When the gastroscope is particularly used, a user passes the lens end of the gastroscope through the limiting ring 14 on one side, then pulls the gastroscope lens forwards, passes through the limiting ring 14 on the other side again, places the gastroscope tube on the U-shaped fixing piece 5, and then twists the fixing bolt 16 on the limiting ring 14 to enable the contact pad 17 to move downwards so as to limit and fix the two ends of the gastroscope tube; then, the traction electric telescopic rods 4 at the two sides are contracted to drive the U-shaped fixing pieces 5 to move towards the two sides, at the moment, the U-shaped fixing pieces 5 stretch the gastroscope tube towards the two sides to enable the gastroscope tube to be in a bent shape, meanwhile, the driving electric telescopic rods 11 at the two sides are stretched to drive the sliding blocks 10 at the two sides to be close to each other to drive the two ends of the gastroscope tube to move towards the middle at the same time, and the end parts of the gastroscope tube are prevented from being damaged when the gastroscope tube is bent; then the top micro-nano bubble spray head 20 and the bottom micro-nano bubble spray head 22 are started to clean the gastroscope tube and the lens, in the cleaning process, the top micro-nano bubble spray head 20 and the bottom micro-nano bubble spray head 22 can generate cleaning liquid containing micro-nano bubbles, when the micro-nano bubbles in the cleaning liquid touch the gastroscope tube and the lens, the micro-nano bubbles instantly break, the impact force generated in the moment can quickly clean dirt on the gastroscope tube and the lens, the cleaning efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the gastroscope tube and the lens are cleaned from the upper side and the lower side, the impact force born by the gastroscope tube and the lens can be buffered by utilizing water flow with opposite flow directions, the gastroscope tube and the lens are prevented from shaking randomly, and the U-shaped fixing piece 5 can fix the gastroscope tube and prevent the gastroscope tube from shaking randomly during the cleaning process; after the cleaning is finished, the gastroscope tube and the lens are taken down, the liquid discharge valve 27 is opened, the sewage in the cleaning tank 2 flows out through the liquid discharge tube 26, and when the cleaning liquid is required to be added, the cleaning liquid can be respectively added into the water storage tank 18 and the built-in water storage bin 21 through the liquid inlet straight tube 19 and the liquid inlet bent tube 23, so that the whole working flow of the invention is realized, and the step is repeated when the cleaning liquid is used next time.
