Description

Millimeter wave therapeutic instrument oscillator device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to an oscillator device of a millimeter wave therapeutic instrument.
Background
The millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is an apparatus for treating diseases by applying millimeter wave high-frequency electromagnetic waves with the wavelength of 1-10mm and the frequency of 30-300 GHz; millimeter waves are high-frequency electromagnetic waves belonging to the microwave band, and can penetrate through biological epidermis to act on deep tissues as an electromagnetic wave, and because the frequency of the millimeter waves is higher, the power can be effectively limited in a smaller range, and only a specific part is acted; the biological effects of millimeter waves are divided into thermal effects and non-thermal effects, wherein the thermal effects refer to that millimeter wave power can be converted into heat, so that the local temperature is increased to promote metabolism; the nonthermal effect means that millimeter waves can influence biological macromolecules such as proteins, RNA and the like, and resonate with the biological macromolecules so as to influence and regulate the life activity process.
Oscillation refers to the physical phenomenon that the amplitude of voltage, current or other electrical quantity repeatedly changes over time; an oscillator is essentially a circuit that converts direct current energy to radio frequency energy, which in a narrow sense can be understood as converting direct current energy to radio frequency power through the interaction of a negative resistance device with a resonant oven; the interaction has inherent nonlinearity, the basis of oscillation is that devices such as a body effect, an avalanche diode and the like or a transistor added with positive feedback have negative resistance characteristics under the direct current bias condition, and negative resistance oscillation is generated when certain conditions are met.
An oscillator must include three parts: an amplifier, a positive feedback circuit and a frequency selection network; the amplifier can amplify the input signal applied by the input end of the oscillator to ensure that the output signal keeps a constant value; the positive feedback circuit ensures that the feedback signals provided to the input end of the oscillator are in the same phase, and only then can the oscillation be maintained; the frequency selective network allows only a specific frequency to pass through, so that the oscillator generates a single frequency output.
The ability of the oscillator to oscillate and maintain a stable output is determined by two conditions; one is that the feedback voltage and the input voltage are equal, which is an amplitude balance condition; secondly, the feedback voltage and the input voltage must have the same phase, which is a phase balance condition, that is to say, positive feedback must be ensured; in general, since the amplitude balance condition is often easy to be achieved, it is mainly determined whether or not the phase balance condition is established in determining whether or not an oscillation circuit can oscillate.
After the oscillation circuit starts to vibrate, the signal amplitude is larger and larger, the absolute value of the negative resistance or negative conductance of the device is reduced along with the increase of the amplitude, the oscillation gradually reaches a certain stable state, and the sum of voltages at two ends of the device is zero, namely the oscillation balance state; in the oscillation balance state, if the oscillation deviates from the original balance point due to a certain factor such as external cause, fluctuation of the ambient temperature or the power supply voltage, etc., after the factor causing the deviation disappears, if the oscillator can be restored to the original state, such balance point is a stable working point; the existing millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus can work at a stable working point, but the materials of the oscillator are easy to split and damage after knocking and collision, so that the joint of the oscillator is loose, and the normal work of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is affected.
The Chinese patent bulletin number is: CN209392599U, the above patent discloses a millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus; the diode is clamped and supported by a central shaft of the bias voltage through capacitor and an adjusting screw rod, the central shaft of the adjustable screw rod, the bias voltage through capacitor and the diode are vertically arranged with a narrow wall of a lambda/2 waveguide main cavity, an air medium is arranged in the lambda/2 waveguide main cavity to generate millimeter wave low-power electromagnetic waves with specific frequency, the lambda/2 waveguide main cavity is arranged in a shell, one end of the lambda/2 waveguide main cavity is connected with a pyramid horn-shaped impedance conversion radiator, one end of the shell is connected with a front insulating screen cover, the other end of the shell is provided with a rear cover plate, the rear cover plate is provided with a bias voltage connecting socket, and the bias voltage connecting socket is respectively connected with a bias voltage negative electrode grounding plate and the bias voltage through a bias voltage negative electrode lead wire and a bias voltage positive electrode lead wire; although the device can generate millimeter wave electromagnetic waves with specific frequency and small power and irradiates micro millimeter wave beams on the human body part of a patient in a radiation mode, the device is fixed to an internal device only through a shell and lacks protection to the internal device, so that the device is extremely easy to damage when impacted, and the device is not beneficial to wide popularization and use.

The specific working principle is as follows:
the existing millimeter wave therapeutic instrument oscillator is mainly fixed in the millimeter therapeutic instrument by adopting a screw, after the oscillator is subjected to impact force, the material of the oscillator is easy to split and damage, particularly the fixed part of the screw is easy to deform, so that the position of the oscillator is easy to deviate, the problem that the oscillator is poor in line contact, increased in resistance, changed in working temperature and the like is easy to occur due to rapid deviation, the oscillation balance state of the oscillator is damaged, and the normal working of the millimeter wave therapeutic instrument is influenced; and millimeter wave therapeutic instrument will produce certain amplitude vibration at during operation itself, causes certain wearing and tearing to its inside spare part, and when the unable stable gesture of keeping in millimeter wave therapeutic instrument of oscillator, vibration can lead to the tiny displacement and the deformation that the oscillator produced, and the gradual accumulation finally leads to crackle and fracture, makes the life of oscillator shorten.
When the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 of the device is impacted by external strong force, the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 generates strong vibration and transmits the impact force to the inside of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1; the spatial morphology of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 changes after being subjected to violent impact, but the invention mainly analyzes the impact force in the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1, so that the internal structure of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 can be considered to be in a horizontal posture or a vertical posture relative to the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1; when the impact force enters the main frame 1 of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus, part of the irregular impact force is decomposed into the impact force in the vertical direction under the influence of the buffer structure 5 and the supporting structure 6, and the rest of the irregular impact force is decomposed into the impact force in the horizontal direction under the influence of the horizontal protection structure 3.
When the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 receives an impact force from bottom to top, as shown in fig. 9, the impact force is firstly conducted to the support housing 64, so that the elastic ball 63 at the bottom of the support housing 64 is forced to move and deform, the elastic ball 63 extrudes the support column 61, when the impact force exceeds the deformation energy storage range of the elastic ball 63, the deformation energy released by the elastic ball 63 can enable the support column 61 to move upwards, so that the four springs 62 are forced to deform, at this time, the oscillator main body 2 generates a certain amplitude of deflection, and the impact force is conducted to the buffer structures 5 at two sides, so that the impact force is prevented from being directly conducted to the oscillator main body 2.
The fixing block 53, the buffer block 52 and the connecting block 51 are made of materials with good elasticity and toughness, such as synthetic rubber, etc., and can deform and quickly recover when being stressed; the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53 are connected with each other through a rotating plate 54, and the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53 are stably positioned on the same horizontal plane when no external force is applied; when the impact force is transmitted to the fixed block 53, as the buffer blocks 52 and the fixed block 53 are mutually connected through the buckles, the buffer blocks 52 and the fixed block 53 deform and move upwards, meanwhile, the movement of the connecting block 51, the buffer blocks 52 and the fixed block 53 is limited by the rotating plate 54, and the connecting ring 44 at the lower end of the connecting block 51 is fixedly connected with the spring III 46, so that the impact force from bottom to top is converted into the compression force of the spring III 46 and the deformation energy of the connecting block 51, the buffer blocks 52 and the fixed block 53 layer by layer, and the impact force is gradually dispersed and weakened in the process, thereby reducing the damage to the oscillator main body 2; when the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 is no longer subjected to strong impact, the elastic ball 63, the spring four 62, the spring three 46, the connecting block 51, the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53 can be naturally reset, so that the oscillator main body 2 returns to the stable point for operation.
When the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 receives impact force from top to bottom, the top of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame is taken as an equipment output area, so that the impact force above the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame is not convenient to set a protection device, and is firstly conducted to the buffer structure 5, so that the connecting block 51, the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53 are stressed and deformed, and the impact force is dispersed and weakened to two sides by the rotating plate 54; when the impact force exceeds the deformation energy storage range of the buffer block 52, the buffer block 52 displaces by a certain extent, and at the moment, the oscillator main body 2 deflects downwards, so that the supporting column 61 is pushed to move downwards, the spring IV 62 deforms under the force, the elastic ball 63 is extruded, the elastic ball 63 deforms and moves, and the impact force is dispersed and weakened; in the same way, when the main frame 1 of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is not affected by impact force, the oscillator main body 2 can naturally reset to a stable point for working.
The design for decomposing the impact force in the vertical direction is characterized in that the damage generated after the original oscillator main body 2 is impacted is mainly converted into the damage to the rotating plate 54 and the fixed block 53, so that the rotating plate 54 and the fixed block 53 only need to be checked and replaced when the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is maintained later, the oscillator main body 2 is effectively protected, the maintenance flow of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is simplified, and the transportation and the wide use of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus are facilitated; however, since enough space is reserved for the internal installation of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus, the protection effect in the vertical direction is limited, and certain damage is still caused to the parts, the invention performs additional design aiming at the impact force in the horizontal direction.
When the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 receives an impact force in the horizontal direction, the impact force is firstly transmitted to the fixed block 53, so that the impact force is dispersed and weakened by the stress deformation of the fixed block 53, the buffer block 52 and the connecting block 51, and the oscillator main body 2 is kept stable; however, since the connection of the rotation plate 54 to the connection block 51, the buffer block 52, and the fixed block 53 is located on one side in the horizontal direction, the buffer structure 5 has a limited impact force attenuation effect in the horizontal direction.
When the impact force in the horizontal direction exceeds the deformation energy storage range of the connecting block 51, the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53, the impact force is transmitted to the horizontal protection structure 3 along the transmission structure 4, so that the horizontal shell 37 is stressed to vibrate; as shown in fig. 3, the elastic ring 35 is deformed and moves under force, so that the second spring 36 is deformed under force, but the oscillator main body 2 is influenced by the horizontal protection structure 3 on the other side and the supporting structure 6 at the bottom, and the pushing post 42 connected with the horizontal housing 37 can limit the movement of the horizontal housing 37, so that the oscillator main body 2 is still in a stable state in the horizontal direction; when the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus main frame 1 is no longer impacted by the horizontal direction, the elastic ring 35 and the second spring 36 naturally reset, and the damage to each component of the horizontal protection structure 3 is very small in the process.
When the impact force exceeds the deformation energy storage range of the elastic ring 35, the horizontal shell 37 generates large vibration, so that the first spring 34 is stressed and deformed, and the oscillator main body 2 still keeps a stable state; similarly, when the main frame 1 of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is no longer affected by the impact force, the first spring 34 naturally resets, the stored deformation energy is converted into the pushing force to the horizontal shell 37, the horizontal shell 37 applies the pushing force to the pushing post 42, so that the pushing post 42 slides along the conductive shell 41, further, the limiting post 43 is influenced by the inclined plane of the pushing post 42 to move upwards along the conductive shell 41, the third spring 46 is stressed and deformed, meanwhile, the rotating block 45 is influenced by the limiting post 43 to rotate until the top end of the rotating block 45 contacts with the conductive shell 41, at this time, the limiting post 43 moves to the top end, the pushing force applied to the third spring 46 exceeds the deformation energy storage range of the third spring 46, the third spring 46 releases the deformation energy upwards, so that the connecting ring 44 moves upwards, so that the connecting block 51 moves upwards, and further, the connecting block 51, the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53 deform and move under the pushing force of the connecting block 51; the deformation energy stored in the first spring 34 in the horizontal direction is gradually converted into deformation energy for the connecting block 51, the buffer block 52 and the fixed block 53, so that the damage of the horizontal protection structure 3 can be minimized when the horizontal protection structure receives a strong impact force.
As shown in fig. 6, the design of the invention in the horizontal direction omits a fixing structure, and only uses the limiting column 43 and the pushing column 42 to fix the horizontal direction of the oscillator main body 2, so that the damage generated by the horizontal direction stress can be transferred to the fixing block 53 and the rotating plate 54, and the maintenance flow of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is further reduced; and the shock resistance of the oscillator body 2 is improved by the symmetrical structural design in the horizontal direction.
Compared with the prior art that the internal oscillator is fixed only through the shell, the invention disperses the impact force received into the vertical direction and the horizontal direction for processing by using the elastic buffer material and the plurality of groups of springs, reduces the damage of the impact force to the oscillator main body 2, simultaneously ensures that the oscillator main body 2 has the natural resetting effect and avoids the splitting and the breakage of the oscillator main body 2 caused by the impact force; meanwhile, the oscillator main body 2 can still return to a stable point to work after being impacted, so that the capability of the millimeter wave therapeutic instrument for coping with external impact is improved, and the follow-up transportation and popularization are facilitated; meanwhile, the impact after impact is concentrated and converted on the fixed block 53 and the rotating plate 54, so that the device is more convenient in subsequent maintenance, the oscillator main body 2 is fixed in multiple directions, and when the fixed block 53 and the rotating plate 54 are damaged, the normal operation of the oscillator main body 2 is not influenced in a short time, and the working stability of the millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus is improved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described for the purpose of illustration and description, it being understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not to be construed as limiting the invention, and that variations, modifications, alternatives and variations may be made therein by one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
