The four first motors 131 are rotated at the same speed at the time of starting, and can drive the plurality of first connection plates 133 to be raised or lowered simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, two opposite sides of the top of the pool 11 are provided with brackets 213, the pressing member 21 includes a sliding plate 211 and a pressing plate 212, the sliding plate 211 is slidably disposed between the two brackets 213, the pressing plate 212 is fixedly disposed below the sliding plate 211, and the sliding plate 211 is connected to the second lifting member 22; the flushing part 23 comprises a water pipe 231 which is sequentially arranged below the pressing plate 212 in parallel, a plurality of spray heads 232 are arranged below the water pipe 231 along the length direction of the water pipe, water can be supplied to the spray heads 232 through the water pipe 231, and spraying to the rubber bottle plug is realized through the spray heads 232 so as to remove waste edges in the rubber bottle plug.
In order to improve the stability of the pressing member 21 during lifting, as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, two second lifting members 22 are disposed on two sides of the pressing member 21, each second lifting member 22 includes a second motor 221, a second screw 222, and a second connection plate 223, the second screw 222 is vertically disposed on one side of the pressing member 21 and is rotationally connected to a third transverse plate disposed beside the support 213, the second connection plate 223 is sleeved on the second screw 222 and is in threaded connection with the second screw 222, one end of the second connection plate 223 is connected to the sliding plate 211, the second motor 221 is mounted on the third transverse plate, and a driving shaft of the second motor 221 is fixedly connected to the second screw 222, and the second motor 221 can drive the second screw 222 to rotate, so as to drive the second connection plate 223 to lift to drive the sliding plate 211, the pressing plate 212, and the flushing member 23 to lift. The rotation speeds of the two second motors 221 at the time of starting are identical, and the plurality of second connection plates 223 can be driven to rise or fall simultaneously.
In order to save water resources, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, a water circulation structure 4 is provided, the water circulation structure 4 includes a circulation pipe 41, a water pump 42, a filter 43 and a return pipe 44, the circulation pipe 41 is transversely arranged in the water tank 11, and is located at the outer side of the cleaning net frame 15, one side of the circulation pipe 41 is provided with a plurality of water inlets along the length direction thereof, the water inlet of the water pump 42 is communicated with the circulation pipe 41, the water outlet of the water pump 42 is connected with the filter 43, the water outlet of the filter 43 is communicated with the water pipe 231 in the flushing member 23 through the return pipe 44, the water in the water tank 11 is pumped out through the water pump 42 and the circulation pipe 41 and is conveyed to the filter 43, the water resource is filtered through the filter 43, and finally, the water is guided into the water pipe 231 to be sprayed out through a spray head 232, so that the water resource can be recycled, the water inlet of the circulation pipe 41 is provided with a filter screen to prevent impurities from entering the circulation pipe 41 through the water inlet to block, and the blocking of the water inlet is prevented, and the return pipe 44 is a hose. The filter 43 is a conventional technology, and is widely used in the field of sewage treatment and the like, and is specifically understood with reference to the working principle thereof.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the shaking member 14 includes a motorized pulley 141 and a connecting rope 142, the driving end of the motorized pulley 141 is fixedly connected with the string bag 12 through the connecting rope 142, the motorized pulley 141 can rotate forward and backward, and is used for winding and unwinding the connecting rope 142 through the forward and backward rotation of the motorized pulley 141, and when the connecting rope 142 is wound up, one side of the string bag 12 is driven to be pulled up, and the string bag 12 is wrapped with a rubber bottle stopper stained with water, so that when the connecting rope 142 is loosened, the string bag 12 can be quickly restored, and the string bag 12 can be driven to shake intermittently by intermittently winding and unwinding the connecting rope 142, so that the rubber bottle stopper is uniformly contacted with water sprayed by the washing member 23. In other embodiments, the shaking element 14 may be a motor-driven telescopic rod, which can pull one side of the string bag 12 through telescoping.
Working principle: when in use, the rubber bottle stopper to be cleaned is placed into the screening frame 311, the screening frame 311 is driven to vibrate by the vibrating motor 321, the doped slitter edges in the rubber bottle stopper are screened out, the slitter edges fall into the material pool 33, then one end of the screening frame 311 is lifted and rotated upwards, the rubber bottle stopper is guided into the net bag 12 in the cleaning net frame 15, the net bag 12 is fixed in the cleaning net frame 15 through the limiting rod 16, the cleaning net frame 15 is positioned in the water pool 11, the rubber bottle stopper is in a floating shape in the net bag 12, the second screw 222 is driven to rotate by the second motor 221, the second connecting plate 223 and the sliding plate 211 can be driven to move downwards, the material pressing plate 212 is driven to descend to press the rubber bottle stopper below the water level, each rubber bottle stopper can be fully contacted with water for cleaning, then the water in the water pool 11 is pumped out through the water pumps 42 and 41, the water is filtered by the filter 43 and discharged to the water pipe 231, the water is sprayed out through the spray head 232 to turn over the rubber bottle stopper on the water surface, the waste edges and stains on the surface of the rubber bottle stopper can be washed away, after washing is completed, the first motor 131 is started to drive the first screw rod 132 to rotate, the first connecting plate 133 and the washing net frame 15 can be driven to rise until the net bag 12 is above the water level, the second motor 221 is used for driving the second screw rod 222 to rotate reversely, the material pressing piece 21 and the washing piece 23 are driven to move up to the proper positions, then the spray head 232 is used for spraying water to the rubber bottle stopper in the net bag 12 to wash away the doped waste edges in the rubber bottle stopper, the connecting rope 142 is intermittently retracted through the intermittent forward and reverse rotation of the electric roller 141 to drive the net bag 12 to shake, water can be more fully and uniformly acted on the rubber bottle stopper during water spraying, the waste edges and impurities adhered on the rubber bottle stopper can be fully screened out after washing is completed, the net bag 12 is taken out to obtain the rubber bottle stopper after cleaning.
According to the invention, through the cleaning structure 1 and the flushing structure 2, the net bag 12 is arranged in the net bag 12 and floats on the water surface in the first state, the rubber bottle stopper is lowered through the pressing piece 21 to be pressed below the water level, so that each rubber can be fully contacted with water for cleaning, meanwhile, water is sprayed to the rubber bottle stopper in the net bag 12 through the flushing piece 23, and water can act on the rubber bottle stopper on the water surface during water spraying so as to turn over and stir the rubber bottle stopper, and therefore, the waste edges and stains on the surface of the rubber bottle stopper can be quickly cleaned; when being in the second state, the string bag 12 can filter out the rubber bottle plug, water sprays to the rubber bottle plug in the string bag 12 through the flushing piece 23, thereby wash away the slitter edge that mixes in the rubber bottle plug, shake through shaking piece 14 drive string bag 12 shake, can more abundant even effect on the rubber bottle plug when making the water spray, can fully wash and screen out the slitter edge and the impurity that are stained with on the rubber bottle plug, the rubber bottle plug can not produce the friction with stereoplasm stirring structure or barrel contact when wasing simultaneously, can avoid causing the scratch damage of rubber bottle plug, guarantee the cleaning quality of rubber plug.
According to the invention, the net bag 12 is used, so that one batch of rubber bottle stoppers cleaned in the water tank 11 can be conveniently and completely fished out, the next batch of rubber bottle stoppers can be conveniently cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
