1. the air extraction structure comprises an air compressor, a first contraction ring 39, a second contraction ring 40, a third contraction ring 41, a first ventilation pipe 42, a second ventilation pipe 43 and a third ventilation pipe 44, wherein the first contraction ring 39 is fixedly communicated with the air storage box 37 through the first ventilation pipe 42, the second contraction ring 40 is fixedly communicated with the air storage box 37 through the second ventilation pipe 43, the third contraction ring 41 is fixedly communicated with the air storage box 37 through the third ventilation pipe 44, the steel wire rope 10 is positioned in the first contraction ring 39, the second contraction ring 40 and the third contraction ring 41, the air compressor is fixedly installed in the air storage box 37, and the air compressor is electrically connected with the button 35;
the initial states of the first contraction ring 39, the second contraction ring 40 and the third contraction ring 41 are air inflation expansion, and the diameter of the inner ring corresponds to that of the steel wire rope 10, so that the steel wire rope 10 can be stretched and moved smoothly;
the air extraction structure is used for enabling the first shrinkage ring 39, the second shrinkage ring 40 and the third shrinkage ring 41 to shrink so as to fix the steel wire rope 10, the moving plate 32 presses the button 35 so as to start the air compressor for air suction, and the first shrinkage ring 39, the second shrinkage ring 40 and the third shrinkage ring 41 are respectively and instantaneously shrunk through the first ventilation pipe 42, the second ventilation pipe 43 and the third ventilation pipe 44 so as to fix the broken steel wire rope 10;
2. the lower part of the frame body 1 is fixedly provided with a hollow cylinder 36, and the steel wire rope 10 is positioned in the hollow cylinder 36; the hollow cylinder 36 is used for limiting the steel wire rope 10, so that the stability of the steel wire rope 10 is improved, and the steel wire rope 10 is prevented from shaking during weighing;
a rubber friction ring is fixedly arranged in the hollow cylinder 36; the rubber friction ring avoids the abrasion of the hollow cylinder 36 in the lifting process of the counterweight by the steel wire rope 10, and prolongs the service life of the device.
In the invention, the initial state is: the locking structure positioned on the right side of the driven shaft 15 is in an unlocking state, the locking structure positioned on the left side of the driven shaft 15 is in a locking state, and weights are hung on the original two cross beams of the crane;
hanging the weight:

and (3) adjusting the height of the weight:
when the volume of the heavy object is too large and the heavy object cannot be weighed, the height of the heavy object is required to be adjusted, at the moment, the air pump 12 on the right side is started to perform air blowing, the locking structure on the right side of the driven shaft 15 is locked, the air pump 12 on the left side is started to perform air suction, the locking structure on the left side is unlocked, the driving motor 11 is started again, the driving rotating shaft 14 can drive the locking structure on the right side to synchronously rotate through the placing disc 13, so that the driven shaft 15 is driven to rotate, and at the moment, the winding roller 46 rotates to tighten the steel wire rope 10, so that the height of the heavy object is adjusted;
weighing the heavy objects:
after the weight of the heavy object is transferred to the lifting hook 7, when the locking structure on the right side is unlocked, the driving motor 11 is not loaded, so that the damage of the driving motor 11 due to the loading is avoided, the locking structure on the left side is used for transferring the weight of the heavy object to the two bearing frames 45 through the steel wire rope 10 and the winding roller 46, so that the two bearing frames 45 are uniformly loaded, and the electronic scale weighing plate 8 is uniformly stressed to be weighed;
and (3) protecting an electronic scale:
when the steel wire rope 10 is suddenly broken (or the heavy object suddenly drops), the steel wire rope 10 instantaneously slides down (or moves upwards), and drives the two gears 25 to instantaneously rotate at high speed and simultaneously drives the two rotating shafts 23 to rotate, so that the rotating disc 26 is driven to instantaneously rotate at high speed, a large enough centrifugal force is generated during instantaneous rotation, the piston plate 29 is pushed by the stretching of the reset spring rod 28, and the second locking round rod 30 is pushed to enter the 31 locking groove on the arc plate 27;
because the rotating ring 24 is fixed on the penetrating fixed rod, the arc-shaped plate 27 is fixed in the rotating ring 24, the rotating disc 26 cannot rotate through the clamping of the second clamping round rod 30 and the clamping groove 31 on the arc-shaped plate 27, so that the gear 25 and the rotating shaft 23 cannot rotate, namely, the clamping is realized by utilizing the clamping and locking of the gear teeth on the gear 25 and the steel wire rope 10, the clamping effect is realized, and the broken steel wire rope 10 is primarily fixed;
due to the fact that the steel wire rope 10 is broken, the instant gravity generated when the heavy object falls can drive the broken steel wire rope 10 to move downwards instantly, so that the mounting plate 22 on the rotating shaft 23 is driven to move downwards instantly through the two gears 25, at the moment, the moving plate 32 on the mounting plate 22 moves downwards synchronously, and the button 35 on the fixing plate 34 is pressed;
pressing the button 35 by the moving plate 32 starts the air compressor to inhale, and instantly contracts the first contraction ring 39, the second contraction ring 40 and the third contraction ring 41 through the first ventilation pipe 42, the second ventilation pipe 43 and the third ventilation pipe 44 respectively to fix the broken steel wire rope 10 again;
meanwhile, when the steel wire rope 10 breaks (or the heavy object falls off), the wire winding roller 46 is positioned and locked due to the locking effect of the locking structure at the left side of the driven shaft 15, so that the steel wire rope 10 is prevented from rapidly rotating on the wire winding roller 46, recovering and impacting the electronic scale weighing plate 8, and the electronic scale weighing plate 8 is prevented from being damaged.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent protection device of a crane electronic scale, comprising:
a frame (1);
the inflatable clamping and locking part comprises a bearing structure arranged in the frame body (1), a driven shaft (15) is rotatably arranged on the bearing structure, a steel wire rope (10) is wound and connected on the driven shaft (15) through a winding roller (46), clamping and locking structures are arranged at two ends of the driven shaft (15), a driving motor (11) is fixedly arranged in the frame body (1), and a driving rotating shaft (14) matched with the left clamping and locking structure is fixedly arranged at the driving end of the driving motor (11);
the centrifugal locking part comprises two mounting plates (22) which are slidably mounted in a frame body (1), two rotating shafts (23) are rotatably mounted between the two mounting plates (22), two penetrating fixing rods are fixedly mounted between the two mounting plates (22), two emergency stop structures are mounted on each penetrating fixing rod, gears (25) matched with the steel wire ropes (10) are mounted on each rotating shaft (23), fixing plates (34) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the frame body (1), and a triggering device is mounted between each mounting plate (22) and each corresponding fixing plate (34);
the air extraction locking part comprises a plurality of connecting rods (38) fixedly installed at the lower part of the frame body (1), air storage boxes (37) are fixedly installed at the lower parts of the connecting rods (38) together, an air extraction structure for locking the steel wire rope (10) is installed in each air storage box (37), and lifting hooks (7) are fixedly installed at the lower ends of the steel wire ropes (10) through connecting discs (6).

The intelligent protection device of the crane electronic scale according to claim 1, wherein the bearing structure comprises a weight sensor (9), an electronic scale weighing plate (8) and bearing frames (45), the weight sensor (9) is fixedly installed in the frame body (1), the electronic scale weighing plate (8) matched with the weight sensor (9) is fixedly installed below the weight sensor (9), two bearing frames (45) are fixedly installed below the electronic scale weighing plate (8), and a driven shaft (15) is rotatably installed between the two bearing frames (45).

The intelligent protection device of the crane electronic scale according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of radiating holes (47) for radiating heat are formed in the frame body (1), two mounting frames (3) are fixedly mounted on the frame body (1), two bearing boxes (5) are fixedly mounted below the frame body (1) through a plurality of fixing rods (4), and a control panel (2) is fixedly mounted on the frame body (1).
