the front-end user interface is used for creating, editing and approving the document by a user;
the safety authentication module is used for carrying out identity authentication and authority control on the identity of the user;
the document processing module is used for automatically processing documents;
the flow management module is used for managing and monitoring the processing flow of the document;
the data analysis module is used for analyzing the document processing condition.

and the notification reminding module is used for reminding the user to process the document.
