Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of easy-to-tear films, and particularly relates to a steaming-resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The easy-to-uncover film is widely used for various packages and is used for cover films of bowl-shaped, cup-shaped, barrel-shaped and box-shaped containers made of PP materials, so that the easy-to-uncover film is required to have good mechanical properties and sealing performance, and is required to be easy to uncover and resistant to high-temperature cooking, and the problems of cover film damage, sealing failure or deformation softening after high-temperature cooking are avoided.
Currently, the available raw materials of the easily film mainly comprise the following four types: (1) The mixture of the ionic polymer and the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate contains acetic acid, so that the film can be easily torn off to emit sour taste, and the use experience is poor; (2) An adhesive, i.e., an easy-to-release layer is formed by directly coating the adhesive on the inner side of the film layer, which uses an organic solvent, thus polluting the environment; (3) A mixture of polybutene and polyolefin, the polymerization between the monomers in such a peel-off film being essentially cohesive and thus causing residues and whiteness which are unacceptable for use in medical devices; (4) A blend of polyethylene and polypropylene, however, has poor compatibility of the two components, which makes the product at risk of unstable peel force and delamination.
In order to obtain a steaming-resistant and delamination-resistant easy-to-tear film, chinese patent application publication No. CN116039194A discloses a steaming-resistant easy-to-tear PP film, a composite film and a preparation method, wherein the steaming-resistant easy-to-tear PP film is prepared from an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer by three-layer co-extrusion blown films; wherein, the preparation raw materials of the outer layer comprise 100 parts of polypropylene and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of processing aid by mass; the preparation raw materials of the middle layer comprise 50-95 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of high impact modified polymer material and 0.5-1.5 parts of processing aid; the high impact modified polymer material is a vinyl high polymer modified polymer; the preparation raw materials of the inner layer comprise 55-95 parts of first high-temperature-resistant steaming and boiling easy-uncovering material, 10-25 parts of second high-temperature-resistant steaming and boiling easy-uncovering material and 0.5-1.5 parts of processing aid; the first high-temperature steaming and boiling easy-uncovering material is a propenyl high polymer modified polymer with the mark of AT2912 manufactured by Sanjing chemical Co., ltd; the second high-temperature-resistant steaming and boiling-resistant easy-to-tear material is a propenyl high polymer modified polymer with the mark of AT2913 manufactured by Sanjing chemical Co.
However, the peel force of the high temperature resistant and steam resistant easy-to-tear PP film is not stable enough, and is shown by a large reduction in peel strength after steam boiling, and this is easy to cause a reduction in sealability due to a bag breaking phenomenon after steam boiling when used for packaging medical products, and the risk of bacterial infection is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a steaming-resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging and a preparation process thereof, wherein the easy-to-tear film has smooth and residue-free interface, less change of peeling force before steaming and after steaming and no smell.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the steaming-resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging at least comprises a corona layer, an intermediate layer and an easy-to-tear layer, wherein the raw materials of the easy-to-tear layer comprise styrene block copolymers in percentage by mass.
The styrene block copolymer is added in the easy-to-tear layer of the easy-to-tear film, and the styrene block copolymer can provide stable adhesive performance, so that the easy-to-tear film has smooth and residue-free interface stripping and has excellent steaming and boiling resistance, and the specific performance is as follows: the easy-to-tear film has very consistent tensile strength and peeling strength before and after cooking, and even the tensile strength and peeling strength after cooking are slightly increased, which is matched with the medical packaging position of the easy-to-tear film, thereby being more beneficial to ensuring that the medical packaging is not broken and leaked and ensuring the stability of the product quality.
Preferably, in the retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the styrene block copolymer has a styrene content of 10 to 40% by mass. In the invention, the styrene content in the styrene block copolymer has a great influence on the performance of the easy-to-tear film, wherein the content of the ethylene-propylene copolymer has little influence on the performance of the easy-to-tear film, so the invention has no special requirement on the performance of the easy-to-tear film.
The easy-to-tear film has a wider sealing window, and the stripping force can be conveniently adjusted according to specific requirements by adding the styrene block copolymers with different proportions into the easy-to-tear layer.
Preferably, in the above retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the easy-to-tear layer comprises, by mass: 50-100% of styrene block copolymer, 0-50% of propylene-ethylene copolymer, 0-50% of polypropylene, 0-5% of slipping agent and 0-5% of anti-sticking master batch;
the propylene-ethylene copolymer and the polypropylene are not 0% simultaneously.
Specifically, as the styrene block copolymer content increases, the peel strength of the easy-to-peel film gradually increases. In the release layer, the styrene block copolymer may be compounded with the propylene-ethylene copolymer alone (in which case the amount of polypropylene added may be 0), but if compounding with polypropylene is required, it is preferable that the propylene-ethylene copolymer is further added to provide compatibility of polypropylene with the styrene block copolymer.
Preferably, in the retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the propylene-ethylene copolymer has an ethylene content of 10-20% and a propylene content of 80-90% by mass.
As a further preferred aspect, the propylene-ethylene copolymer has an ethylene content of 15% and a propylene content of 85% in mass percent.
Preferably, in the above retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the raw materials of the intermediate layer include, by mass percent: 50-70% of polypropylene, 20-40% of polyethylene, 10-20% of propylene-ethylene copolymer and 0-10% of tackifier.
Besides the conventional polypropylene and polyethylene, the propylene-ethylene copolymer is added in the intermediate layer, so that the propylene-ethylene copolymer not only can improve the compatibility of the polypropylene and the polyethylene in the intermediate layer, but also is beneficial to improving the binding force between the intermediate layer and the corona layer and between the intermediate layer and the easy-to-tear-off layer, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing the interlayer strength and the toughness of the easy-to-tear-off film and ensuring that the easy-to-tear-off film does not have layering or transferring risks.
Preferably, in the retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the polypropylene is a copolymer polypropylene, the melt index of the copolymer polypropylene is 4-8g/10min, and the density is 0.9g/cm 3 ;
The melt index of the polyethylene is 1.9-4g/10min, and the density is 0.924-0.934g/cm 3 。
Preferably, in the above retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the corona layer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0-100% of polyethylene, 0-100% of polypropylene and 1-15% of anti-sticking master batch;
the polyethylene and the polypropylene are not 0% at the same time.
In the invention, the raw material of the corona layer can select one or two of polyethylene and polypropylene according to the requirements, and polypropylene can be adopted from the aspect of cost reduction; in order to improve the film strength and toughness, polyethylene may be used.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned retort resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, the polyethylene is medium density polyethylene, and the anti-sticking master batch is spherical glass beads with a particle size of 4-7u m;
the steaming-resistant easy-uncovering film also comprises at least one of a Polyamide (PA) layer, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer and an aluminum layer which are compounded on the outer side of the corona layer.
That is, when polyethylene is used as a main raw material in the corona layer, medium density polyethylene is preferable; the medium density polyethylene and the anti-sticking master batch enable the corona layer to have stronger binding force with PA, PET, LV. When at least one of a Polyamide (PA) layer, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer and an LV layer is required to be compounded outside the surface layer (corona treatment is required to be carried out on the corona layer first), the interlayer strength of the easy-to-tear film is enhanced by selecting medium-density polyethylene.
Preferably, the thickness of the steaming-resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging is 50-120 micrometers;
wherein the thickness of the corona layer is 10-30% of the film thickness, the thickness of the intermediate layer is 50-80% of the film thickness, and the thickness of the easy-to-tear-off layer is 10-20% of the film thickness.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the steaming-resistant easy-to-tear film for medical packaging, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adopting preset raw material composition, and obtaining a three-layer composite film material in a three-layer co-extrusion casting film machine;
wherein, the extrusion temperature of the A extruder for extruding the corona layer is as follows: 1 region 180 ℃,2 region 190 ℃, 3 region 200 ℃, 4 region 210 ℃, 5 region 220 ℃, 6 region 230 ℃, 7 region 240 ℃;
the extrusion temperature of the B extruder used to extrude the intermediate layer was: 1 region 180 ℃,2 region 190 ℃, 3 region 200 ℃, 4 region 210 ℃, 5 region 220 ℃, 6 region 230 ℃, 7 region 240 ℃;
the extrusion temperature of the C extruder for extruding the easy-to-tear layer is as follows: 1 region 160 ℃,2 region 170 ℃, 3 region 185 ℃, 4 region 200 ℃, 5 region 210 ℃, 6 region 220 ℃, 7 region 230 ℃;
(2) The three-layer composite film material is further processed to prepare the steaming-resistant easy-uncovering film for medical packaging.
The invention adopts the three-layer casting method to produce the easy-to-uncover film, which not only has simple production process, but also has low production cost and environmental protection.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The styrene block copolymer is added in the easy-to-tear layer of the easy-to-tear film, and the styrene block copolymer can provide stable adhesive performance, so that the easy-to-tear film has smooth and residue-free interface stripping and has excellent steaming and boiling resistance, and the specific performance is as follows: the easy-to-tear film has very consistent tensile strength and peeling strength before and after cooking, and even the tensile strength and peeling strength after cooking are slightly increased, which is matched with the medical packaging position of the easy-to-tear film, thereby being more beneficial to ensuring that the medical packaging is not broken and leaked and ensuring the stability of the product quality.
(2) The easy-to-tear film has a wider sealing window, and the stripping force can be conveniently adjusted according to specific requirements by adding the styrene block copolymers with different proportions into the easy-to-tear layer; specifically, as the styrene block copolymer content increases, the peel strength of the easy-to-peel film gradually increases.
(3) Besides the conventional polypropylene and polyethylene, the propylene-ethylene copolymer is added in the intermediate layer, so that the propylene-ethylene copolymer not only can improve the compatibility of the polypropylene and the polyethylene in the intermediate layer, but also is beneficial to improving the binding force between the intermediate layer and the corona layer and between the intermediate layer and the easy-to-tear-off layer, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing the interlayer strength and the toughness of the easy-to-tear-off film and ensuring that the easy-to-tear-off film does not have layering or transferring risks.

The preparation process of the easy-to-tear film is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 2
The film easy to uncover comprises a corona layer, an intermediate layer and an easy to uncover layer in sequence; the raw materials of each layer respectively comprise the following components in percentage by mass:
1. corona layer: 97% + release master batch (ABPP 909) 3% of copolypropylene (tricin japan, SP 4030);
2. an intermediate layer: polyethylene (middle sea shell, 2420H) 25% + propylene-ethylene copolymer (mobil, vistamaxx) 15% + copolymerized polypropylene (F800 EDF, shanghai petrochemical) 60%;

The preparation process of the easy-to-tear film is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
The easy-to-tear films prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were used to test various properties of the easy-to-tear films, and the test results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Note that: cooking refers to placing the material in a 121 ℃ for half an hour.
As can be seen from table 2, the greater the addition amount of the styrene block copolymer in the easy-to-peel layer, the greater the peel strength of the easy-to-peel film at a proper addition amount; in addition, the properties of the easy-to-tear films prepared in examples 1-6 are basically consistent before and after cooking, and particularly the peel strength of the easy-to-tear film after cooking is slightly increased, which is very suitable for packaging the easy-to-tear film for preparing medical products and is very favorable for preventing breakage and leakage. When the addition amount of the styrene block copolymer in the easy-to-peel layer is too small or the styrene block copolymer is not added, the peel strength of the easy-to-peel film is not only lowered, but also the retort resistance is deteriorated.
It can also be seen from table 2 that the intermediate layer of example 2 is lower in cost than examples 1 and 3 using RF401, since the copolymerized polypropylene product is F800 EDF.
