In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention proposes a condensation tank 11 for drying waste water treatment slag, which includes a tank body 16, a partition 34, an air inlet 35, an air outlet 36, a condensed water inlet 37, a condensed water outlet 38, a heat exchange tube and a spraying device 10 as proposed in the above embodiment, wherein the partition 34 is used for dividing the interior of the tank body 16 into a first chamber 40 and a second chamber 41, the first chamber 40 and the second chamber 41 are communicated, the condensed water inlet 37 and the condensed water outlet 38 are respectively arranged at the top of the tank body 16 corresponding to the first chamber 40 and the second chamber 41, the heat exchange tube is respectively connected with the condensed water inlet 37 and the condensed water outlet 38, the air inlet 35 and the air outlet 36 are respectively arranged at the side walls of the tank body 16 of the first chamber 40 and the second chamber 41, and the spraying device 10 is arranged in the first chamber 40 and/or the second chamber 41.
The tank 16 is a main structure of the condensation tank 11 and is used for containing waste water treatment slag and performing condensation treatment; the intermediate partition 34 is used for dividing the interior of the tank 16 into a first chamber 40 and a second chamber 41 and communicating them; the air inlet 35 is arranged on the side wall of the tank 16 of the first chamber 40 and is used for introducing steam generated by wastewater treatment slag; an air outlet 36 is provided in a sidewall of the tank 16 of the second chamber 41 for discharging the treated exhaust gas. A condensate inlet 37 is provided at the top of the first chamber 40 corresponding to the tank 16 for introducing condensate. The condensed water outlet 38 is provided at the top of the second chamber 41 corresponding to the tank 16 for discharging the condensed water after use. And the condensed water inlet 37 and the condensed water outlet 38 are connected for transferring heat energy to realize the condensation of waste gas. The spraying device 10 is provided in the first chamber 40 and/or the second chamber 41 for performing a spraying operation to more effectively spray dust adhered to the inner wall of the condensing tank 11 in the steam during the drying of the waste water treatment slag.
Preferably, the adjustment sprayer 15 further includes an image capture head 42, the image capture head 42 being disposed at the water outlet 24 of the sprayer 17. The image acquisition head 42 may be a small camera or sensor device for capturing images of the inner wall of the condensation tank 11 outside the water outlet 24; water is sprayed from the water spray openings to ensure that the image acquisition head 42 obtains a clear image. In addition, stability and water repellency need to be considered to ensure that the image pickup head 42 maintains good performance in an operating state for a long period of time. The collected image data is used for processing and analyzing, and the water quantity state, the spraying angle and the like at the water outlet 24 of the spray head 17 can be analyzed so as to realize accurate adjustment and optimization.

The spray device for a sludge drying treatment condenser according to claim 1, wherein the water amount control unit comprises an air pump, a stroke regulator and a regulating ball, and the spray head is provided with a water outlet adapted to the regulating ball; the air pump is used for driving the stroke regulator to stretch out and draw back so as to enable the stroke regulator to regulate the gap between the regulating ball and the water outlet; the water supply main pipe is provided with a mounting part, and an adjusting control line of the air pump is arranged in the mounting part.

The spray device for a sludge drying treatment condenser according to claim 2, wherein the rotary joint comprises an adjusting seat and an adjusting bolt, the adjusting seat is connected with the main water supply pipe, two ends of the adjusting bolt are respectively connected with the spray head and the adjusting seat, and the adjusting seat is used for adjusting the water spraying direction and the water spraying height of the spray head according to the rotation angle of the adjusting bolt.
