the first sealing mechanism (6) comprises a cleaning ring (6.1) which is connected with the first hanger (5) in an up-down sliding way, a sealing ring (6.2) is arranged between the cleaning ring (6.1) and the first hanger (5), a ring groove (5.1) is formed in the outer side of the first hanger (5), a first sealing air bag (6.3) is arranged in the ring groove (5.1), and the cleaning ring (6.1) extrudes the first sealing air bag (6.3) when sliding upwards;
