the other fixed base 100 is mounted on the other vertical rod 20 in the same mounting manner;
however, taking one of the cross bars 30 to be placed on the fixed base 100, since the locking knob 400 has been screwed, the locking knob 400 can be completely accommodated in the fool-proof groove 31 of the cross bar 30; if the locking knob 400 is not screwed, the locking knob 400 cannot be accommodated in the fool-proof groove 31 due to fool-proof design, and the whole cross bar 30 can be tilted and cannot be installed;
