectively, and the protruding columns 233 drive the connecting rotating sleeve 232 to rotate around the fixed vertical rod 222, so that the clamping side plate 230 rotates around the fixed vertical rod 222 along with the connecting rotating sleeve 232.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, at least one guiding chute 223 is provided on the back of the upper middle main body 220, and a guiding slide block 252 capable of sliding inside the guiding chute 223 is provided inside the guiding chute 223, the guiding slide block 252 is fixedly connected with the transverse pushing rod 251, and the end side of the guiding slide block 252 is connected with the end wall of the guiding chute 223 through an expanding spring 255; when the clamping side plate 230 is aligned with the upper middle body 220, the top of the pushing member 240 is disengaged from the lateral push rod 251; in the embodiment of the present invention, when the transverse pushing rod 251 moves upward, the guide sliding block 252 moves upward along with the transverse pushing rod 251 and stretches the expanding spring 255, and when the pushing component 240 no longer applies upward force to the transverse pushing rod 251, the guide sliding block 252 moves downward under the action of self gravity and the tensile force of the expanding spring 255, so that the transverse pushing rod 251 can move downward and drive the clamping side plate 230 to rotate to be in a flush state with the upper middle body 220.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the pushing member 240 includes a power cylinder 241 and a pushing part 242, the power cylinder 241 is provided on the lower middle body 210, and the pushing part 242 is provided at the top of the power cylinder 241; in the embodiment of the present invention, the power cylinder 241 drives the pushing portion 242 to move up and down in a telescopic manner, and when the pushing portion 242 moves up to be in contact with the transverse pushing rod 251, the power cylinder 241 can push the transverse pushing rod 251 to move up in an extending manner, and the transverse pushing rod 251 drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate towards the front side of the upper middle body 220 through the two stretching push-pull rods 253 respectively.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottom of the lower middle body 210 is provided with a mounting seat 211, the top of the lower middle body 210 is provided with a rotating seat 212, the bottom of the upper middle body 220 is rotatably connected with the rotating seat 212, the back of the lower middle body 210 is provided with a containing chute 213, a sliding stop lever 243 in sliding fit with the containing chute 213 is provided in the containing chute 213, the sliding stop lever 243 is fixedly connected with a pushing part 242, the front side of the lower middle body 210 is provided with a stop block, the top of the stop block extends to the front side of the upper middle body 220, the back of the upper middle body 220 is further provided with a limiting chute 221 opposite to the containing chute 213, and the sliding stop lever 243 can slide into the limiting chute 221 from the containing chute 213; in the embodiment of the present invention, when the power cylinder 241 lifts up the pushing portion 242, the pushing portion 242 can push the upper middle body 220 to rotate around the rotation seat 212, and the sliding bar 243 can slide into the defining chute 221, so that the upper middle body 220 maintains an upright state; when the slide bar 243 is completely inside the receiving chute 213, the upper middle body 220 and the clamping side plate 230 can rotate toward the back of the lower middle body 210, so that the upper middle body 220 and the clamping side plate 230 can be separated from the processing platform when no parts are processed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the top edge side of the clamping side plate 230 is provided with a strip-shaped mounting groove 231 along the length direction thereof, the clamping and fixing component 260 comprises a clamping block 261, an upper extension portion 262, a plug 263 and a clamping surface 264, the clamping block 261 is positioned on the front end surface of the clamping side plate 230, the upper extension portion 262 is arranged on the top of the clamping block 261 and can extend to the upper side of the clamping side plate 230, the plug 263 is fixedly connected with the upper extension portion 262 and the plug 263 can be inserted into the strip-shaped mounting groove 231, and the clamping surface 264 is arranged at the front end of the clamping block 261; in the embodiment of the invention, the insert 263 is inserted into the strip-shaped mounting groove 231, and the insert 263 can move along the strip-shaped mounting groove 231, so that the clamping block 261 can slide on the clamping side plate 230 and adjust the position, and the clamping surface 264 can be an inclined surface, an arc-shaped concave surface, a convex surface and the like, so that the clamping surface 264 can adapt to the side shape of a part to be processed, and the clamping surface 264 is abutted against the part to be processed in a surface contact manner, thereby improving the clamping firmness.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the driving component 300 includes a left-right screw rod 310, two bottom sliding seats 320 and a driving hand wheel 330, two ends of the left-right screw rod 310 are rotatably mounted on the fixture support 100, the two bottom sliding seats 320 are slidably disposed on the fixture support 100, two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 are respectively mounted on the two bottom sliding seats 320, two ends of the left-right screw rod 310 respectively penetrate through the two bottom sliding seats 320, and one end of the left-right screw rod 310 is provided with the driving hand wheel 330; in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving hand wheel 330 is screwed, the driving hand wheel 330 drives the left-right screw rod 310 to rotate, and the rotating left-right screw rod 310 can drive the bottom sliding seat 320 thereon to move along the fixture bracket 100, and the two bottom sliding seats 320 synchronously move in opposite directions due to opposite screw directions of the two ends of the left-right screw rod 310.
The above embodiment provides a mechanical equipment spare and accessory part machining fixture, wherein before the spare and accessory part to be machined is fed, the unfolding pushing assembly drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate around the connection part with the upper middle main body 220, the two clamping side plates 230 rotate to be aligned with the upper middle main body 220, and a larger gap is reserved between the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200, so that the spare and accessory part to be machined can move on the machining platform and move between the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 without obstruction; at this time, the driving component 300 drives the two V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 to move towards each other and approach to the spare and accessory parts to be processed, and after the V-shaped clamping mechanisms 200 move to the clamping positions, the unfolding pushing component drives the two clamping side plates 230 to rotate again, so that the end surfaces of the two clamping side plates 230 approach to the pushing component until the clamping contact component 260 is in contact with the pushing component, and the upper middle main body 220 and the clamping side plates 230 form a V-shaped clamping component, so that spare and accessory parts with different shapes can be clamped, and the clamping firmness is effectively improved.
