Claims (10)

1. The rope saw cutting device is used for cutting temporary upright posts in a subway station and is characterized by comprising a detachable support frame, wherein the support frame comprises a support frame base, a support frame middle end and a support frame top end, a jack is arranged at the bottom of the support frame, and travelling wheels are arranged on the support frame base;
the rope saw cutting machine and the diamond rope for cutting the temporary upright post are arranged at the top end of the support frame, the first pulley block comprises vertical pulleys arranged in pairs, and the second pulley block comprises horizontal pulleys arranged in pairs;
the diamond rope sequentially passes through the single-side pulleys of the first pulley block and the second pulley block, passes through the temporary upright post in a surrounding manner, sequentially passes through the second pulley block and the other single-side pulley of the first pulley block, and returns to the driving wheel to be closed into a ring;
the vertical pulley of the first pulley block and the diamond rope on the driving wheel are located on the same plane, and the second pulley block converts the diamond rope passing through the first pulley block into a horizontal direction and is arranged on the same plane with the cutting surface of the diamond rope on the temporary upright post.
2. The rope saw cutting device according to claim 1, wherein a base socket sleeve is arranged on the base of the support frame, and a top socket sleeve is arranged at the top end of the support frame;
the middle end of the support frame comprises an upper vertical square tube, a middle end socket sleeve and a lower vertical square tube which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the lower vertical square tube is inserted into the base socket sleeve, and the upper vertical square tube is inserted into the top socket sleeve;
the joint parts of the socket sleeve and the vertical square tube are respectively connected and fixed through bolts.

The rope saw cutting device of claim 2, wherein the top end of the support frame comprises a top end support, and the first pulley block and the second pulley block are welded and fixed on the top end support through a first fixed connecting piece and a second fixed connecting piece respectively;
the top support comprises a frame formed by welding square tubes, the first pulley block is arranged on the side portion of the top support, square steel is arranged at the top of the top support, the square steel is lifted, a mounting space is reserved for a second pulley block which is horizontally arranged, and the second pulley block is arranged in the height direction of the square steel.
4. The rope saw cutting apparatus of claim 3, wherein a diagonal square tube is connected between the top end support and the top end socket sleeve, and a diagonal screw steel is connected between the first fixed connection and the top end socket sleeve.

The rope saw cutting device of claim 4, wherein the vertical pulley of the first pulley block and the horizontal pulley of the second pulley block are provided with V-shaped limiting grooves, the diamond rope is tightly held in the V-shaped limiting grooves, and the V-shaped limiting grooves on the vertical pulley and the V-shaped limiting grooves on the horizontal pulley are on the same horizontal plane.

The rope saw cutting device according to claim 2, further comprising a diagonal bracing steel pipe, wherein the diagonal bracing steel pipe is obliquely arranged between the middle end of the support frame and the ground, the upper vertical square pipe, the middle end socket sleeve and the lower vertical square pipe respectively comprise two opposite arranged vertical square pipes, a first transverse drawknot square pipe is connected between the upper vertical square pipes, a second transverse drawknot square pipe is connected between the lower vertical square pipes, and a disc buckle for fixing the diagonal bracing steel pipe is connected on the first transverse drawknot square pipe.

The rope saw cutting device according to claim 6, wherein the upper vertical square tube is inserted into the middle socket sleeve, and the lower vertical square tube is inserted into the middle socket sleeve, and scale marks are arranged on the positions of the upper vertical square tube and the lower vertical square tube.

The rope saw cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the support frame base comprises a rectangular frame welded by double-spliced I-steel, the middle part of the rectangular frame is connected with tie I-steel and ribbed steel bars, the jack comprises two jacks, and the bottom of the tie I-steel is connected with a square pipe used for limiting the jack.
9. The rope saw cutting device of claim 8, wherein the travelling wheel comprises a universal wheel with a self-locking function, and the universal wheel is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rectangular frame.
10. The rope saw cutting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rope saw cutter is mounted on a carriage for moving the rope saw cutter.
