Before describing the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the present application firstly specifically describes the problems existing in the prior art:
as described above, the inventor of the present application found that, in the case where the third party payment mechanism only supports full-amount resource transfer and the balance of each account of the user is smaller than the amount of resources to be transferred, even if the balance sum of each account is larger than the amount of resources to be transferred, the transfer of resources cannot be completed for each account of the user, resulting in interruption of the resource transfer operation. In addition, in the case that the third party payment mechanism does not support online return, the loan system will not continue to transfer resources to other accounts under the user name because the payment system of the consuming finance company cannot learn the specific resource transfer result, so the resource transfer operation will be interrupted. And the related technology cannot realize the resource transfer of the user account under the condition that the resource transfer operation is interrupted. And under the condition that the resource transfer fails, the related technology usually carries out one or more times of deduction on the user account in the same day, but the resource transfer fails with high probability, and the transaction success rate of the resource transfer is lowered due to the fact that the resource transfer frequency is too high.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a resource transfer method, a device, equipment and a storage medium.
The resource transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application is first described below.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a resource transfer method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps S101 to S105.
S101, obtaining the credit grade of a target user, at least one account corresponding to the target user and related to a target credit service, and transferring resources of the target user in the target credit service.
S102, determining a resource transfer rule corresponding to the target user according to the credit rating and the account of the target user.
S103, determining a target account from the accounts according to the resource transfer rule.
S104, performing resource transfer operation on the target account according to the resources to be transferred to obtain a resource transfer result.
And S105, under the condition that the resource transfer result is an unknown result, the resource transfer operation is interrupted, the asynchronous notification result is waited for to be acquired, the residual resources to be transferred of the target user are calculated as new resources to be transferred according to the asynchronous notification result, and the step S101 is executed until the resources to be transferred are equal to the preset resources.
The specific implementation of each of the above steps will be described in detail below.
The resource transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application can determine the resource transfer rule corresponding to the target user according to the credit grade of the target user and the account corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit service. Because the determination of the resource transfer rule is related to the account, when the target account is determined according to the resource transfer rule and the resource transfer operation is carried out on the target account, the probability of failure in resource transfer caused by incapability of carrying out the resource transfer on the account can be reduced as far as possible. And even if the resource transfer operation is interrupted because the resource transfer result is unknown, the resource transfer can be continuously carried out on the account of the target user after the asynchronous notification result is obtained. According to the embodiment of the application, the differentiated resource transfer of different target users can be realized, the probability of resource transfer failure can be reduced through flexible adjustment of the resource transfer rule, the transaction success rate of resource transfer of different accounts is effectively improved, and after the resource transfer operation is interrupted, the resource transfer of the accounts can be continuously carried out according to the asynchronous notification result, so that the influence of the resource transfer failure caused by the interruption of the resource transfer operation on the transaction success rate of the resource transfer is avoided.
A specific implementation of each of the above steps is described below.
In S101, the credit rating of the target user may be determined according to the number of overdue days of repayment of the target user, and the higher the number of overdue days of repayment is, the lower the credit rating of the target user is, and the corresponding relationship between the number of overdue days of repayment of the target user and the credit rating is preset, so that the credit rating of the target user may be determined by obtaining the number of overdue days of repayment of the target user. For example, a user with a refund overdue day of 90 days or less may be set to have a first credit rating, and a user with a refund overdue day of 90 days or more may be set to have a second credit rating.
At least one account corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit business can be at least one card number bound under the target user name, each account can respectively correspond to different payment channels, one part of the payment channels corresponding to the accounts can be payment channels supporting part of resource transfer, and the other part of the payment channels corresponding to the accounts can be payment channels only supporting full-amount resource transfer and not supporting part of resource transfer; the payment channels corresponding to one part of the accounts can be payment channels supporting online return, and the payment channels corresponding to the other part of the accounts can be payment channels not supporting online return.
In S102, a resource transfer rule uniquely corresponding to the target user is determined according to the credit rating of the target user and at least one account corresponding to the target user and associated with the target credit service.
For example, the resource transfer rule may include a resource transfer batch, that is, a batch job executed at multiple time points configured by the system, where multiple users may be subjected to a resource transfer operation under the same batch, and the resource transfer rule may further include an account corresponding to the target user, a priority of the account, a number of resource transfers, and a resource transfer proportion of each resource transfer.
As one example, the resource transfer rule may be determined as: batch 1; account A, account B, account C; transferring the resources for three times; 100%,50% and 25%. Wherein, the priority order of the accounts can be A > B > C, the accounts A and C can correspond to the payment channels supporting full-scale resource transfer, and the account B can correspond to the payment channels supporting partial resource transfer; the payment channels corresponding to account a and account B may be payment channels supporting online return, and the payment channel corresponding to account C may be a payment channel not supporting online return.
The above resource transfer rule may be resolved to, for the first time, transfer resources to account A, B, C at a resource transfer rate of 100%; performing resource transfer on the accounts A, B, C respectively at a resource transfer proportion of 50% for the second time; the account A, B, C was resource transferred a third time at a resource transfer rate of 25%. The configuration of the resource transfer rule is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
In S103, according to the resource transfer rule uniquely corresponding to the target user, a target account is determined from all accounts corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit service. The target account may be an account for which a resource transfer operation is currently required.
As an implementation manner of S103, S103 may specifically include: and determining the account with the highest priority from the accounts as a target account according to the priority of the accounts.
If the accounts which are not subjected to the resource transfer operation exist under the current resource transfer proportion, taking the account with the highest priority in the accounts which are not subjected to the resource transfer operation as a target account; if the accounts which are not executed with the resource transfer operation do not exist under the current resource transfer proportion, taking the account with the highest priority in all the accounts as the target account.
As an example, the above resource transfer rule is described as an example. If the current resource transfer proportion is 100%, determining that the account C is a target account at the condition that the priority of the account C which is not subjected to the resource transfer operation is higher than the priority of the account A by 50% under the condition that the resource transfer proportion is 100%; if the account A, B, C has been subjected to the resource transfer operation at a 100% resource transfer ratio, then account a is determined to be the target account.
As shown in fig. 2, the resource transfer method may further include the following step S201 before S104.
S201, determining a target resource transfer proportion which needs to carry out resource transfer operation on the target account from the resource transfer proportion according to the resource transfer rule.
And determining the target resource transfer proportion of the target account to be subjected to the resource transfer operation from all the resource transfer proportions according to the resource transfer proportion in the resource transfer rule. The target resource transfer proportion may be a resource transfer proportion that currently requires a resource transfer operation to the target account. Illustratively, the target resource transfer proportion of the first resource transfer may be 100%, the target resource transfer proportion of the second resource transfer may be 50%, and the target resource transfer proportion of the third resource transfer may be 25%.
In S104, according to the resource to be transferred, performing a resource transfer operation on the target account, to obtain a resource transfer result of successful resource transfer and failure resource transfer or an unknown resource transfer result.
As an implementation manner of S104, S104 may specifically include: and carrying out resource transfer operation on the target account according to the transfer proportion of the resources to be transferred and the target resources to obtain a resource transfer result.
And performing resource transfer operation on the target account by the product of the resource to be transferred and the target resource transfer proportion to obtain a resource transfer result.
As another implementation manner of S104, performing a resource transfer operation on the target account according to the ratio of the resources to be transferred to the target resource transfer, to obtain a resource transfer result may specifically include:
and under the condition that the target account is an account which does not support partial resource transfer or the target account is an account which supports partial resource transfer and the target resource transfer proportion is a preset resource transfer proportion, performing resource transfer operation on the target account according to the resource to be transferred and the target resource transfer proportion to obtain a resource transfer result.
Illustratively, the above resource transfer rule is described as an example. Since account B corresponds to a payment channel supporting partial resource transfer, account B is an account supporting partial resource transfer. In general, for an account supporting partial resource transfer, a resource transfer operation is generally performed only at a resource transfer ratio of 100%, and the resource transfer operation may cause the balance of the account B to be transferred, so that the resource transfer process for the account B is not required. Therefore, before the resource transfer operation is performed on the target account, whether the target account is the account which has been subjected to the resource transfer operation and supports part of the resource transfer can be confirmed, namely whether the target account is the account B or not is confirmed, and whether the target resource transfer proportion is 100%.
And under the condition that the target account is an account A or C which does not support partial resource transfer, or the target account is an account B which supports partial resource transfer and the target resource transfer proportion is 100% of the preset resource transfer proportion, performing resource transfer operation on the target account according to the resource to be transferred and the target resource transfer proportion to obtain a resource transfer result.
And under the condition that the target account is an account B supporting partial resource transfer and the target resource transfer proportion is not 100 percent (the target resource transfer proportion is 50 percent or 25 percent), the resource transfer operation is not carried out on the target account B according to the resource transfer proportion (50 percent or 25 percent) and the target account C is determined from the accounts according to the resource transfer rule.
As shown in fig. 3, after S104, the resource transfer method may further include the following step S301.
And S301, calculating the residual resources to be transferred of the target user as new resources to be transferred when the resource transfer result is that the resource transfer is successful or the resource transfer fails.
S302, if the resources to be transferred are not equal to the preset resources, if an account with lower priority than the target account exists, returning to the step S103.
For example, the preset resource may be set to 0, and in the case where the resources to be transferred are not equal to 0, it is indicated that the target user has not yet cleared the loan addition. If there is an account with a lower priority than the target account at the target resource transfer ratio, the process returns to step S103, and the account with the highest priority is determined from the accounts as the target account.
As an example, the above resource transfer rule is described as an example. If the target resource transfer proportion is 100%, the target account is account A. After the resource transfer operation is performed on the account a according to the resource transfer proportion of 100%, a resource transfer result is obtained, and the calculated resource transfer proportion is not equal to 0.
If there is no account with a lower priority than the target account, step S303 is executed if there is a resource transfer ratio for which a resource transfer operation has not been performed on the target account.
As an example, the above resource transfer rule is described as an example. If the target resource transfer proportion is 50%, the target account is account C. After the resource transfer operation is performed on the account C according to the resource transfer proportion of 50%, a resource transfer result is obtained, and the calculated resource transfer proportion is not equal to 0. At this time, the resource transfer operation is not performed on the account C at the resource transfer ratio of 25%, so step S103 is executed again to determine that the next target account is the account a.
And if the target resource transfer proportion is 25%, the target account is account C. After the account C is subjected to resource transfer operation according to the resource transfer proportion of 25%, a resource transfer result is obtained, and the calculated resource transfer is not equal to 0 at this time.
In S105, for a payment channel that does not support online return, when performing a resource transfer operation on a target account corresponding to the payment channel, a specific resource transfer result may not be obtained, that is, the resource transfer result is an unknown result. In order to avoid multi-deduction and error deduction of a target account, the consumption finance company can interrupt the resource transfer operation of the target user under the condition that the specific resource transfer result of the target account cannot be known until a payment system of the consumption finance company receives the specific resource transfer result fed back by the third-party payment mechanism or obtains the specific resource transfer result by sending a query request to the third-party payment mechanism. And in the process that the payment system waits for acquiring a specific resource transfer result, namely an asynchronous notification result, the third-party payment mechanism performs resource transfer operation on other users in the same batch.
When the payment system receives the asynchronous notification result including the specific resource transfer result, because the user data such as the credit level of the target user, the account corresponding to the target user, and the like, which are acquired previously, are lost, the current resources to be transferred can only be calculated according to the asynchronous notification result, so that the execution step S101 needs to be returned to, the relevant data of the target user is acquired again, and the resource transfer rule corresponding to the target user is redetermined, so that the resource transfer is continued on the account of the target user until the resources to be transferred are equal to the preset resources, and the target user still pays back the loan.
As another implementation manner of S105, S105 may specifically include: and under the condition that the resource transfer result is an unknown result, the resource transfer operation is interrupted, an asynchronous notification result of successful or failed resource transfer is waited to be obtained, the residual resources to be transferred of the target user are calculated as new resources to be transferred according to the asynchronous notification result, the credit grade of the target user is returned to be obtained, at least one account corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit business and the resources to be transferred of the target user in the target credit business are returned until the resources to be transferred are equal to preset resources, or no account with lower priority than the target account exists, and no resource transfer proportion for performing the resource transfer operation on the target account does not exist.
Illustratively, the above resource transfer rule is described as an example. Because the payment channel corresponding to the account C is a payment channel which does not support online return, when the account C is subjected to resource transfer operation at a resource transfer proportion of 100%, the resource transfer operation is interrupted for the first time, the asynchronous notification result is waited to be acquired, after the asynchronous notification result is acquired, the current resources to be transferred are calculated according to the specific resource transfer result, the execution step S101 is returned, and the resource transfer rule is obtained again. At this time, since there is no account with a lower priority than the account C at the resource transfer ratio of 100%, the target account is determined to be the account a, and the resource transfer operation is performed on the account a according to the resource to be transferred and the resource transfer ratio of 50%, until the resource to be transferred is equal to the preset resource, or there is no account with a lower priority than the target account, and there is no resource transfer ratio at which the resource transfer operation is not performed on the target account, and the resource transfer operation on the target user is ended.
Based on the resource transfer method provided by the embodiment, correspondingly, the application further provides a specific implementation mode of the resource transfer device. Please refer to the following examples.
Referring first to fig. 4, a resource transferring apparatus 400 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following modules:
an obtaining module 401, configured to obtain a credit rating of a target user, at least one account corresponding to the target user and related to a target credit service, and resources to be transferred by the target user in the target credit service;
a first determining module 402, configured to determine a resource transfer rule corresponding to the target user according to the credit rating and the account of the target user;
a second determining module 403, configured to determine a target account from the accounts according to the resource transfer rule;
a first resource transfer module 404, configured to perform a resource transfer operation on the target account according to the transferred resource, so as to obtain a resource transfer result;
and the second resource transfer module 405 is configured to, if the resource transfer result is an unknown result, interrupt the resource transfer operation, wait for obtaining an asynchronous notification result, calculate, according to the asynchronous notification result, a remaining resources to be transferred of the target user as new resources to be transferred, return to executing and obtaining a credit level of the target user, at least one account corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit service, and the resources to be transferred of the target user in the target credit service until the resources to be transferred are equal to preset resources.
The resource transfer device provided by the embodiment of the application can determine the resource transfer rule corresponding to the target user according to the credit grade of the target user and the account corresponding to the target user and related to the target credit service.
