The cloth rolling rod 42 rolls back the raw cloth 6, thereby straightening the raw cloth 6, and the raw cloth 6 is better wound on the cloth rolling rod 42 when the circular knitting machine regenerates the cloth rolling.
The pneumatic cloth clamping rod 22 automatically clamps the blank cloth 6 when the machine stops for cloth falling, so that the cloth head 61 is prevented from backing up due to elastic loosening after cutting; when the cloth rolling position sensor detects that the cloth rolling rod 42 is in place, the pneumatic cloth clamping rod 22 automatically loosens the blank cloth 6, and the circular knitting machine continues to start to produce cloth rolling.
The clamping control assembly 23 is a first telescopic cylinder, the up-and-down moving assembly 34 is a first ball screw, the forward-and-backward moving assembly 43 is a second ball screw, the rotation control assembly 44 is a servo motor, the grabbing manipulator 45 is a pneumatic finger, and the stuffing control assembly 46 is a second telescopic cylinder.
