Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of eye patches, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a tea water eye patch.
Background
The eye patch is a product with the functions of protecting eyes, relieving fatigue or repairing skin around eyes. The eye patch is characterized in that a base of the eye patch is made of non-woven fabrics, the eye patch is soft in texture and low in price, the eye patch is suitable for mass consumption, liquid and gel raw materials with different components are added on the base, the eye patch has different effects according to the different components, the eye patch has the effects of preventing eye lesions, relieving eye fatigue, moistening eyes and relieving eye dryness ([ 1] Qin Xiaoyan, feng Chunming, huang Jialan, clinical observation of eye fatigue and xerophthalmia by eye patch treatment [ J ]. Hubei journal of Chinese medicine, 2011,33 (3): 1).
In recent years, scholars have also studied the effect of eye patches on eyes, for example, the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine eye patches studied by Li Shiming and the like on asthenopia patients who contact video terminals for a long time, and the study results show that the adjustment response of asthenopia subjects at a short distance (33 cm) is remarkably increased before and after eye patches containing components such as wild chrysanthemum flower, red sage root, pearl powder and menthol are applied, and the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine eye patches on asthenopia patients at video terminals [ J ]. J.E.E.J.E.M.P.E.in 2011 (1): 5 ] is facilitated to be reduced. Ji Xiaoliang et al, 3 eye intervention modes, show that the disposable medical hydrogel eye patch is used for performing the intervention on eyes of the patient suffering from the severe monitoring coma, has remarkable effect, can improve the condition of corneal epithelial cell shedding, and reduces the occurrence rate of complications ([ 3] Ji Xiaoliang, shi Jinlong, chen Xiaoyan, and the like; the influence of different eye intervention modes on the patient suffering from the severe monitoring coma [ J ]. Nurse repair journal, 2020,35 (24): 3).
Tea is a common component for preparing eye patches, especially selenium-rich tea, contains more selenium element, vitamin C, vitamin E, theophylline and the like, has the effects of resisting bacteria, improving aging or detumescence, and has good health care effect on eyes of people when being used for preparing selenium-rich tea eye patches. Commercially available infusible tea leaves are dry tea leaves, and no additives are required in the storage process, and a desiccant bag is used at most. So the shelf life of the tea is longer, the tea is not easy to deteriorate, and the tea can be manufactured into a large-size packaging product. In daily life, people directly use tea residues soaked with tea water to make eye patches for application, but the tea residues can adhere to the eyes without filtering operation, and the risk of careless eye penetration exists.
The eye mask sold in the market is similar to a mask, a substrate, a plant extract (such as a tea extract) and an additive component are integrally produced to be manufactured into an eye mask finished product, and most of the eye mask finished product is manufactured by adopting an independent packaging mode, and consumers directly take out the eye mask for application in the manufacturing and packaging mode, so that the risk of careless penetration of solid slag into eyes is avoided, and the eye mask is convenient for the consumers, but the additive components such as an emulsifying agent and a humectant are also used in the market, otherwise, the wet plant extract component is easy to breed bacteria, and the shelf life of the product is influenced. In addition, although the additive ingredients are in accordance with national standards, they are not all natural extracts and some consumers are psychologically resistant. In addition, more packaging materials are independently packaged, so that the environment protection is not facilitated.
Based on the problems of additive existing in single eye mask independent package and integrated production of substrate additives and the property of tea, the invention develops a tea water eye mask manufacturing method suitable for tea raw materials.

Example 1
A manufacturing method of a tea water eye patch comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparing tea powder raw materials: the tea powder raw material is prepared by taking dry tea leaves as an object, crushing into powder of 60-120 meshes, or crushing into crushed material with the length of 1-2 mm, wherein the powder or the crushed material is the tea powder raw material, and the tea powder raw material is filled into containers such as a bottle or a bag, and if the tea powder raw material is stored for a long time, the container is sealed, or a drying agent bag is put into the container, the drying agent is not mixed with the tea powder raw material, and the container is sealed. The tea powder prepared by the method is free of any additive, natural and environment-friendly, and has no side effect after being used by human bodies.
The selenium-enriched tea, such as sunlight selenium-enriched tea, fenggang zinc selenium-enriched green tea, enshi selenium-enriched tea and the like, contains more selenium elements, vitamin C, vitamin E, theophylline and the like, has the effects of resisting bacteria, improving aging or relieving swelling, and can make full use of the nutrition elements when being used for making tea water eye patches. Other plant powder or Chinese medicinal powder with repercussive effect can also be mixed into selenium-rich tea powder.
In order to achieve the effects of tranquillization and sleep aiding, the tea powder raw material can be prepared by adopting dry selenium-rich tea leaves and adding dry lavender, dry jasmine flowers, dry mint leaves, dry gardenia and other plants with the effects of tranquillization and sleep aiding.
Step 2, preparing an eye mask substrate:
the eye patch substrate is elliptical or arc-shaped, the hole in the middle of the ellipse is the eyeball position, and the ellipse or arc-shaped substrate surrounds the periphery of the eye and is contacted with the skin around the eye. The eye mask substrate is prepared from a non-woven fabric film, a silk film, a biological fiber film and other materials, and the principle of selecting the eye mask substrate material is soft, skin-friendly, dry-storable and water-absorbing. In order to save the packaging cost, tens to hundreds of eye patch substrates can be arranged in a packaging box, and when the packaging box is used by a consumer, the packaging box is similar to the packaging of cosmetic cotton.
Step 3, making tea water eye patch
Taking proper amount of tea powder raw materials, adding water, soaking to form suspension, filtering with medical gauze or filter paper, soaking an eye patch substrate in the tea filtrate for about 10 minutes, fully absorbing water and nutrient components, wherein the soaked eye patch substrate is tea water eye patch, and applying the eye patch to the eyes for about 10-15 minutes.
The tea powder can be soaked in hot water or cold water for more than 30 minutes, so that the nutritional ingredients in the tea can be fully dissolved out.
The tea raw materials are made into dry powder, the dry powder is placed in a container for use in batches, and the non-woven fabrics for making the tea eye patches are packaged in batches, so that single eye patches are not required to be packaged, the packaging cost is reduced, and the packaging resources are saved. The tea eye mask is made without additive, is purely natural tea, and eliminates psychological resistance of consumers to the additive. The prepared tea water eye mask has no solid slag, so that the risk of the solid slag entering eyes by mistake can not occur.
