In order to realize richer interaction and Data transmission capability in the VoIMS call, a Data Channel (DC) technology is currently introduced in the IMS system. The terminal/network completes the DC negotiation via session description protocol (Session Des cription Protocol, SDP) according to the existing standard definition. In the existing DC negotiation process, after receiving a media negotiation request, a network side network element has the problem that whether the media negotiation request is used for requesting a data channel between terminals or a data channel between a terminal and a network server cannot be judged; in addition, in the operator network, there is a problem that the network side network element cannot know whether the received media negotiation request needs local network processing or remote network processing.
In addition, for a DC application that involves the common use of both parties in a call, it is required that both party terminals have the same application program for providing the DC application, and the initiator terminal may acquire the application program/application page data when the user selects the DC application, and then establish a data channel with the opposite party for application data transmission. At this time, the receiving terminal receives the data channel establishment request from the initiator, so that the establishment of the data channel can be completed, but the application program/application service data corresponding to the data channel cannot be known and requested, so that the service data analysis and interaction of the data channel application cannot be realized.
Therefore, in the data channel negotiation process, the receiving end of the media negotiation request cannot accurately execute the data channel establishment, and the problem of service analysis and interaction is solved.

and acquiring the data channel application program corresponding to the data channel, which is sent by the network side according to the data channel application program acquisition request.

1. A negotiation method, applied to a transmitting end, the method comprising:
and sending a data channel negotiation request to a receiving end, wherein the data channel negotiation request comprises channel attribute information.
2. The negotiation method according to claim 1, wherein the data channel negotiation request comprises a tag value, wherein the tag value is used to indicate the channel attribute information.
3. The negotiation method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the channel attribute information comprises at least one of the following information:
first information indicating whether the requested data channel is applied to a local network application or a remote network application;
second information indicating a channel type of the requested data channel;
third information indicating a data channel application identification requesting use of the data channel;
fourth information indicating a channel name of the requested data channel.
4. A negotiation method according to claim 3, wherein the first information is a first value indicating that the requested data channel is to be applied to a local network application; and when the first information is a second value, the first information is used for indicating that the requested data channel is applied to the remote network application.
5. A negotiation method according to claim 3, wherein when the second information is a third value, the channel type for indicating the requested data channel is a terminal-to-terminal channel; when the second information is a fourth value, the channel type used for indicating the requested data channel is a channel between the terminal and the network side application server; and when the second information is a fifth value, the channel type used for indicating the requested data channel is a channel between the network side application server and the terminal.
6. The negotiation method according to claim 1, wherein the sender is a terminal or a network device.
7. The negotiation method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving end is one of a terminal, a network device on a local network side, a network device on a remote network side, an application server and a data control server.
8. A negotiation method applied to a network device, the method comprising:
receiving a data channel negotiation request sent by a sending end, wherein the data channel negotiation request comprises channel attribute information;
and executing data channel processing according to the channel attribute information.
9. The negotiation method according to claim 8, wherein the data channel negotiation request comprises a tag value, wherein the tag value is used to indicate the channel attribute information.
10. The negotiation method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the channel attribute information comprises at least one of the following information:
first information indicating whether the requested data channel is applied to a local network application or a remote network application;
second information indicating a channel type of the requested data channel;
third information indicating a data channel application identification requesting use of the data channel;
fourth information indicating an id value of the requested data channel.
11. The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein the first information is a first value indicating that the requested data channel is applied to a local network application; and when the first information is a second value, the first information is used for indicating that the requested data channel is applied to the remote network application.

The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein when the second information is a third value, the channel type for indicating the requested data channel is a terminal-to-terminal channel; when the second information is a fourth value, the channel type used for indicating the requested data channel is a channel between the terminal and the network side application server; and when the second information is a fifth value, the channel type used for indicating the requested data channel is a channel between the network side application server and the terminal.
13. The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein performing data channel processing according to the channel attribute information comprises:
and forwarding the data channel negotiation request to the requested terminal when the channel type of the requested data channel is determined to be the channel between the terminals according to the second information.
14. The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein performing data channel processing according to the channel attribute information comprises:
when the channel type of the requested data channel is determined to be the channel between the terminal and the network side application server according to the second information, establishing a data channel between the terminal and the application server to which the application of the requested data channel belongs; or alternatively
When the channel type of the requested data channel is determined to be the channel between the terminal and the network side application server according to the second information, a data channel between the data control server and the data control server is established, the data control server forwards the received first data sent by the sending end through the data channel to the application server to which the application requesting the data channel belongs, and the data control server forwards the received second data sent by the application server to the sending end through the data channel.
15. The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein performing data channel processing according to the channel attribute information comprises:
when the requested data channel is determined to be applied to the local network application according to the first information and the second information, and the channel type of the requested data channel is a channel between a terminal and a network side application server, establishing a data channel between the terminal and the application server of the local network application; or alternatively
When the requested data channel is determined to be applied to the local network application according to the first information and the second information, and the channel type of the requested data channel is a channel between a terminal and a network side application server, a data channel between the terminal and the local data control server is established, the local data control server forwards the received first data sent by a sending end through the data channel to the application server to which the application requesting the data channel belongs, and the local data control server forwards the received second data sent by the application server to the sending end through the data channel.
16. The negotiation method according to claim 10, wherein performing data channel processing according to the channel attribute information comprises:
When the requested data channel is determined to be applied to the far-end network application according to the first information and the second information, and the channel type of the requested data channel is a channel between the terminal and the application server of the network side, forwarding the data channel negotiation request to network equipment of the far-end network side so as to establish a data channel between the transmitting end and the application server of the far-end network through the network equipment of the far-end network side;
when the requested data channel is determined to be applied to the far-end network application according to the first information and the second information, and the channel type of the requested data channel is a channel between a terminal and a network side application server, forwarding the data channel negotiation request to a data control server of the far-end network, establishing a data channel between the data control server and the data control server of the far-end network, forwarding the received first data sent by a sending end through the data channel by the data control server of the far-end network to the far-end application server of the application requesting the data channel, and forwarding the second data sent by the far-end application server by the data control server of the far-end network to the network equipment through the data channel and then sending the second data to the sending end.
17. A negotiation method, applied to a terminal, the method comprising:
acquiring a data channel negotiation request sent by a sending end, wherein the data channel negotiation request comprises channel attribute information;
completing data channel negotiation and establishment according to the data channel negotiation request;
determining a data channel application program associated with the data channel according to the channel attribute information; the data channel application program is used for describing front-end page display information of the data channel application at the terminal side and/or service logic of user interactive operation at the terminal side;
and displaying the interactive interface and the interactive data of the data channel application on a call interface according to the interactive data received in the data channel and/or the data channel application program associated with the data channel.
18. The negotiation method of claim 17, wherein the channel attribute information comprises at least one of:
first information indicating whether the requested data channel is applied to a local network application or a remote network application;
second information indicating a channel type of the requested data channel;
third information indicating a data channel application identification requesting use of the data channel;
Fourth information indicating a channel name of the requested data channel.
19. The negotiation method of claim 17 wherein determining the data channel application associated with the data channel based on the channel attribute information comprises:
determining a data channel application program identifier for requesting to use the data channel according to the channel attribute information;
initiating a data channel application program acquisition request to a network side through a data channel application program acquisition flow, wherein the data channel application program acquisition request carries the data channel application program identification;
and acquiring the data channel application program corresponding to the data channel, which is sent by the network side according to the data channel application program acquisition request.
20. The negotiation method of claim 17, further comprising:
and sending the interactive data to an application server or a terminal which initiates the negotiation request of the data channel through the data channel.
21. A network device, wherein the network device is a transmitting end, and comprises a transceiver, wherein:
the transceiver is configured to send a data channel negotiation request to a receiving end, where the data channel negotiation request includes channel attribute information.
