It will be appreciated that a single grinding wheel is typically capable of performing processing on multiple gear workpieces, and that the tooth grinding apparatus matches a new target grinding wheel by re-cycling the target grinding wheel matching method as the grinding wheel wears. It is conceivable that if a new gear workpiece is only required to be processed in small batches, a grinding wheel matching scheme may be adopted to match a new target grinding wheel, and if a new gear workpiece is required to be processed in large batches, a corresponding target grinding wheel may be produced in a corresponding batch for the gear workpiece to improve the processing efficiency. If new gear workpieces are machined in a large batch, the lathe is generally used for machining the target grinding wheels in a batch mode, and the target grinding wheel matching method is not required to be adopted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the workpiece spindle 110 is provided with a fixture, the fixture is used for clamping the gear workpiece, the fixtures are all provided with third workpiece identification codes, and the third workpiece identification codes corresponding to the fixtures of each model are different; the plurality of third workpiece identification codes are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first workpiece identification codes; the identifying device 130 can also be used for identifying a third workpiece identification code, and the first workpiece identification code acquired by the identifying device 130 is matched with the third workpiece identification code acquired in advance; if the matching results are consistent, executing a subsequent grinding wheel matching processing strategy to obtain a target grinding wheel; if the matching results are inconsistent, stopping the action of the gear grinding equipment and giving an alarm, and waiting for manual elimination of the alarm can be continued. Generally, a gear corresponds to a fixture, and a gear also corresponds to a grinding wheel, so that the first workpiece identification code, the second workpiece identification code, and the third workpiece identification code belong to a one-to-one correspondence. For a new gear workpiece, a new clamp is designed for the new gear workpiece before the first machining, and a third workpiece identification code of the new clamp corresponding to the new gear workpiece is manually input into a clamp database, and a target grinding wheel of the new gear workpiece can be obtained through a target grinding wheel matching method.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the identification device 130 is telescopically mounted on the processing assembly 140, and when the gear workpiece is placed on the workpiece spindle 110, the identification device 130 is extended in the Z-axis direction, then the first workpiece identification code and the third workpiece identification code are identified, and after the identification is completed, the identification device 130 is retracted into the processing assembly 140. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the processing assembly 140 is provided with a protective cover extending along the Z-axis direction, and the protective cover is used for protecting the identification device 130; when the identification device 130 does not need to be identified, the identification device 130 is retracted into the shield.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the processing assembly 140 further includes a measuring device 150, where the measuring device 150 is mounted on the processing assembly 140, and the measuring device 150 is configured to measure a gear workpiece placed on the workpiece spindle 110, so as to determine a mounting position, a tooth slot depth, etc. of the gear workpiece, and further calculate and allocate a machining allowance in subsequent processing through a set algorithm. The machining assembly 140 moves on the X, Y, Z axis with the measuring device 150 moving synchronously, and the measuring device 150 is also telescopically mounted to the machining assembly 140, with the measuring device 150 being extendable and retractable in the Z axis. Referring to fig. 1, after a gear is placed on a workpiece spindle 110, a recognition device 130 recognizes the gear, a measuring device 150 extends downward along the Z axis direction, a machining assembly 140 is moved to a proper position, a measuring head of the measuring device 150 is positioned in the middle of a tooth slot of the workpiece gear, the workpiece spindle 110 is rotated forward and backward with an axis a as an axis, left and right tooth surfaces of the tooth slot of the workpiece gear respectively touch the measuring head of the measuring device 150, and then the measuring device 150 retracts along the Z axis direction.
According to the target grinding wheel matching method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the preprocessing grinding wheel with parameters closer to those of the image information of the workpiece to be matched can be obtained by executing the matching processing strategy, compared with manual selection, the sand repairing amount is effectively reduced, so that the sand repairing time is shortened, and the processing efficiency is improved; by executing the matching processing strategy, the automatic selection of the pre-processing grinding wheel and the automatic trimming of the target grinding wheel are realized, so that the automatic processing of the new gear workpiece is realized, and the production cost is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, the working flow of the tooth grinding apparatus of the present embodiment is as follows:
1. the fixture and the gear workpiece are installed on the workpiece spindle 110, the identification device 130 photographs and identifies the first workpiece identification code and the third workpiece identification code, and if the first workpiece identification code and the third workpiece identification code are not matched, the gear grinding equipment gives an alarm and stops acting; if the first workpiece identification code is matched with the third workpiece identification code, calling a corresponding machining program;
2. the identification device 130 is retracted, the processing assembly 140 is operated, and the gear workpiece is measured by the measuring device 150; if the measured parameters are not matched with the data base, interrupting the program and improving the mismatching of the object and the code; if the measured parameters are matched with the database, automatically replacing the grinding wheel;
3. resetting the measuring device 150; matching the acquired first workpiece identification code with a second workpiece identification code acquired in advance, and if the matching results are consistent, obtaining a target grinding wheel; if the matching results are inconsistent, executing a grinding wheel matching processing strategy to obtain a pre-processing grinding wheel;
4. trimming the pre-processed grinding wheel to obtain a target grinding wheel;
5. and grinding the gear workpiece by using the target grinding wheel.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides gear grinding equipment, which is provided with a grinding wheel matching system, wherein the grinding wheel matching system adopts the target grinding wheel matching method. The tooth grinding device of the embodiment has the grinding wheel matching system adopting the target grinding wheel matching scheme, so that the tooth grinding device has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical scheme of the embodiment.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage device storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the above-described grinding wheel matching method. The storage device of the present embodiment adopts the above-described grinding wheel matching method, so that the storage device has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage devices or non-transitory media and communication media or transitory media. The term computer storage device includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as known to those skilled in the art. Computer storage devices include, but are not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, digital versatile disk DVD or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by the computer. Furthermore, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The target grinding wheel matching method of the gear grinding equipment is characterized in that the gear grinding equipment comprises a workpiece main shaft, an identification device, a grinding wheel bin, a grinding wheel grabbing mechanism and a grinding wheel trimmer; the workpiece spindle is used for placing gear workpieces, first workpiece identification codes are arranged on the gear workpieces, and the first workpiece identification codes corresponding to each gear workpiece are different; the identification device is used for identifying a first workpiece identification code of the gear workpiece; the grinding wheel grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing grinding wheels in the grinding wheel bin; the grinding wheel bin is internally provided with grinding wheels of various types, each type of grinding wheel in the grinding wheel bin is provided with a second workpiece identification code, and the second workpiece identification codes corresponding to each type of grinding wheel are different; the plurality of first workpiece identification codes and the plurality of second workpiece identification codes are in one-to-one correspondence; the grinding wheel dresser is used for carrying out appearance dressing on the grinding wheel;
the target grinding wheel matching method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the first workpiece identification code of the gear workpiece at the workpiece spindle position through the identification device;
matching the acquired first workpiece identification code with the second workpiece identification code acquired in advance, and selecting a grinding wheel according to the matched second workpiece identification code if the matching result is consistent, so as to acquire the target grinding wheel; if the acquired first workpiece identification codes are not matched with all the second workpiece identification codes, executing a grinding wheel matching processing strategy to obtain a target grinding wheel;
the grinding wheel matching processing strategy comprises the following steps:
generating target grinding wheel data information matched with the gear workpiece on the workpiece spindle position;
determining similarity between the target grinding wheel data information and the pre-acquired in-stock grinding wheel data information of each model of grinding wheel in the grinding wheel bin, and obtaining a similarity result; the in-store grinding wheel data information is obtained according to grinding wheels of various types in the grinding wheel bin, and the in-store grinding wheel data information corresponding to each type of grinding wheel is different; the second workpiece identification codes are in one-to-one correspondence with the in-store grinding wheel data information;
selecting a pre-processing grinding wheel from the grinding wheels with various models in the grinding wheel bin according to the similarity result;
controlling the grinding wheel grabbing mechanism to grab the pre-machined grinding wheel and send the pre-machined grinding wheel to the grinding wheel dresser, and processing the pre-machined grinding wheel by the grinding wheel dresser according to the target grinding wheel data information to obtain a target grinding wheel;
the data information of the target grinding wheel comprises a first height and a first single-side thickness of the target grinding wheel, each grinding wheel in the grinding wheel bin corresponds to the data information of the in-store grinding wheel, and each data information of the in-store grinding wheel comprises a second height and a second single-side thickness;
the similarity result is obtained by the following steps:
calculating a height difference of subtracting the first height from the second height corresponding to each in-store grinding wheel data information in the grinding wheel bin, and calculating a single-side thickness difference of subtracting the first single-side thickness from the second single-side thickness corresponding to each in-store grinding wheel data information in the grinding wheel bin;
obtaining the similarity according to the height difference and the single-side thickness difference corresponding to each in-store grinding wheel data information;
and obtaining the similarity result according to a plurality of the similarities.
2. The target grinding wheel matching method of a tooth grinding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the similarity result is obtained according to a plurality of similarities, and the method comprises the following steps:
screening out the similarity with the height difference being negative or the single-side thickness difference being negative to obtain a plurality of first similarities with the height difference and the single-side thickness difference not being negative;
and obtaining the similarity result according to the first similarity.
3. The target grinding wheel matching method of a tooth grinding apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: the step of obtaining the similarity result according to the first similarity comprises the following steps:
selecting the first similarity with the smallest height difference to obtain a second similarity;
and if only one second similarity exists, obtaining the similarity result.
4. The target grinding wheel matching method of a tooth grinding apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: the step of obtaining the similarity result according to the first similarity comprises the following steps:
selecting the first similarity with the smallest height difference to obtain a second similarity;
if the number of the second similarity is multiple, selecting the second similarity with the smallest single-side thickness difference to obtain a third similarity;
and if only one third similarity exists, obtaining the similarity result.
5. The target grinding wheel matching method of a tooth grinding apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: the step of obtaining the similarity result according to the first similarity comprises the following steps:
selecting the first similarity with the smallest height difference to obtain a second similarity;
if the number of the second similarity is multiple, selecting the second similarity with the smallest single-side thickness difference to obtain a third similarity;
and if a plurality of third similarities are provided, randomly selecting one third similarity as a similarity result.
6. The target grinding wheel matching method of a tooth grinding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: a clamp is arranged on the workpiece spindle and used for clamping the gear workpiece;
the clamps are provided with third workpiece identification codes, and the third workpiece identification codes corresponding to the clamps of each model are different; the plurality of third workpiece identification codes and the plurality of first workpiece identification codes are in one-to-one correspondence;
the first workpiece identification code acquired by the identification device is matched with the third workpiece identification code acquired in advance;
and if the matching results are inconsistent, stopping the action of the gear grinding equipment and giving an alarm.
7. A tooth grinding apparatus, characterized in that it has a grinding wheel matching system employing the target grinding wheel matching method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

The tooth grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that: the gear grinding equipment further comprises a processing assembly, wherein the processing assembly is arranged above the workpiece main shaft and can move relative to the workpiece main shaft; the identification device is telescopically mounted to the processing assembly.
