In the modern financial industry, banking core transaction systems are an integral part of the business level and service capabilities of banks. In actual banking, a third party (also called an intermediate party or an intermediate person) is sometimes required to be a bank, and the processing of the charging service is realized in the financing process. For example, in the warranty business, a bank needs to charge a service fee of a small micro-enterprise from a customer to replace a platform, i.e. the customer performs a business process of charging a fee from the customer to the platform.
The current charge service processing is generally performed by manually transferring funds from a customer to a bank counter, transferring funds from a customer to a target object by a staff of the bank counter, and further performing the modern charge service processing through manual revolution and revolution account operation. However, the manual transfer mode has low work efficiency and high error probability (such as errors of manually inputting the account of the customer, errors of inputting the account of the target object, and the like), and has safety risks.
Therefore, the application provides a service processing method, which is used for automatically processing the charge-substituting service, realizing automatic charge-substituting, reducing manual operation, improving the intellectualization and processing efficiency of the charge-substituting service and ensuring the safety of the charge-substituting service.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a system architecture to which an embodiment of the present application is applied, the system architecture including a source object 110, a target object 120, and a banking system 130.
The source object 110 is an object that needs to be paid, for example, the source object is a customer using a platform in a security service, a customer borrowing in a credit service, and the like.
The target object 120 is an object that needs to be charged, such as a platform in a warranty service, a platform for paying in a credit service, etc. It will be appreciated that there is a business going and going between the source object 110 and the target object 120, such as the source object 110 being a buyer and the target object 120 being a seller.
The banking system 130 may be a banking core transaction system, referring to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a banking system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, including a configuration module 210, a contract module 220, and an online module 230. The configuration module 210 is configured to configure a mapping relationship between the business item of the target object 120 and the transitional subject of the banking system 130 based on the preset parameters. The online module 230 is configured to transfer a preset number of electronic resources from the account of the source object 110 to a preset storage subject, so that the electronic resources are returned to the account of the target object 120 through the preset storage subject.
It should be noted that the structures shown in fig. 1 and 2 are only examples, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 3, the flow includes:
in step 310, the first server responds to the electronic resource transfer processing request, determines a target object from the saved business contract information from the second server, and sends a source object of the electronic resource to the target object.
The first server is a server corresponding to the banking system, and the service contract is pre-established based on an account of the target object and the service item, and can also be called as a charging contract, and is a contract corresponding to the charging service. Illustratively, the first server receives a contract request sent by the second server, the contract request including a business item; the first server responds to the contract request and configures the mapping relation between the service items and the preset storage department object of the first server according to preset parameters; and establishing a business contract according to the identification of the target object, the account of the target object and the mapping relation between the business item and the preset storage subject. It will be appreciated that the identification of the target object may be information such as a user name, and the account of the target object may be a fund account, which is not specifically limited herein. The service items comprise information such as the type of the charge-collecting service of the target object, the preset quantity of the electronic resources, the processing time of the charge-collecting service, the description of the service items and the like; the preset number of electronic resources represents an amount of money to be acquired from a source object (hereinafter, simply referred to as a charged amount for convenience of description), the processing time of the charge-substituting service represents a time when an amount of money to be acquired from a source object (hereinafter, simply referred to as a charged time for convenience of description), and the description of the service item represents a description of the charge-substituting service. For example, the business project comprises an A project of a platform and a B project of the platform, the charging amount of the A project of the platform is 1, and the charging time is 0 point of each day; the charging amount of the B function item of the platform is 10, and the charging time is 0 point of the first day of each month.
The preset storage subjects can be transitional subjects preset in the banking system, which is equivalent to the mapping relation established between the business items and the transitional subjects of the banking system. Transitional subjects, which may also be referred to as transitional charging subjects, are subjects in a banking system that perform a transfer of funds without remaining balances for transferring (which may also be referred to as refund) funds.
In some embodiments, the service item further includes an indication of establishing a service contract, for example, a character of a certain field in the service item is "x", which indicates that the service item needs to implement a corresponding fee-charging service by establishing a fee-charging service contract. The preset parameters comprise preset mapping parameters, wherein the mapping parameters represent unique identifiers of the service items and map unique identifiers of preset storage subjects, based on the preset mapping parameters, after the first server responds to a contract request, contract identifiers are added to the service items, the contract identifiers represent processing of the service items based on established service contracts, and then based on the preset mapping parameters, the mapping relation between the service items and the preset storage subjects is configured according to the unique identifiers of the service items and the unique identifiers of the preset storage subjects.
In this embodiment, by establishing a mapping relationship between a business item and a transitional subject of a banking system, and then establishing a business contract according to an identifier of a target object, an account of the target object and the mapping relationship between the business item and the transitional subject of the banking system, the recorded electronic resource can be returned to the account of the target object corresponding to the business item by the transitional subject based on the business contract, so that automatic processing of the charging-by-charge business in a business processing scene of the bank is realized.
After establishing the business contract, the source object needs to be added to the business contract in order to achieve automatic retrieval of electronic resources from the account of the source object based on the business contract. Such as sending a notification message to the source object, where the notification message is used to instruct the source object to send a subscription request to join the source object in a business contract. The first server receives a subscription request, which may be sent by the source object through the terminal device, where the subscription request includes an identifier of the source object, an account of the source object, an identifier of the target object, and a service item; then establishing an association relationship between the source object and the target object according to the identification of the source object and the identification of the target object; determining a business contract according to the identification of the target object and the business project; and finally, the first server adds the account of the source object and the association relation between the source object and the target object into the business contract to obtain business contract information. That is, the service contract information includes an account of the source object, an account of the target object, an association relationship between the source object and the target object, and a mapping relationship between the service item configured based on the parameterization and a preset storage subject, where the storage subject is a storage space corresponding to the subscription operation, and further indicates that the source object allows a charging amount to be deducted from the account of the source object based on the service contract.
It will be appreciated that the identifier of the source object may be identity information such as a user name, an identity card number, a phone, etc., and the account of the source object may be a fund account of the user, which is not limited herein. The identification of the target object in the subscription request is used for determining the target object with fund passing between the target object and the source object, and the business item in the subscription request represents the fund passing item between the source object and the target object. Based on the above description, for example, the item of fund passing between the source object and the target object is the a item of the platform, that is, the charging amount to be deducted from the account of the source object at 0 point per day is 1.
In some embodiments, the service contract information further includes a processing time (i.e. charging time) of executing the service contract, and further triggers an electronic resource transfer processing request according to the processing time, and further passively executes the service contract in response to the electronic resource transfer processing request. For example, if the first server determines that the current time reaches the processing time set in the service contract information, triggering an electronic resource transfer processing request; then, responding to the electronic resource transfer processing request, and determining a target object from service contract information; and determining a source object for transmitting the electronic resource to the target object according to the association relation between the source object and the target object, for example, determining the source object and the target object at about 0 point of each day of the business corresponding to the A project of the platform. It will be appreciated that the treatment time may be periodic, such as at 0 point per monday, 0 point per month on the first day, etc., and is not specifically limited herein.
Step 320, the first server transfers a preset number of electronic resources from the account of the source object to the preset storage subject according to the service item.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset number may be preset in the service contract based on the service item, such as 1, 3, etc., which is not limited herein. It can be understood that the one-to-many relationship between the target object and the source object, that is, the relationship between any target object and at least one source object is equivalent to that any business contract includes a plurality of source objects, so that a preset number of electronic resources need to be transferred from an account of each source object to a preset storage subject.
And 330, the first server responds to the transfer execution operation request, transfers the electronic resource recorded in the preset storage subject to the account of the target object, and sends an electronic resource transfer response message to the second server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset storage subjects are subjects for fund transfer in a banking system, the subjects without remaining balance are not equivalent to accounts, and are equivalent to the processes of charging service without using intermediate accounts, and the transitional subjects directly return the electronic resources to the target objects, so that the automatic flow of the matched electronic resources among public accounts under the banking service processing scene is realized.
In order to better describe the above technical solution, fig. 4 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram for processing a charging service provided by an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, a source object may be a borrowing client in a credit service, a target object may be a payment platform in the credit service, and the charging service indicates that the payment platform charges an electronic resource to the borrowing client, where the electronic resource may be a commission. Illustratively, when the borrowing client transacts the credit service, the account number of the borrowing client is added to the service contract of the paying platform, and then the service contract is executed. The execution process of the business contract is as follows: based on business contract information (such as the amount of the commission, charging time and the like) of the business contracts, the commission is automatically acquired from the account of the borrowing client, then the acquired commission is transferred to the transitional subjects corresponding to the business contracts, and the acquired commission is returned to the charging platform through the transitional subjects corresponding to the business contracts, so that the automatic processing of the charging service is realized.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the service contract information, the first server stores the service contract information and sends the service contract information to the second server, so that the second server can actively send an electronic resource transfer processing request based on the service contract information, and the first server can actively execute the service contract through the electronic resource transfer processing request sent by the second server. The first server obtains an electronic resource transfer processing request sent by the second server, wherein the electronic resource transfer processing request comprises a service item and an identification of a target object; responding to the electronic resource transfer processing request, and determining a target business contract to be executed according to the business project and the identification of the target object; the target business contract is executed. For example, the business item requested by the electronic resource transfer processing is an item A of a certain platform, and then the business contract corresponding to the item A is executed. The execution process of the service contract is described in fig. 3, and will not be described herein.
Based on the technical scheme, the preset number of electronic resources are transferred from the account of the source object to the set storage subjects according to the business contract information, so that automatic charging in a business processing scene of a bank is realized, manual operation is reduced, error risk of the manual operation is reduced, and processing safety and accuracy of the charging business are improved. After transferring the preset number of electronic resources from the account of the source object to the preset storage subjects, transferring the electronic resources to the account of the target object based on the preset storage subjects, automatically returning the electronic resources to the target object, completing automatic processing of the charging service, and further improving processing efficiency of the charging service.
Based on the same technical concept, fig. 5 schematically illustrates a structural schematic diagram of a service processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may execute the flow of the service processing method.
